• Maria (6/5): Voor de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was het fijn - Locatie en wifi was geweldig en gastheer reageerde binnen maximaal 10 minuten Andere reviews zeiden het ook, maar de deur van de badkamer die niet op slot kon, er hing een riool geur in de lucht en er was een inzakking in matras voor de rest was de plek goed

• Oliver (10/5): Insgesamt tolles Apartment mitten in Madrid - Das Apartment ist perfekt für ein bis zwei Personen mit seiner einfachen Ausstattung, wenn der Besuch in Madrid ganz überwiegend außerhalb des Apartments stattfindet. Das hochbett ist sehr bequem und bietet auch guten Platz für ein Paar. Auf der zusätzlichen Couch könnte zwar jemand übernachten, wäre aber für mein Gefühl zu viel. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Badewanne was mich sehr gefreut hat. Die Küche ist zwar sehr klein, bietet aber alles notwendige für den Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist Altbau sehr hellhörig und hat keinen Fahrstuhl...

• Andrew (6/5): - La ubicacion Las instalaciones , todo muy viejo , se escucha todo , el colchon tiene un hueco en el medio del uso , la puerta del baño no cerraba , el agua caliente era para unos 10 minutos muy justo para dos personas , sobre todo los pelos en las sabanas me dieron mucho asco.
• Rubén (10/5): Tal y como se describe - El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos y la descripción por lo que nuestra estancia fue genial. Para pasar unos días es estupendo, una zona muy buena de Madrid. El check in fue super sencillo. Entraba luz a la noche cuando alguien del edificio encendía la luz de la escalera, si se pudiera añadir algo para que no entrase tanta luz sería perfecto.

• Laro (2/5): Te obliga a alquilar temporalmente - Buena ubicación. Habitación pequeña y antigua, sin ventanas a la calle. Me parece que las notas que ha recibido son injustas (no sé qué expectativas tiene el resto de clientes) y está lejos del notable. Problemas: - El colchón es viejo y se hunde al centro. - No hay ventanas a la calle; huele fuerte (y a veces la escalera, a donde da el baño, a tabaco). - El frigorífico hace ruido y molesta para dormir. - El váter tarda mucho en cargar agua y suena también. - Los estores son viejos y no tapan bien la luz de la zona de la escalera. - Aunque Mariano, el gestor, fue agradable, te obliga a FIRMAR UN CONTRATO DE QUE TU ESTANCIA DE ALQUILER TEMPORAL DONDE SE ASEGURA QUE TU VISITA NO ES TURÍSTICA. Contactamos con Booking y echó balones fuera. Pero que te pongan este requisito 24 horas antes de tu llegada a Madrid, como si la responsabilidad legal del "alquiler" fuera tuya y no del dueño, es una vergüenza.
• Rhona (10/5): - Owner was very helpful, communication excellent and in English! Studio was perfect for me and everywhere was in walking distance so my card of 10 metro tickets was a bit of a waste! Not stated on facilities, but there is a hairdryer.. The flat was very clean. It was quiet. Someone commented on the stairs(3rd floor and no lift) being a problem for elderly. I didn't have a problem bit only had a small suitcase. The area and indeed all of Madrid felt safe to me as an older woman travellinh alone.

• Miriam Judith (10/5): Maravillosa estancia en Madrid - Me encanto porque ademas de que fue comoda la estadia, esta muy bien equipado con cocineta, lavadora, estufa y micro, estaba nuy limpio, el apartamento esta cerca a pocos metros de estacion de bus y metro y nos desplazamos con facilidad. El anfitrion estuvo pendiente en todo momento... En fin 100% recomendado Para las personas que no pueden subir muchos escalones ya que esta ubicado en 3er piso, no tiene ascensor. Pero aun asi 10 de 10

• Sophie Olga (7/5): Prima voor 1 (jong) persoon, geweldige lokatie, prijs kwaliteit verhouding was prima. - de lokatie er waren wat problemen met de deur en de sleutels, ik kon bij aankomst er niet in, en later die avond ook niet. De volgende dag werd het opgelost.
• heng (6/5): - 房间比较大。非常感谢房东第一天晚上耐心教我怎么开门，那天晚上弄到很晚。房间有厨房，有碗碟，可以买东西回来做饭，但我们没有用。 不算靠近地铁站，晚上地铁回住处要经过一片酒吧区，有些喝醉的人，觉得有点不安全。酒店的门很难开，第一次入住，当时晚上12点了，我和酒店的老板沟通很久都开不了门，可能我英语不好，听得不太明白，老板让我在街上找个英语或者西班牙语比较好的人和他沟通，我大晚上在街上找了个陌生男性帮我上楼开门，他也沟通了一段时间，试了很多次才开到门，最后入住时间已经凌晨一点多了，门锁有点问题，要先拉着门，再开锁，门才开得了。最后进房间后，发现下层的床是坏的，床的支撑木条已经脱离了床架，根本睡不了，我和妈妈一起住，她70岁了，让她爬上层床和我睡比较危险，而且下层床坏了，我们担心上层床承受不了我们两个人的重量，会摔下来。睡得很不安心。浴室去水有点塞，洗完澡浴缸积水严重。床垫太软了。

• Anónimo (10/5): - Ubicación excelente, en pleno centro y cerca del metro. Trato buenísimo con el anfitrión. Aire acondicionado se nota nuevo. Cocina con todo lo necesario. Cuarto de baño con secador. Cama grande y muy cómoda, perfecta para parejas. Experiencia muy buena, para repetir sin duda. Las ventanas no dan directamente a la calle, hay que abrir también las del pasillo.

• Sandra (1/5): - Ubicación Además de no estar en las condiciones que promete, una vez le pones una la reseña lo único que recibes por su parte son insultos, únicamente por comentar lo que le faltaba al alojamiento. En definitiva, no se lo recomiendo a nadie

• Francisca (8/5): Nice house! - The location was nice. The house had everything we needed. The bed, once you lay down it feels like a funnel that pulls you into the middle. Also the time we had to wait for the keys, eventhough we were compensated, we still had to wait for 2 hours by the door.

• Paul (7/5): Good - The host was very helpful, and provided good visiting tips. The location is perfect. The AC was a life-saver. The wifi is a nice thing. Very good value for money. We were very late because of train issues. There's no keybox, so the host had to come and give us the keys, charging a late check-in fee. Sleeping was difficult, because you hear everything in the corridor and in your neighbors' apartments, because nothing is sound-proof.

When you'll be there guys, you're gonna fall in love with the place, just like I did. My enormous Gratitude to the owner and his staff. They really know how to give you a wonderful place just for yourself. I will come back again and again and again...!!! That I couldn't stay longer!
