• Mathieu (8/5): Parfait pour passer quelques jours dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel - J'ai aimé l'espace parce que nous n'étions que deux personnes. L'appartement est très calme et lumineux, tout près du Filoxenia Conference Centre. L'eau est bien chaude avec suffisamment de pression. Petit balcon pour prendre le soleil L'entrée dans l'immeuble est surprenante car la porte est toujours ouverte. Le hall d'entrée n'est pas de la première fraîcheur. L'appartement sera au top avec une deuxième salle de bain indépendante.

• Laura.109 (6/5): Casa fredda, acqua fredda. Esperienza da non ripetere - Appartamento molto grande, sala super luminosa Mobilio essenziale, asettico. Camere al piano inferiore molto fredde perché i condizionatori non riuscivano a scaldarle adeguatamente pur facendoli andare continuamente. Bagni non pulitissimi. L'aspetto peggiore è stata la quasi totale assenza di comunicazione da parte dell'host. L'abbiamo vista e sentita solo il primo giorno perché non ci era stato dato il codice per entrare, mancavano gli asciugamani per fare la doccia e perché doveva ritirare della roba lasciata in sala ad asciugare. Non una grande accoglienza. Siamo entrati e la casa era gelida, siamo rimasti un giorno intero senza acqua calda perché non ci era stato spiegato nulla a riguardo, non ci ha risposto al telefono per un'intera giornata. Letti piccoli, mancavano dei comodini su cui appoggiare le cose. Esperienza da non ripetere.

Large living space The flat is infested with small cockroaches so it is not suitable for anyone who can’t handle that. The neighbors downstairs had a party and was very loud on one or the nights. The bedsheets had blood stains and hair from previous use. Not cleaned or equipped to professional standard
• Alexandre (4/5): Terrible experience from the very first night - The location is good Wifi connection was good We arrived at the apartment around 11:30 PM with our two kids (9 and 2 years old) only to find ants and cockroaches everywhere — including the kitchen. To make matters worse, there was a used razor and a used toothbrush left forgotten in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. also an industrial vaccum cleaner in the cupboard of the bedroom full of dust! The leather couch in the living room was dirty, and the dining chairs were of very poor quality. The first night was so unpleasant that we barely stayed in the living room and just stuck to the bedroom to sleep. The next day, the shower had extremely low water pressure—so bad that it was almost impossible to wash properly. We contacted the host immediately, provided photos and videos, and while she was responsive and did disinfect and clean the apartment, the shower pressure problem supposedly related to the city’s water supply was not resolved. The water pressure remained awful the following day as well. From our experience, it seems more like a building issue than a city-wide one. The host suggested us to move to another accommodation but we kindly rejected that because of the location. After three nights, we officially informed the host that we had left the apartment. She completely ignored our message and didn’t even suggest a refund for the remaining nights. I also asked the host for an invoice of the total amount we paid, but she ignored this request as well. Paying 900€ for 6 nights in these conditions is absolutely not worth it. I strongly believe this apartment is not ready to be rented through Booking or Airbnb. general advise whe should be cautious and don’t be fooled by the 9/10 rating from only 50 reviewers—sometimes it doesn’t reflect the reality.

• Gábor (10/5): Above-average accommodation that met all needs, it was a pleasant surprise - The space is huge, 3 bedrooms. We were two adults with 4 children, we could fit in very comfortably. The apartment is completely renovated and like new. Dishwasher, washing machine, full-size refrigerator, kitchen for 6 people with full equipment, good air conditioning everywhere, new and flawless machines. There is also a terrace. Quiet, good neighborhood, we were able to stop in front of the house with a rental car (for free). It was a very pleasant surprise, we searched a lot for accommodation, but the others were light years worse. It is ideal for touring Cyprus, we did a star tour, we saw everything, both in the west and in the east. Stella is the perfect contact, she responds immediately, gave detailed and accurate information. I've been to many places in the world, but the accommodation rivals a more serious hotel quality. Don't miss ;) Water pressure is sometimes low in the shower, but if you have been to the Mediterranean region, it is typical everywhere, it is in many houses, it has not for the accomodation.

• Elissa (10/5): Wonderful, Calm and Enjoyable - A highly recommended place to stay in, extremely clean and close to everything you might need. The host was understanding and sweet, I would stay at this location when I travel again specially if you are a family, it's big enaugh to fit everyone comfortably!

• Carine (9/5): Excellent stay in a spacious and well located apartment - The apartment is comfortable and spacious, and very well located with a supermarket and cafes nearby. It has all that one needs for 1 week stay (family with kids) while being uncluttered and cosy, it felt like a second home. Getting the keys was very easy and the host was extremely helpful and responsive, anytime we had a question (special mention to her priceless help when we locked ourselves out of the apartment by mistake). The beds and pillows were comfortable, everything was totally clean! There is only 1 bathroom (2 toilets though) so given we were 6, it takes time for everyone to shower. Also, the water from the shower runs slowly so showering takes more time.

It's also easy to find parking there. • The kitchen needs more utensils, some larger bowls. There was just one small dull knife (we bought a new one and left it behind, so hopefully it won't be a problem anymore). • The water didn't drain well in the shower.

• Melina (9/5): Great apartment in Nicosia - The apartment had everything you need for a short or long stay, excellent location in a residential area, bakeries and coffee shops nearby, supermarket 5 mins away by car, downtown nicosia 10 mins away by car. The host was very welcoming and very quick to respond to any questions we had! The sofas are not the most comfortable, some cushions would help. Full length mirrors would have been good to have also

• Y (10/5): Great apartment! Great location! Fully recommended! - Nice apartment, quite neighborhood, 20 minutes walking to the center. A lot of restaurants and shops around the area. The owner and property's handler are very friendly and helpful. Do not enter the parking of the building! The building is old, but the apartment is fully renovated and super nice! You need more instructions regarding hot water.
