• Ahmed (8/5): Buen alojamiento - La estancia fue muy buena. El alojamiento es tranquilo, perfecto para descansar sin ruidos. Tiene cocina equipada, lo que viene genial para poder cocinar y ahorrar un poco. Además, la parada de bus está muy cerca, así que moverse es bastante cómodo. Todo limpio y bien cuidado. Sin duda, lo recomendaría. El horno estaba un poquito sucio.

• BENYAM (3/5): Very sad - Non I couldn't sleep the first night. People there stayed up all night using the kitchen, yelling at each other. The same thing yesterday. I sent a message to the member of staff but he didn't reply. I have a picture

• Samantha (7/5): Estupendo para dormir y ducharse - La ubicación y el precio. Bien, lo único malo fue que se tenían que compartir baños. Pensaba que era un piso completo y es una única habitación. Además, había algo de suciedad y el barrio era algo peligroso. En cuanto ubicación está excelente. Nada que objetar.

• Mary Y (3/5): My business trip was ruined by the shower, there is no hot water!!! - Close to the bus stop. Room is good, and clean. There is no staff. I went for a Conference, stay in there. I am very surprised, unexpected that there was not hot water in the Shower. I could not have Showers, and I wasn't have time to rearrange myself to have the shower anywhere else. That ruined my stay and my conference !!! The other guest in the House had helped to find out how to get the hot water, we could not get it done.To have hot water in the for the shower is the very basic require of the gests.

• Xiangwen (7/5): - The environment is pretty good, and the kitchen is very nice. Unfortunately, the apartment has many stairs, both inside and outside. I have a lot of luggage to carry, which is very tiring and prone to falling.There will be a lot of ants on the table in my room, and I'm not sure if it's caused by my fruit, but it's annoying anyway.
• andrea (7/5): For a room in London, definitely above average and better than most at the same price. - My opinion is positive in the context of London, where rooms are always very expensive, very small and not very clean. This one was without a doubt the biggest single room I've ever had in London. The double bed (regular size) fits perfectly and there's even more room to spare (besides a table, also bigger than the usual minimal size). The shared kitchen is quite spacious too. I can't say anything about the staff, as I didn't meet any of them, but we communicated correctly a couple of times via message, without problems. I always prefer all-in-one toilets, with everything in it, instead of toilet separated from the shower and sink, but I guess in the case of shared bathrooms this might have some logic. The room, even though spacious and including a built-in wardrobe, could be a little bit more furnished, even though it's still better than the regular (bad) offering in London.

• Carl (1/5): do not book this place - nothing the place was crawling with small bugs. I booked to stay from Thursday to Sunday and left on Friday morning due to the infestation.

I went there and we needed a code to enter, their was no support... l got no email with the code. We had to stay in our car and sleep. We did not have access.. we had no code to enter for the night.

• Jennifer (8/5): The stay was OK for a place to stay the night, but I would never stay again. - Our bedroom appeared to be clean. The property was secure and our bedroom door had a secure lock. There were some small bugs around in the room. The sheet needed to be thrown out as it was ripped at one of the corners. The bathroom and toilet need to be cleaned daily, not occasionally. And the bathroom needs the lock to be fixed. The area is not the safest and too far away from the prime tourist sites of London. Also if you want to do tours you need to leave extremely early to participate and there is no reputable car hire in the area, not is there the option to park in the vicinity.
