Cortesia nell'accoglienza e disponibilità ad accogliere le nostre richieste di check-in anticipato e check out ritardato. Sicuramente, essendo in te, avremmo preferito un po' di spazio in più ma eravamo consapevoli quando abbiamo scelto la struttura.

• Elisabeth (2/5): - Gute und zentrale Lage, in wenigen Minuten beim Dom Im Badezimmer war überall inschwarzer Schimmel und es roch modrig....die Möbel waren abgewohnt (weißes Sideboard Tür kaputt).

• Marco (10/5): Alles super, absolut zu empfehlen :-) - Wir waren als Familie in Mailand und die Lage der Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe und man ist auch schnell am Dom und anderen Hotspots. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, muss man vorher die Einreise in die Straße genehmigen lassen. Ilaria hat uns im Nachhinein super geholfen, da wir das vorher nicht wussten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und werden diese bei dem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

It was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. I could walk to almost everything. As with any city life the neighbors were loud the last night, but otherwise not an issue.

The Suite is in the heart of Milan, making it perfect for exploring, yet it remains exceptionally quiet , a rare and wonderful combination. It is at main floor and i have appreciated the peaceful and green outdoor area. Highly recommended! Surely i eill come back in this location Nothing I particularly remember

• Eduardo (9/5): Wonderful, quiet spot in the city centre -- perfect for work or rest. - Tasteful, well equipped property in the centre of Milan, with a location that makes it easy enough to walk around or hop on public transportation to explore the city, or get out of it. The host was gracious, welcoming and supportive throughout the stay, providing clear and detailed guidance on every aspect starting with check in. Nothing really to say -- the property met and even exceed my expectations.
• Omar (1/5): The word “ luxury “ is very much misleading. - Location - We met nobody, the lady tried to do everything remotely by phone, after 3 hours waiting in the street, she finally managed to send the key with someone. - We were surprised that a luxury apartment is Not cleaned and serviced daily.?!?!- We are retired couples, trying to enjoy life, and not to go back to the hard work of house cleaning. - During all our stay in this ground floor premises ( except on the weekend ) there were unbearable noise by a sledge hammer breaking the ground to repair the water/ sewage system, every 8 am. ( I have video footage )

• Cora (9/5): quiet and private stay for couples. - friendly communication. auto check in. excellent location. modern open concept interior decor. fully stock toiletries, coffee and tea and towels/slippers, attention to details design, friendly custodian onsite, great lighting, quiet courtyard/ building, unit in the shade especially when it’s hot outside. comfortable bed. has in room safe and air conditioner. nothing major to complain. just observation - main building entrance has a short clearance. one May hit his/her head while walking in. No shelf or rack inside the shower - put stuffs on the floor, No vanity shelf by the mirror. soft subway humming noise/vibrations, column in the middle of the room, a step down after entrance door, unit door is 10 feet away from garbage bin area ( but no foul smell as it’s cold outside and it’s rather clean), one’s head May hit hanging lamp above the nightstand table, just three hooks in the bathroom, bathroom door hitting the console table, hot water limit ( second person may have to suffer if the first one takes a nice long hot shower), cool room because it’s in the shade on the ground, older wall power outlet where EU plug May not fit.
