The property was lovely and clean and the beds really cosy. Communication from the owners, before, during and following our stay was fantastic and quick to respond. Nothing! It was all really good.

• Kenneth (10/5): Vi nød vores lille ferie hvor alt fungerede. Dør låsene var en god ide. Personalet var utrolig hjælpsom både med dørlåse - Det er utroligt centralt og alligevel roligt område. Terrassen var fuldstændig fantastisk. Der var intet at klage over.

Checkin and out process was very easy and we appreciated being able to store our luggage pre and post checkout in the companies office. Apartment could do with handsoap and bodywash/shampoo in the bathroom, like other properties provide.

Great facilities like washing machine, dishwasher, very well equiped & the host was very responsive Sewerage smell in the whole building which is not the owners fault but wasn't pleasant at all. Apt could do with a mirror in each bedroom or a long mirror in the hallway.

Apartment had a great terrace, nice high ceilings and modern feel. Highly recommended. A few furniture items needed a bit of maintenance - living room side table and floor lamp wobbled when touched - sp we set them aside not to break them. Apartment floor had not been washed when we arrived but we were able to clean it ourselves.

• Schlesinger (7/5): - Die Lage in der Altstadt war sehr gut. Sehr ruhig da keine Fenster auf die Straße. Viele gute Speiselokale in der Nähe. Supermarkt und Busstation auch ganz in der Nähe. Im Apartment 2A gab es im Badezimmer ein Geruchsproblem - durch einen Ablfluß hervorgerufen.

Een nespresso koffiemachientje met paar cupjes erbij zou vriendelijk zijn geweest. Graag ook gastenzeepjes of fles handzeep, evtl ook mini douchegel in badkamer verstrekken. Het was in die zin echt sober.

• Janka (10/5): Výborná lokalita, moderný apartmán. Odporúčam. - Výborná lokalita, priamo v centre mesta. Okna otočené do vnútorného dvora, takze z ulice nebolo počuť hluk. Apartmán moderný, pekný a voňavý. Chýbala nám rýchlovarná kanvica v kuchynskom kúte. Inak všetko ok. Ďakujeme a odporúčame.

Service réactif bien que pas arrangeant Locker pour bagages mais assez éloigné du logement Le coté impersonnel de l’appartement, la déception à l’arrivée car nous pensions avoir choisi un appartement avec terrasse et deux chambres et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un appartement avec une seule chambre et aucune vue sur l’extérieur (les fenêtres donnaient sur le mur de l’immeuble). Aucune possibilité de faire autrement pour cela car nous n’avions apparemment pas coché les bonnes options (des années de réservation avec booking et jamais eu ce problème…) Le canapé lit est vraiment inconfortable. Une demande de check in plus tôt mais les hôtes n’ont pas été du tout arrangeants alors que lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l’appartement (10min avant) tout était prêt mais personne ne nous avait prévenu que nous pouvions entrer dans le logement. Hall assez bruyant. Rien de disponible dans la cuisine, pas de café, pas de thé ni de sel.

• ASSUNTA (10/5): OTTIMO APPARTAMENTO E POSIZIONE TOP! - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento la settimana di Natale. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la posizione poichè è centralissima e comodissima, lontana dal caos anche se vicinissima a Plaza De la Merced ma in una via molto tranquilla. Anche lo stabile super tranquillo e pulitissimo. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Non c'è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema organizzativo ma sono stati molto gentili ed è stato risolto. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è quello di aggiungere uno specchio intero in camera da letto, sarebbe molto gradito.

The interior is very spacious, modern, clean, and warm (we visited in early March). Parking is difficult in the area; the recommended parking lot is 1 km away.

Hosts are easy to communicate with and were very accommodating with our requests. Apartment is more spacious than it looks on the photos. Needs more upkeep, as the apartments are showing their age, and that basically made this apartment a 9 instead of a 10. It's a pretty dark apartment, as it does not have outside windows, only an internal patio column view.

• David (8/5): Agréable séjour proches du centre et de très bons restaurants. - Le fait qu’il y ait un ascenseur. L’espace et la terrasse. Relativement calme le soir et proche du centre. Très beau hall d’entrée. Les ustensiles de cuisine qui étaient sales et griffés. Les joints de la douche dans un mauvais état. Les oreillers jaunes de transpiration. À la moindre réclamation le problème a été rapidement résolu.

Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone...

It is very close to the center and the location is excellent. The hosts were wonderful, they helped us immediately when my girl blocked the code on the door and they reset the code. The accommodation is clean, tidy and very spacious. All recommendations from us.

La communication avec l'hôte était très facile et l'entrée se fait facilement grâce à des codes, ce qui permet d'arriver même tardivement et d'être libre de ses horaires. C'est très appréciable. Le logement est spacieux, bien décoré et très propre dans l'ensemble La cuisine dispose de très peu d'ustensiles. Une petite bouteille d'eau aurait pu être la bienvenue. Les joints de la douche étaient un peu sales.

• Guest (10/5): Beautiful apartment near plaza Merced - The management company was very professional and was constantly in contact with us through Whatsapp updates and it was practical not to actually need to collect a key as the entrance and apartment doors had a keypad and we were given the codes before checkin. The apartment was ready 1 hour before the official checkin time so we were able to checkin earlier which was really helpful since we were travelling with 3 big suitcases. The lift was a plus and we were surprised to have a beautiful entrance with clean common areas. The apartment smelled nice and located near the plaza Merced where there are lots of restaurant and the Museum in the house where Picasso was born. The living room sofa converts in a double bed even if we did not really need it. Instead of a coffee machine there was a manual coffee maker that could not accommodate 3 full mugs.

• Yasser (9/5): Good value for money apartment in a good location, though it is missing some basic amenities. - I really appreciated the early check-in. Our flight arrived at 10:30, and we were able to access the apartment around 11:15, which was extremely helpful and allowed us to make good use of the day. Access to the apartment via a code was also very convenient. The location is excellent—situated on a nice and quiet street, yet very close to all major attractions and in the city center. The rooms did not have mirrors, which made it inconvenient to get dressed or do makeup. During our stay, one of the employees entered the apartment without our permission to add a coffee machine. After contacting iLoft (managing company), they apologized and confirmed it was a mistake, as the employee was supposed to access a different apartment. Although nothhing was taken from the apartment and the issue was acknowledged, the situation felt uncomfortable and unsafe, especially since there is no safe in the apartment, which is another drawback. Parking was also very difficult. I rented a car and attempted to use the car park recommended by iLoft, but it was full (possibly due to the Christmas period). Other nearby car parks were also full, so I had to park farther away and walk more than 17 minutes. The beds are very comfortable; however, they are essentially two small beds pushed together to form a double bed, and they tend to separate. This was not convenient, particularly when our child slept between us. Lastly, the sofa in the living room had visible stains and was not very clean. Additionally, the extra duvet stored in the closet was not clean, although the bedding on the beds themselves was clean. So we couldn’t use the sofabed as an extra bed for the 5th person.

El baño el inodoro estaba sucio de caca cuando llegamos por fuera de la taza y el baño huele a cañería cuando se abre la puerta , pero sobretodo q estuviera sucio al llegar por q con lejía y ambientador es pasable.

• Ingrid (9/5): Fijne en rustige uitvalsbasis om het centrum van Malaga te verkennen! - Mooi en stil appartement met alle basics die je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf van een week. Het ligt iets uit de drukte maar in de nabijheid van een plein met veel restaurantjes. Daarnaast is er een grote supermarkt, een goede bakker en een fijn koffietentje to-go. Enkel een paar praktische zaken: slaapbank is niet comfortabel, geen afwasmachine, geen apart toilet.

Nous étions 3, avec chacune notre valise et sac à dos et on a dû utiliser le lit disponible ainsi que le meuble télévision pour y déposer nos deux sac à dos. L’ajout d’une table dans la chambre la plus grande serait un plus pour y déposer deux valises.

Two comfortable double beds and a cosy living room/kitchen area. Apartment was slightly smaller than appeared on photos but still a good size. Only complaint from the three female party members were the shortage of mirrors for getting ready- just one in the bathroom and none in the bedrooms. Also surprised to see no washing up liquid (there was a dishwasher with tablets but seemed excessive to use this for a few glasses and bowls) or tea/coffee but again minor gripe.
