• David (9/5): Comfortable stay in a well-equipped laneway home. - Perfect for our needs. Great location, close to the folks we were visiting. Comfortable - and quiet - sleeping arrangements; well-equipped kitchen.

• Alice (8/5): Cosy and clean - felt like home - Great separation of upstairs downstairs, great kitchen and handy extra toilet Didn’t realise it was connected to owner property. Absolutely fine in the end, just didn’t expect to be able to hear them through the door and may be an issue for guests who are planning on spending more time in the property.

• laura (10/5): - Appartamento nuovo completo di elettrodomestici + lavatrice ed asciugatrice, zona tranquilla e ben servita a 15 min di auto dal centro, letti molto comodi e due bagni uno al piano terra ed uno al piano primo.
• Nijoska (10/5): Perfect stay near Vancouver - Geweldige locatie, zeer ruime slaapkamers, comfortabele keuken/living. Luxe badkamer en een 2e toilet beneden. Heel prettig! Fijne host en top dat je naast het huis kunt parkeren. De hygiëne bovenop de koelkast en afzuigkap etc, maar wij zijn lang, dus kunnen erop kijken. Verder misten we een gordijntje voor de deur naar het balkon, waardoor het sochtends erg vroeg licht is op de slaapkamers.

• Suzana (8/5): Agréable, propre et confortable - Situé dans un quartier d’habitation à proximité des transports publics, restaurants, épicerie, station essence et à moins de 30mn de l’aéroport. 2 chambres et 1 salle de bains avec douche à l’étage. Propre, confortable, lave-linge et sèche-linge, place de parc à côté de la maison. Petit espace salon juste à l’entrée au rez-de-chaussée avec un canapé 2 places uniquement. Manque une commode dans les chambres au lieu de la petite table d’appoint. Aucun mobilier de jardin.

• Hei (9/5): A homey and cozy property in Vancouver - Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, yet close to some great food options (Bun Cha Ca Hoang Yen!!), comfortable rooms and bathrooms, spacious kitchen area. Bedrooms are up a flight of stairs so may not be ideal for visitors who are fall-risk

There was no hand towel supplied in this toilet Bare wires hanging in several places Emergency exits behind the beds so couldn't possibly be used Balcony as shown on advertisement photographs not accessible

• Anton (9/5): Very pleasant - First, the navigation in the car did not lead us correctly, but then we quickly found the accommodation on foot. We parked the car in front of the building, opened the door with the code sent to us by the owner. The house is very spacious. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen, toilet, and a washing machine and dryer under the stairs. On the upper floor there are two large enough bedrooms and a bathroom. The premises are clean. There is no noise in the settlement. Since we were in a hurry to catch the ferry in the morning, we left very early, which was no problem from the owner's side. Everything was fine.
• Susan (9/5): Superb - The house is spacious , comfortable and in a great position for transport downtown. We stayed for a week and would happily return. I would certainly recommend this house to anyone going to visit Vancouver as it is great value for money. The owner responds to any communication very promptly and is very helpful. It would be helpful if there were hand towels in both the bathrooms and the kitchen. There were no dishes or tins for cooking in the oven which was a pity as it is a nice big oven.
• Fiona (7/5): Clean comfortable accommodation with easy access to city centre - Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious, near to bus stop to travel into Vancouver Bedrooms too light as there was a window with no blind in both rooms, could have done with a sofa downstairs as it was not very relaxing with just dining room chairs, very noisy people last night that kept us awake for hours

Happily will recommend it. - Great Location, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beds comfortable, quiet, seamless check- in and out, nicely appointed albeit easy improvements possible. Good value. See below The following suggestions are not meant to undermine the positives- all small fixes that would make it that much better: TV buffered the whole time; Light burnt out under fan hood, Needed hand towels in 2 baths and kitchen, Light bulbs could be a softer light on main and add a side lamp, A couch under the window would be a big plus and work if you added a drop leaf table from IKEA against wall under TV and they have comfortable collapsible chairs that would work and fold up when not in use, Your cleaners are not cleaning under beds (dust allergies) and not changing cleaning water as everything is streaky. All small stuff.

• Kevin (10/5): Very cozy big laneway house. - Pros: - plenty of utilities, privacy and space - kettle for boiling water, coffeemaker for coffee, laundry, pan and stove for cooking, and big screen tv - very fast internet. Great for gaming, streaming, and browsing - 2 very nice comfortable beds. - free coffee and tea. Free soap and shampoo - great location. It’s very close to Victoria drive and East Side Craft House(they make one of the best burgers in Vancouver 🤤) - heating and air condition - quiet cons: none
