- Bronwyn (9/5): Very pleasant and would recommend for short stays - The hosts were very obliging and helpful The first room we were in had a some type of room deodorant in the room which the perfume was too strong and clung to my clothes giving me a headache. The second room was we were in was fine
- Peter (8/5): Convenient , clean and comfortable. We will use it again. - the breakfast was excellant. The ladies company made for family affair. The locatioonfor us was perfect for our needs. Nothing, very nice stay.
- Jeff (5/5): Functional but expensive. - The host and the continental breakfast. The wooden floor boards - anyone walking anywhere could be heard by everyone. The door locks weren't functioning correctly.
- Diane (9/5): Loved our stay. Not only in walking distance from the RSL and Dolphins League but also the v beaches - Enjoyed the friendliness not only of the owner but also other people staying there Can't put my finger on anything actually

- Mikhail (10/5): Very friendly, quiet, comfortable. -

- Meng Tze (8/5): Comfy and convenient stay - A nostalgic stay at a traditional English bed and breakfast. Comfy and great location - a short walk to Redcliffe waterfront.. 30 mins to Brisbane airport beating M1 traffic congestion Shower cleaniless and pest control can be improved.
- Byron (10/5): -
- Tracy (9/5): I would stay again :) - It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Great location for what for the event i was attending. As a solo traveller, the price was a bit higher than what I would usually pay.
- Craig (10/5): -
- Amanda (8/5): Lovely night stay - Lovely nights stay in this accommodation. Host was very friendly and welcoming
- Steve (5/5): A handy stop north of Brisbane - It was only a short walk to the centre of Redcliffe, but that itself left something to be desired. The massive thunderstorm just after we arrived was very entertaining, following which there were flying foxes in the trees outside after dark. It was a shame the pool was unavailable for cleaning.
- Townsend (1/5): DO NOT RECOMEND ANYBODY TO STAY IN THIS DIRTY DUMP OLD HOUSE. - IT WAS A DIRTY DUMP OLD AND I HATED MY STAY OTHER REDISENTS WERE INCONSIDERATE OF THE NOISES THAT THEY MADE. I WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED PART OF THE PRICE THAT I PAID FOR THIS DIRTY DUMP AND OLD FURNISHINGS AND THE DIRTY DUSTY JUG STAINED LINEN FREEZER BUILT UP WITH ICE SO FRIDGE NOT VERY COLD BECAUSE OF THAT. I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER IF I DON'T RECEIVE PART OF THE OVERPRICED ROOM THAT I PAYED FOR.
- Martin (9/5): Pleasant and relaxed. - Good selection even without the cooked options. It was a bit awkward being under the gables at 6ft 3.
- Bruce (7/5): Comfy enough. - The location's great, an easy 15-minute walk to several beachfront restaurants. The place itself is cosy enough, with a bit of olde worlde charm. The room itself feels a bit poky, with just a dim overhead light. I think this is deliberate, to give it a warm cosy atmosphere. And it's compensated by spacious common areas, both indoor and out.
- Silvana (9/5): Owner was very accommodating and friendly. Loved the stay - The era of the house. Nothing
- Suzanne (10/5): Although only a very short break it was a lovely place to stay. Very friendly owner and lovely set out breakfast include - Very clean and tidy close to the beach and shops Nothing
- Shelly (9/5): Lyn the host is absolutely amazingly lovely. Room was nice but could do with a dust over. - It was a quaint property It was a bit dusty - needs some attention
- Robin (10/5): Do yourself a favour and stay here, we will be back. - Very clean and comfortable and Lynn was an absolute delight, very friendly but not in your face. Nothing.
- Narelle (8/5): Walking distance to shops and restaurants - The room was clean with everything that we needed. It was very handy to restaurants so we were able to walk to lunch and dinner. The breakfast which was included was very limited. You had to pay more for a hot breakfast.
- junior (10/5): -
- Walsh (10/5): Warm reunion with family. - Location was excellent. Short walk to the Entertainment Centre. Superbly fitted out guest house of the highest standard. My hostess Lyme, was welcoming. Considerate and accommodating. Will be back again. Highly recommended.
- Mick (10/5): - Well presented The look
- Colleen (9/5): -
- Chu (9/5): Lynne was very helpful. It was also nice to get to know Lynne and her experience in running the B&B. A few restauran - Very spacious and clean
- Julieann (10/5): - Loved the house. Nothing
- pauline (10/5): - A very friendly place to stay. Comfortable room with drinks making facilities and fridge. Continental breakfast with additional cooked breakfast if wanted. The pool looked very inviting. Well situated for both Redcliffe and Scarborough. Nothing not to like.
- Matthew (10/5): -
- Coleen (10/5): I will recommend this place to anyone who needs accommodation in Redcliffe - The room was very spacious, the bed was so comfortable, the owner Lyn was a delight. Not a thing
- Turney (9/5): -
- Peter (10/5): -
- Sherylle (8/5): -
- Ebony (2/5): Would not recommend on any count - It was close to Redcliffe shops Where do I start…..
it was noisy- a dog barking next door, you could hear other guests in the driveway and walking every step inside- up and down the stairs, showering next door at 10pm, up making breakfast at 4am!
It was very unclean- bathroom & shower was disgusting, still with soap scum on all the wall tiles, don’t think they’ve ever been cleaned!
The only bathroom light was also a light for the dining area so you can’t use the bathroom at night without waking someone sleeping
The bed was so old and uncomfortable - we both woke up with a sore back and every time one of us rolled over the other was woken up with the movement,
breakfast is included but only from 7-9am which we didn’t find out til the night before and from our own investigations, it wasn’t mentioned anywhere else or when booking
There are lots of check in codes, a separate one for front door and separate one for our room, so too hard to remember,
No onsite parking- we had to park down the street
No sign of staff
The place has been renovated some what but looked cheaply done like an unqualified person did it as tiles were all over the place and grout was slapped on in spots never wiped off, and covering large parts,
I have photos of all of these things too- see below

- Jess (9/5): Great location for a comfortable and affordable stay in Redcliffe - I stayed at Ainslie Manor Bed and Breakfast with my mother the night before I competed in the Jetty 2 Jetty Half Marathon and Fun Run. The property was in a good location as it was at the northern end of Redcliffe - close to Redcliffe Parade and the centre of Redcliffe but quieter and more suburban. It was signposted well which made it easy to locate and the property had a spacious balcony and pool where it was nice to relax. The facilities in the twin room I booked were adequate for a one night stay and the beds were comfortable and warm to sleep in. The cost of staying at Ainslie Manor Bed and Breakfast was affordable compared to other accommodation options in Redcliffe and the Moreton Bay Region during the weekend I stayed there. I'd definitely consider staying here again when competing in the marathon and/or half marathon events for the Jetty 2 Jetty Half Marathon and Fun Run. There was nothing I didn't like about the property. The property and all rooms were entered via access codes which took some tries to get used to however this was a secure way to enter the property and rooms without having to rely upon a key or room tag.
- Maureen (8/5): Very helpful owner & spotless room - Basic continental breakfast, fair enough for the price No lift & second floor room but that was clear when we booked
- Tara (10/5): -
- Catherine (9/5): The photos provided did not do the property any justice. It is heaps nicer in person! - Felt like home. Was really comfortable and Lynne was very welcoming Lack of car spots, but that it a very small issue!
- Helen (9/5): - This is our second visit, and the hospitality is still wonderful. Thank you 😊
- Lucchiari (10/5): - The house is very unique it had style, and the breakfast was lovely. we chatted with other guests at the table and Lynne was friendly and welcoming.
- Mark (9/5): - Room was comfortable everything we needed for 1 night. Breakfast was very good thanks 😊
- Les (8/5): - Location and comfortable
- Aron (9/5): - Lovely terrace, warm and friendly landlady, convenient parking. It had everything we needed! Warm blanket, comfy room, fridge and microwave. Just like at home :-) We had to leave, because our holiday was over.

- leesa (10/5): - the host was very polite and a lovely person N/A
