El gimnasio, sauna y baño turco cerrado por COVID pero no habia informacion sobre su cierre en hoteles.com. Jacuzi funcionaba. Limpieza parecia bien, pero habia un dedo de polvo encima de la tele.

Verified traveler (8/5): God value - Nice and very clean hotel in Canillo, Andorra, away from the noisy main road. The suite was large, comfortable and luminous. The bedroom was a bit small though. Breakfast was good. Good value for money.
françoise (10/5): - comme toujours c est la troisième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et toujours aussi propre , confort du matelas ,linge de toilette en grande quantité (c est pas pour ça qu il faut tout prendre ) et surtout avec le covid le port du masque obligatoire le petit déjeuner servit par l hôtelier c est un plus pour hygiène , beaucoup de travail pour le personnel mais toujours avenant et souriant BRAVO
Katherine (8/5): Fabulous place but need to replenish food - We loved our room which was spacious, clean and quiet. The fellow who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking around the town of Canillo and found some good trails to hike. The only negative thing we have to say about our experience was that when we arrived for breakfast (2 hours into the 3 hour window), they had run out of some of the foods or there were only the dregs left and no one replenished the buffet despite another 5 couples entering for breakfast afterwards.
Shlomo (8/5): - Friendly and serviceable staff. The room was spacious but the kitchen was not well equipped (lack of basic things like a towel, salt & pepper, a serving bowel). Breakfast was OK but could be better: the coffee machine could be with REAL hot milk instead of powder-based sweetened milk), various kinds of cheese instead of only one (for the vegetarians and not only), SLICED tomatoes and some more vegetables, etc.

All the rooms are comfortable with wonderful views across the mountains. Hotel is very clean as is the gym and spa area. Breakfast is excellent. Will be staying again in the future.

Javier (10/5): Buen hotel - Estuvimos en verano en una suite con 2 habitaciones y salón comedor con cocina (integrada en un armario, aunque no la usamos). Muy cómodo, limpio y buffet perfecto. Lo única pega es que está en las afueras de Canillo, y hay un kilómetro de carretera sin tráfico (aunque sin tráfico) y con pendiente.
ALBERT (10/5): Totalmente recomendable - Realmente una experiencia inmejorable. Habitación muy cómoda. Desayuno muy completo, variado y de calidad. El Spa está muy bien. Personal amable que procura que te sientas como en casa.
Dainius (10/5): Greal hotel to explore Canillo - The hotel on the hillside near Canillo town, distance is certainly not frustrating to cover by car. We lived in apartments which are very spacious and makes you feel really comfortable. You can find various places for hiking less than 10 km from the hotel, we've chosen the end of Ransol Valley for start of hiking. After return sauna and Jacuzzi (which are free) crowns a beautiful summer day. You can find a lot of booklets what to do around. Friendly staff, although their English shall be improved. Breakfast, Wi-Fi - all very well. Very spacious parking - surely enough for all the guests.
Clemen (10/5): Relax total y limpieza - Estupendo y tranquilo hotel de montaña ubicado en las afueras de Canillo. Habitaciones muy amplias y limpieza impecable. Dispone de pequeño gimnasio y spa incluido en el precio, con uno de los jacuzzi en el exterior. Desayuno tipo buffet, no muy variado aunque suficiente y de calidad. El personal muy amable y servicial en todo momento. Como puntos negativos debo decir que no dispone de bar ni restaurante, aunque sí que te pueden hacer una pizza que te la llevan incluso a la habitación. El colchón de nuestra habitación no era demasiado cómodo.

Torsti (10/5): Positiivinen yllätys Andorrassa - Hotelli sijaitsee hiihtohissien lähellä vuorenrinteellä ja toimii hyvänä tukikohtana laskettelijoille ja vaeltajille. Sesonkien ulkopuolella satunnainen turisti löytää hotellista hyvinkin kohtuuhintaisen huoneen itsellensä. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä ja kielitaitoista. Hotellihuone oli apartment tyylinen omalla minikeittiöllä ja erillisellä olo- ja makuuhuoneella varustettu. Hotellista löytyy SPA-osasto, jossa myös kuntoiluhuone. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Molemmin puolin hotellia on vuoristonäköala, takapihan puolella ehkä kuitenkin parempi. Parkkitilaa löytyy runsaasti hotellin etupuolelta avoparkista ilmaiseksi, sekä hotellin omasta parkkihallista muutamalle autolle pienellä korvauksella. Ainoa miinus oli ravintolan kiinnioleminen kyseisenä iltana. Pitsaa olisi tarvittaessa saanut. Kaikenkaikkiaan hyvin positiivinen kokemus.
William (10/5): Great Andorra Hotel, stay here - Excellent hotel, small suite, wonderful views, breakfast was a full hot and cold buffet. Best we have had on a 3 week trip through France and the surrounding countries. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.
glynis (10/5): Can highly recommend this hotel..10 out of 10 :) - On our week's tour, this was the best hotel by far! Very reasonably priced.. Very spacious and clean rooms, lovely helpful staff, with lovely views..breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice. Wasn't in the town, just outside up a steep hill,(=great views) but we had a car so was only a couple of minutes to town. You can pay extra to park in their garage, but there is plenty of free parking outside, just for that hotel.. Would definitely stay here again.
Holly (8/5): Lovely comfortable stay with great views - We had a great summer stay here for a few days of hiking and via ferratas. Our room was spacious and clean, and the lady on reception was so friendly and helpful. The only bit of feedback we would give is that the hot tub in the spa needs to be hotter! Overall we would recommend this place it was a definite 4 out of 5 stars.
Sara (10/5): - We had a lovely stay at this very nice property. The staff were very cordial and helpful. They spoke to us in Spanish. We had a triple room which was much bigger than I expected. I ended up with a two-bedroom suite which was very, very nice. There is a buffet breakfast included (but double check) which had coffee, tea, eggs, sausage, bread/pastries, yogurt, juice fruit etc. There is also a jacuzzi for guests. Hotel Obaga is located on a hill just above the town. The views are gorgeous! It would not be easy access if one did not have a car. There is free hotel parking. Definitely a treat to stay here.

ANA MARIA (8/5): - Se trata de un pequeño apartamento con un mínimo dormitorio y un gran salón comedor con tv, yo lo hubiera hecho al revés . El estado del mobiliario no es bueno, el tresillo necesita renovarse. Spa con un jacuzzi que debería poder reservarse.

Lorenzo (10/5): Trato familiar relación calidad-precio inmejorable - Estancia en familia en el puente del Pilar. Habitación/Suite muy amplia, limpia, luminosa en la 2º planta con vistas al Mirador Roc del Quer, compuesta por salon-cocina-comedor, habitación matrimonio (colchón cómodo) y habitación doble, con cuarto de baño. Desayuno, diverso, de buena calidad y amplia cantidad (se repone hasta última hora). Amabilidad, disponibilidad y atención por parte del personal de recepción en cuanto a información de todo tipo. A tener en cuenta la recomendación del Restaurante de la Borda l'Era del Rossell, al igual que este hotel de trato familiar (seria un buen adjetivo) excelente relación calidad/precio. Parking libre enfrente del hotel al descubierto para una veintena de vehículos. Recomendable 100%. Con total convicción, repetible su estancia en Andorra.

Joseph (10/5): Great place to stay in Canillo! - Fantastic ski vacation for me, the wife and two kids aged 7 and 9. This hotel is a family run business and they really care about service. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The staff is very friendly and was able to speak 4 languages including English which was a big help. We received a very warm welcome late at night and the shuttle to the ski lift was great and fast. We hardly had to wait to go or return. Buffet Breakfast was a great start to the day. Not the cheapest, but well worth it. Exceeded our expectations. Very nice hotel.
Verified traveler (2/5): Deceptive photos, on main road! - Booked this hotel based on guest reviews. Arrived to empty car park, no lights on in building, all curtains and windows closed! Have been charged to stay in a place that was not even open! Had to go elsewhere!!!!!
