- Tanja (5/5): A nice apartment, but value for money diminished by fact that lift was not working for the whole time (apartment on 5th - The apartment itself was great. However, during our entire stay (3 days/2 nights), the lifts did not work. So climbing to the 5th floor each time (with luggage) etc. was very inconvenient. I understand that this is out of the owners control, but if we had know that this was the situation, we would have cancelled the booking. We had to work out where the stairs were, from the ground floor as well as the basement where the car was parked. Lifts not working in the complex.

The listing clearly states that there is a private pool, however it is a shared pool for the whole complex. There is nothing private about it. This is false and misleading advertising and we were extremely disappointed when we arrived to find out the pool is on the ground floor and for the use of everyone.
