- MIROSLAV (8/5): Great for a few nights of business stay - Very comfortable studio with very pleasant to sleep environment. Walking distance from the town as well as the offices, excellent and safe. Also very good and comfortable shower. Notice the "kitchenette" is very minimal.
- properformance (7/5): - Ein neues Appartement mit einem tollen Bad. Die Übergabe und die Korrespondenz war sehr leicht und schnell. Ein Mikro und einen Wasserkocher gibt es auch, sowie etwas Geschirr. Ist leider ein kleines Keller Appartement wo nicht wirklich mal raus kann. Stand dann später mal oben auf der Strasse zu telefonieren. Denke Das Wlan wird jetzt richtig funktionieren.

- KLeska (6/5): - Pomieszczenie było czyste, łózko wygodne, doskonała lokalizacja -> blisko do SAP'a i do centrum. Dostępne naczynia, czajnik. jesienią i zimą brak światła dziennego nie jest problemem, ale wiosną, latem może to być problematyczne. bardzo niewygodne oświetlenie - dwie bardzo silne lampy z białym światłem, bez wyłącznika przy łóżku. Bez lamp do czytania, lampki nocne nie działały. Niewyprasowana pościel.

- Werner (9/5): Alles in allem sehr schön und ich komme wieder - Es handelt sich quasi um eine neue Einliegerwohnung im Keller mit eigenem Zugang. Groß, sauber, sehr schönes Bad und gute Lage sowohl zur SAP als auch zur Stadtmitte. Ich habe die Lüftungsanlage als störend empfunden. Es war ein Dauergeräusch, das ich nicht ganz ausschalten konnte.

Es gab eine genaue Lagebeschreibung mit Bildern und Übermittlung der Zahlenkombination für die Haustür. Bei Rückfragen war der Besitzer ebenfalls sofort erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Tolle Lage! Preis - Leistungsverhältnis gut :)

- Navid (9/5): - Sehr netter Gastgeber, der gut erreichbar ist. Gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Neues Studio mit großem Bad Studio liegt im Untergeschoss.
