• Johan (9/5): zeer aangenaam en rustig om te genieten van de rust en de natuur samen met het gezin - prachtige locatie, zeer rustig gelegen, huisjes staan ver genoeg van elkaar om privacy te respecteren. We hebben genoten van de stilte en de rust en het comfort. Heel mooi zicht . Heel praktisch de sleutel armband vaatwas was niet geleegd , vuile asbakken in de tuin

• Mark (7/5): een enorm rustgevende- en ontspannende vakantie - - omgeving - vriendelijkheid personeel - accomodatie - sauna in de omgeving - vele faciliteiten, strand, wandelen, boot... - restuarant met een uitgebreide kaart - slaapkamer temperatuur was te hoog en na 2 nachten airco opgezet, maar bracht weinig soelaas. Geen enkele regel eenheid gevonden - lampen mogen regelmatig nagekeken worden m.i. bv. staande lamp flikkert steeds... lamp keuken defect. - aanmeldingsbalie restaurant kan vriendelijker : 2 x bij aanmelden en reservatie verkregen we melding dat persoon geen zicht had op de boekingen en we best 's avonds maar is kwamen poolshoogte nemen. 's Avonds bij aanmelden, kwam er een accurate medewerker die ons naar een plaatsje loodste...

• Brahim (7/5): Was een mooie ervaring alleen teleurgesteld dat je ziet dat heel veel word verwaarloosd 😔😔 - De locatie Kamers waren niet clean badkamers kwam rioolleer geur uit en in plaats van een watch te geven om u deuren te openen kunnen ze liever een sleutelhanger geven en heb daar 6 dagen verbleven geen poetsvrouw of man gezien en eind van u verblijf vragen ze u nog ook om u bedlinnen en handdoeken op te ruimen en in een groene zak te stoppen!! Al de vuilniszakken meenemen en in de sorteer centrum te brengen!! Voor de prijs dat we betalen vind ik dat wat teveel gevraagd!!

• Gabriele (9/5): Wunderbarer Herbstaufenthalt - Ein sehr schöner, ruhiger Ferienpark, den wir im Oktober 25 sehr genossen haben. Gepflegtes Haus. Wir haben mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern das sehr gute Frühstücksbufett gebucht. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr schön war auch die Anbindung an den Nationalpark, der stundenlanges Wandern erlaubt. Ich werde wiederkommen.

• Lucia (8/5): Was een prima verblijf - Modern, ruim, comfortabel Haakjes handdoek/theedoek ontbrak. Gebruiksaanwijzingen van electrische apparaten staan op de t.v, graag een vermelding. Plek voor de fietsen bij het huisje? Parkeer havens voor de deur maar de auto mag daar niet blijven staan?

• Y en H (7/5): - Het was een rustgevende omgeving middenin de bos en water. En wat ook fijn was los van de faciliteiten in het park dat er ook winkels en supermarkten vlakbij gelegen zijn. Dat de televisies veel haperde en/of wegviel bij meerdere zenders. Ze hadden daarin helaas ook geen apps zoals een Youtube/Netflix etc. De licht sensor in "extra" toilet die viel telkens na 20 sec uit als je op de toilet zat en ging erg moeilijk weer aan (vaak pas als je bij de wastafel stond en wat heen en weer bewoog). En bij de extra kamer achterin in de badkamer kon ik maar maximaal 5 minuten onder de douche staan of het water liep al helemaal uit naar de wastafel/slaapkamer.. (terwijl ik het putje voor het douchen nog heb gecheckt en open hield) En tot slot bij de Aqua garden vonden we het erg jammer dat we aangesproken zijn over de boerkini die niet geaccepteerd wordt vanwege veiligheidsredenen wat ik erg vreemd en zwak vindt als excuus en ik dit meer zie als een poging tot het afdwingen van algemene kledingsnormen, ook de medewerker begreep ons tegenargument maar gaf aan dit toch wel even te moeten zeggen.

• Reem (10/5): جمال الطبيعة والجو - حجزت فلة بثلاث غرف نوم كانت رائعة ونظيفة وكل شي متوفر سهولة الدخول والخروج الغرف صغيرة بعض الشيء ولكن من جمال المنتجع لم تزعجنا يوجد سوبر ماركت على بعد 8 د بالسيارة يوجد تكييف وتدفئة لكن كان الجو جيد ودرجة الحرارة مابين 18 و 22 في نهاية جولاي صغر الغرف غلاء بعض الأنشطة للبعض ولكن من يقصد منتجع يتوقع هذه الاسعار

Une balade sur le lac en bateau électrique est très reposante. Les bungalows sont très bien équipés. Rien à signaler

• Nicolette (8/5): Very good - Lovely pool area for the kids, beautiful surroundings and facilities, kids safari was great! Our shower was blocked and flooded, but when we reported it, the reaction was very quick. The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to scratch, dust under the beds, coach was not vacuumed, ants in the kitchen. The restaurant is expensive and the staff not that friendly.
• Rozing (7/5): Fine - The rooms are nice, the swimming pool is mediocre, the private beach is nice. The swimming pool area is disappointing, especially compared to other europarcs. You have to park your car in specific parking areas, even when there is space next to your room.

• Serj (10/5): An amazing nature getaway in a great area - Everything is really well organised and convenient at the location. We were able to stop by our cottage to unpack and then take the car to the parking, this ensures that accommodation area isn't packed with cars. Overall the location is really really beautiful, it feels that the houses were designed with a thought in mind to be as neutral as possible in order to make the nature the main aspect in the area (e.g. there are no fences between cottages, but there are little hills that make that separation instead). The cottages are really modern and spacious, we received all what we needed (the cot was a little too small though). The water park was included which was awesome for us with children. The restaurant was really nice although a bit pricey. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and might come back in the future! The cot was a bit too small for our child, otherwise nothing to complaint about

• Teele (8/5): Ok but value for money could be better ! - The house was very comfortable and new. The house smelled of cigarettes, and we found pieces of bread under the carpet. When I called to get an air freshener, they gave me an option to try and diffuse it, but we would need to leave the house for an hour or go and borrow their air freshener. The other thing they advertise is the spa, which is an extra (which is fine), but there are only some days you can visit it with swimwear, and the rest of the days, not. So, if you go on a wrong weekend, you might not be able to visit it.
