• Jo (8/5): Cheerful lively resort stay, great bath! - Great central location for Noosaville and surrounds. Comfy, with everything you need for an easy stay. Handy visitors carpark just out the front. Easy check in with lock box at entry. Loved hearing the frogs in the pond below. The bath was great. Not a fault of the unit, but really noisy guests on adjoining patios and in the pool until late at night both nights. A lively busy resort setting.

• Jake (9/5): Great location, facilities and overall vibe. - The Room was spacious, had everything you needed, lots of facilities and the check in process was very very easy - hosts gave clear instructions. wifi was very good. Bed was good, just not great. Everything else was amazing though.

• Cassidy (2/5): Extremely disappointing, dirty and expensive for what it is. Photos were false advertising. - The pools and the resort facilities were good. Photos they posted to advertise this place were obviously taken years ago. The property was extremely dirty (every cup was dirty and stained and needed to be rewashed before using, toaster hadn’t been cleaned - probably for months, couch and floor entryway was filthy, hair and dirt throughout, just to name a few). When I spoke to the property manager and sent photos to show her, all she did was thank me for the information, with no offer any compensation. When I asked for a partial refund (as that would’ve been appreciated) I was ignored. There was no wifi available - and the reason I was given was that sometimes it gets overloaded when the resort was full and everyone is using it. But it didn’t work for a moment the whole time. Even early morning. It felt like we were crashing at a friends’ place not renting a place to stay in a resort. I have stayed in nicer motels for cheaper. And thats saying something. Definitely not worth it. Trust me, save your money and stay somewhere else.

• Vanessa (9/5): Lovely apartment stay in great location - Located in a lovely resort with multiple pools and a restaurant, nice little balcony overlooking the pond and in a central location. The bed was comfortable and I slept well which is unusual for me whenever I’m away from home. It was easy to follow check in instructions. Being someone that prefers privacy I wasn’t too keen on facing the common property areas as you can hear and see everyone from the bedroom and balcony, but luckily by the time I went to sleep the noise would quieten down a lot. The wifi didn’t work at all and the hot water wasn’t very hot but this didn’t affect our stay too much.

• Casey (6/5): - Great communication with the host, easy to collect the keys, great location and resort. Overall the apartment was clean, apart from the carpet and lounge. The lounge was stained and looked dirty so we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it without a blanket. There wasn’t enough toilet paper or washing powder to use the washing machine. It could do with some little small cosmetic changes to improve the overall experience.

• Nicole (9/5): Very nice unit and location, great facilities. - Lovely unit, great position, clean, two large TVs in the unit, aircon and fans, and a lovely big spa bath. Nice kitchen, coffee machine and pods supplied, and well stocked kitchen with some basic spices and oils supplied too. Loved the multiple pools at the resort. The cooktop was out of service, a brand new one burner portable cooktop was provided though. A small thing, but both the “non stick” pans provided were heavily used and scratched, which made cooking our breakfasts unpleasant - they need to be replaced.

• RobnTeen (8/5): Very Nice place to stay if you are a young couple. - The location was perfect, at a perfect distance from the private hospital. The unit was very roomy, and the water was hot and had good pressure. The bedroom has a TV, which can be a bonus for some. The spa bath is quite steep to step in or out; a grab rail would add extra safety. The bathroom window lock is broken, and cannot lock it; this was a concern for our property. I had asked for an early check-in, but did not receive a reply. Communication could be better.

• Diane (8/5): Weekend away in Noosaville. - I travelled with a friend, and we enjoyed the facilities, eg cafe on site for lunch when we arrived. We also grabbed extra food for an early dinner, before the show we were attending early that evening. We found the shower over the spa tub a bit hard to get in and out of, as it was quite deep. I had to be careful not to slip getting out, and there was nothing to grab hold of to help balance. I don't suggest older folk try this unit , unless they are very stable on their feet. It also had see through glass into the main bedroom, which was a bit of a giggle, as we were 2 ladies, one on the couch, and we wanted to respect each other's privacy for showering. It was also a busy weekend in Noosa, for a Marathon, so many accommodation sites were booked out, and maybe higher in price than normal.

Very spacious Had a really nice pool The Bed in the main bedroom kept on moving around as was on roller wheels. It could be dangerous as you could go to sit on the bed and it will move under you and hurt your self and fall on the floor

• Sarah (9/5): Very pleasant stay. Will definitely consider coming back. - I’d had lots of amenities, we wernt staying long enough to make use of them but still quite useful for anyone staying. Very cosy and comfortable temperature. Loved the round spa bath with big windows, was a nice surprise and helped me sleep well at night. The water feature outside was a really nice touch too. The toilet spray was empty and not much soap in hand soap dispenser. There wasn’t alot of privacy when curtains were opened with people BBQing right outside.

• Denise (8/5): Excellent, had a nice relaxing time, apartment very clean. Would love to stay again. - The apartment was lovely and clean with a great aspect looking over the ponds and the resort. It has all the amenities you need for your stay with a big fridge, dish washer and washing facilities. The resort facilities are great with pools and activities for the kids. The apartment was great had no issues. The wifi from the resort was a little hit and miss coming in and out all the time. There was also rubbish floating in the creek which was hard to miss when you're sitting out on the patio. This was no fault of the host. If you were planning on eating at the resort restaurant/bar be mindful it is only open from Wed-Sun.

Some areas of the house were not well cleaned. Some areas of the kitchen, like the toaster and koffie machine, looked like it wasn't cleaned in a while. So we had a disgusting feeling after that.

• Stacey (1/5): Very Unclean Unit - Honestly location wasn't great the onsite cafe only offered pizzas and takeaway, The unit was neglected of a clean, dirt under the bed, all surfaces had a layer of dust, the shower/bath had glass cancer and it looked mouldy and disgusting, email with the owner came up with excuses. I'm a cleaner by trade and I'd never have left a unit with the amount of issues I found in a short period of stay. All I wanted to do was leave as I didn't even feel like the bed was clean. Highly disappointed and feeling very ripped off - not value for money at all!
