• Danielle (10/5): - A fabulous home with everything we needed for our weekend stay plus more. Perfect for stays with a family. Games, books, things to take to the beach. Table tennis and more. Perfectly located a short distance from the shops and the beach.

• Melissa (6/5): Great location. Very poor cleaning. - Great location. Short walk to the main Torquay Beach. Beautiful views. Large house. The house had not been cleaned properly, so unfortunately we needed to clean some parts ourselves. Cleaners did not clean the shower, a lot of the floors, balcony, and shelves, etc. Reached out to the owner after, waited as per their request, no resolution. Poor value.

• Alison (8/5): Great place for group travelling to be near the beach, lots of space to hang out in the house - Great location. Lots of space for people at the house Jets not working in the bath was a disappointment. Bbq not clean was annoying (even though that’s not the owners fault)
• Emily (10/5): - The place was absolutely beautiful. Much a welcoming and comfortable space. Beautifully decorated and very central to everything. If we come back to Torquay we would definitely want to stay here again!

• Nigel (8/5): A very comfortable and pleasant stay in Torquay. - Our family was well catered for with a child safety gate and cot. The lounge couch and beds were very comfortable. Property adjacent to the major highway passing through Torquay so you could hear the traffic.

• Chantele :-) (9/5): The accommodation was in prime location, allowing us to walk everywhere. Comfort of the beds 10/10 - To access the property was easy as can be with the door code. The cutlery and glasses may need to be checked upon departure of each guest.

Close to town and the beach. - The kitchen had salt, pepper, milk and olive oil which can sometimes be missing in other properties. Plentiful coffee pods and tea bags. Plentiful dishwashing tablets. Lots of toilet paper available in the bathrooms. The security of not having to carry a key. Prompt communication from the host Jess. Kitchen was fully equipped. We were not looking for anything. No tissues in the rooms or bathrooms. No bins in the bathrooms. No double adaptors or power boards anywhere. No ice made in the freezer on arrival. (Have already messaged Jess who said she'd add these 4 things to the property) We all found the doonas quite hot as they're feather down. Being on the main road made it quite noisy. Wine glasses were very small. Need some large glasses for red wine. Having to open the cupboards to put anything in the bin was very annoying and badly positioned. There's not a lot of preparation room in the kitchen if you're cooking.

Kitchen had everything you needed and it was good to have the coffee pods when we arrived. 10-12 min walk to everything and a garage for your car. Just need better signage at the front bc we drove past the house when we arrived.
• Derek (9/5): This property would be hard to fault and is a very comfortable place to stay. - This is a luxuriuous property with high end finishes and furnishings. It is spacious, very comfortable and the owner has done fine job catering to the needs of the holiday makers.

Each room was decorated beautifully, an - Every space was decorated beautifully and thoughtfully and it was very comfortable, including the beds. Just a warning that the property is on a main road, which wasn’t a problem for us but if noise is an issue for some. Didn’t affect our stay at all!

• Boryna (10/5): A place you can relax and enjoy what Torquay has to offer - We had a lovely stay at Pleasant View Stays Torquay. Jess was a great host. The townhouse had plenty of space in for our family to enjoy. We particularly liked the three balconies! Very conveniently located with the Beach/ Cafes/Restaurants/supermarkets only a couple of minutes drive away.
