Las Almohadas viejas y con pelotas, para el precio debieran invertir en esas cosas.

El entorno del lugar es maravilloso, lleno de vegetación y áreas verdes, ideal para para combinar confort, descanso y ciudad. Tuve problemas con el secador de pelo, pero el anfitrión lo solucionó durante la estadía.

- WILLIAN (3/5): Lo que debería ser perfecto fue terriblemente traumatico. - La ubicación y el personal del edifício. De principio compramos en pesos chilenos, en Chile y el dueño nos hizo una cuenta de cambio totalmente equivocada, aún quedando más caro de lo que aparecía en Booking, no se hizo problema. Se hizo transferencia y se enviaron los datos de facturación y la factura hasta el momento no ha llegado, desorden total. Me cobró 584 pesos, y después de explicarle varias veces que era 584 mil, finalmente entendió que no sabía escribir el monto correcto. En el departamento siempre pongo filtro que haya cafetera, no había y llevaron 3 días después, el microondas no funcionaba, y para tomar café (en ese caso soluble) había que calentar la leche en una olla de las grandes, pues no había una tetera. La pieza se encontraba bastante sucia, el piso, la cama y las fundas de los cojines con pelos, andar descalzo era imposible. El Aire acondicionado es del tipo portátil, y extremadamente ruidoso, y su tubo de salida de aire caliente es sujetado con una madera de piso flotante, que está puesta de manera artesanal entre la ventana y el marco, impidiendo que la ventana se cierre correctamente. Es decir se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, y del mismo aire acondicionado, hubo que dormir con tapones de oído, la repisa abajo de la tele está a punto de caer. Las fotos que aparecen en internet se mezclaron con de otros departamentos, por lo que no necesariamente cuenta con lo que ves, y eso probablemente es culpa de booking.

The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, we didn’t cook but it looked well stocked. The only thing negative I can say is that they have a portable AC that can be a bit loud at night, but other than that everything else was ok

The kitchen has pans but they are in poor condition. There was only one new pot. I think the price is too high for such amenities.
- Laura (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect, and it's a great building with amenities. The owner was very helpful and helped us reserve the BBQ area for a small get together which we really appreciated. We were travelling with our daughter who is 1 year old and the apartment was not very safe for her. There is no proper balcony, but there are windows that function as doors and open up with a gap below where the baby (or pet) could easily fall. Because it was summer in Santiago, we needed to keep the door windows open, but we had to be extremely careful not to let our daughter near there and put all our luggage there to block it off. Overall the apartment is lovely but for this reason I would not recommend it for anyone with a small child or pets.
- Andrei (8/5): Good option for a short stay in Santiago - The appartement was close to the subway but located on a quiet street. It was really easy to pick up the keys. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. At our arrival there were no sheets nor blanket for the sofa wich was indicated as a 2nd bed. We had to ask for them separately, but they were delivered the next day around noon. The were no shampoo in the bathroom but that was a minor impairment.

- Xiaoyin (9/5): price and quality ratio is wonderful - The owner is very friendly and tried to solve all the problems. The location is very good, safe/quiet/close to metro. The best part is the building has laundry facilities which is wonderful for me travelling here more than two weeks, this is important and way better than staying in hotel. The furniture and bed sheet could be changed to better quality, a bit old but clean anyway
