En pleno barrio de el Arenal, un barrio que si bien es turistico cuenta con varios bares que frecuentan tambien los sevillanos, por lo que permite tener una verdadera experiencia gastronomica de Sevilla. Ademas se encuentra muy cerca del centro (Catedral, Giralda, barrio Santa Cruz), y del barrio de Triana. Mejor ubicacion no se consigue. El apartamento es muy comodo y cuenta con todas las cosas basicas. Definitivamente volveria si vuelvo a Sevilla.

• Burak (2/5): Never ever - Location First of all, I do not recommend staying in this house. The location is good and the interior is clean, but the people running it treated me poorly. To begin with, the bed is not actually a double bed—it’s just two single beds pushed together. On the first day, we couldn’t get the key from the lockbox because it was broken. A staff member named Paula brought the key. On the last day, as I was leaving the room, a polite male cleaner arrived. I was going to leave my suitcase in the house while he cleaned, then come back to pick it up before my flight. However, the cleaner left with the key, so I couldn’t get back into the room. I called Paula, and she barely answered my calls. She sent a locksmith, but apparently didn’t inform him properly because he asked me for payment. Since I wasn’t responsible for the situation, I didn’t want to pay. I tried calling Paula again so she could speak with the locksmith, sent dozens of messages, but she didn’t respond. In the end, I had to pay the locksmith myself despite having no fault. Paula handled the situation very poorly and caused me serious inconvenience. I barely made it to my flight—if I had missed it, no one would have taken responsibility or compensated me. And the ironic part is that the locksmith fee still hasn’t been refunded to my account. If you’re considering staying here, think multiple times.
• David (9/5): - The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Very good location. Some English TV options would have been nice for those that don't have Netflix or Prime accounts. But not a major concern for a short stay.

• Pablo (9/5): - Really comfortable and good location. It was noisy at night, at least on weekends. People gathered around at bars just outside the apartment. However it did not bother us too much

• Don (7/5): Good place but not really up to value for money when compared tp other places I stayed at on this trip. - Centrally located with views from windows. Rooms had open airy feel. Several minor problems were encountered. Biggest one being poor / in accurate instructions given. They apologised and said they will be updated. Staff tried to be helpful but that was about it. I stayed over a weekend in December and it was noisy outside till well into the small hours.

• Olivia (8/5): Great location near most attractions - Great location, nice neighbourhood near most city attractions and close to good restaurants. The shower had very little pressure, and the second person to use it always had the water not quite as warm.

Molto ben organizzato, identico a come si vede dalle foto. Si sentono molto i rumori della piazza sottostante dove vi sono tutti i ristoranti e bar

• Maria Nieves (9/5): - Las camas cómodas y el aire acondicionado aunque era centralizado si enfriaba bien todo el apartamento. Cerca de Triana y de la Giralda La televisión solo sintoniza 3 canales y aunque no fuimos a ver la televisión, por la noche si echaba en falta

• Lorena (7/5): Estancia en plena ola de calor - La ubicación excepcional y el apartamento está muy bien. Fuimos en plena ola de calor y el aire acondicionado se agradeció. Quizás que el internet no iba bien.
• Maria (3/5): Make sure you check you unit before rent it out to a next person - I liked the location , easy access. The two bottle of water in the fridge and electrolytes I didnt have wifi for almost 2 days and obviously i let them know but no one replay right away ! That was really frustrating because i had to do bookings of flights , trains , excursions. They change the router but never modified the information on Booking.com about wifi instructions with new user name and password. I choose this apartment to be able to wash my clothes at my convenient time , result machine was broke , apparently no one notified them before me 🤔. So the headache was to wash my clothes and the solution that was provided were really poor ! Is either use a Laundry place ( meaning me dragging my dirty clothes and come back home with wet clothes ) meaning i have to find the time in my busy schedule to fit into their opening times = really frustrating!!!! The last choice was to use their other unit to wash my clothes once again me dragging my dirty close at 10:30 pm because at that time i was coming back from event and do laundry in their other condo location . Obviously i pick half of my stuff , because i knew i have to walk that 20 min with wet clothes !!! Hair dryer was not working properly he was blowing for 3 min then stopped , so i left home with wet hair ! Also the drain of the shower was clogged so all my bathroom floor was flooded my slippers were all soaked ! If you are a light sleeper this location is not for u ! You can hear the wheels of the car turning , and people talks . This is a first time that i see no garbage in the washroom . So i had to use the kitchen garbage ( the petal not working / broken ) and put it in the middle of the hall to be able to use it for multi-use .

If we hadn't also scanned our passport photos - we would probably have spent the night outside. I also work in a resort in Bulgaria, on the sea, with 32 hotels, which wants data of the guests, but not their photos... In addition, the request was for 3 guests, and the bed linen for 2...

• Samuel (5/5): Good location but could have been better. - Good location. Didn't like the keyless entry(entry by mobile phone) as sometimes didn't work and I didn't feel secure with it. When booking it said airport shuttle available but wasn't. TV was old fashioned so basically useless and was a bit of a damp fusty smell in apartment. Also one of the windows wouldn't close so had to put a chair against it to keep it closed.
