• Igor (8/5): - Prišli sme na ubytovanie skôr, než bol oficiálny check-in, ale ochotne nám umožnili skorý príchod – rýchlo upratali a snažili sa nám maximálne vyjsť v ústrety. Komunikácia s prenajímateľom bola výborná, odpovedal promptne a vždy sme dostali presné informácie včas. Navyše nám ešte aj zariadil odvoz z letiska. Veľká spokojnosť! 👌😊 Jediné mínus boli električky, ktoré občas otriasali celou budovou – ale to je asi daň za to, keď chcete bývať priamo v centre mesta. 🏙️🚋

• Anamaria (9/5): Overall, a lovely place to stay in Milan – I would definitely recommend it! - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and convenient access to public transport. The apartment itself is spotless and with high ceilings that make the space feel bright and open. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and helpful – I even received a video showing exactly how to get to the apartment, which made arrival stress-free. The only small downside is that the windows face the street, so it can be a bit noisy if you leave them open, but this wasn’t a big issue.

I had to open the window at night because the air conditioning did not work (it was a mobile unit with a duct going through the window that kept on falling and quite inefficient and noisy). And the street there is so noisy with rubbish trucks working through the night and motorcycles that you keep waking up. And if you close the window it gets hot and stuffy. They should put a ceiling fan!

The staff were super communicative and helpful they even drove our luggages from their office to the apartment so we can go out before the check in time without them! Our experience with them was the best definitely recommend it!!! Everything was great!
