• Amandine (9/5): Très bon séjour - Le logement est joli décoré, très spacieux et très bien situé. Il est aussi très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Seul petit point négatif, le rue en dessous est une rue vivante le soir et nous avons entendu beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à tard dans la nuit.
• Leslie (9/5): Two double beds two bathroom Nice apartment fabulous Location clean quirky and very comfortable. - A fantastic apartment with a quirky layout and all the amenities in a fantastic location. I loved the crazy little door to enter the building, the spacious and funky layout of the apartment and the location was spot on. The property is listed as having luggage storage however the storage is located about a 10 minute taxi away at the Rental Office offices. Luckily, we were able to rent lockers at the hostel a few doors down which I would advise other travellers to utilise as well. One of the bedrooms is above the sitting room area which was flooded by the exterior building lights with no way to draw a curtain over it. I had an eye mask so it didn’t bother me for long.
• Soleil1900 (8/5): C'est un super emplacement - Propre, sympathique design, Emplacement géographique , canape lit , lit d'appoint , lit double , grand frigo, capsules de cafe, TV, assez grande surface, haut plafond. Quartier bruyant la nuit (malgré des très bonnes fenêtre on est un peu derangé par les motos et les cris des fêtards) surtout le vendredi soir, 1e étage difficile d'accès pour une personne à mobilité réduite, il n'y a pas de garde corps pour la mezzanine ce qui est très risqué car l'escalier de la mezzanine est étroit.

• PROGRI (5/5): Plutôt décevant - Les équipements, la literie, l'espace, la propreté L'arrivée pas avant 15h (nous avons attendu une heure devant, personne ne répondait au téléphone avant). Lorsqu'on passe 24h à Milan, c'est vraiment embêtant, les photos sont trompeuses car il y a plusieurs appartements sur l'annonce. L'emplacement aussi est décevant (les autres appartements sont surement mieux placés) : à 12 minutes à pied de la station de métro la plus proche et à 20 minutes du Dôme. Les volets de la chambre laissent passer beaucoup de lumière.

• Jaap (8/5): Fantastische hub in Milaan's oude centrum met alle attracties op loop- en OV-afstand - Ik kreeg kort voor aankomst via Booking een incheckinstructie voor de locatie van de sleutels. Daarvoor had ik wel de verblijfscode nodig en die moest ik even opzoeken. De host was echter goed bereikbaar en heeft mij telefonisch geholpen, zodat we toch snel in het appartement konden. Het appartement ligt heel centraal met restaurants met gezellige muziek en bezoekers op de terrassen direct onder de accommodatie en tram 3 met een stop voor de deur die je direct naar de rest van het centrum brengt. Ook het metrostation direct voor de deur en een supermarkt 150 m vanaf de accommodatie. Keuken is goed uitgerust met oven, kookgerei, etc. Fijne douche en een wasmachine (en droogrek). Prima plek om van daaruit Milaan te verkennen/verblijven. Ik heb geen verbeterpunten.
• Sarah (10/5): Fantastic - The property had everything you needed along with all the kitchen necessities. Location is within walking distance to Duomo approx 10 minute walk. Rooms were spacious, the apartment had two toilets. Everything was very easy. The staff were so friendly went above and beyond. They were easily reached and very responsive and respectful. Ordered us taxis in numerous occasions. There are many restaurants nearby with plenty of choice. The only thing I did not like is the noise. At weekends it can be very noisy as there is a bar/disco just below the apartment block.
• Ivo (8/5): Mooie locatie, ruim appartement met 's nachts een hoop geluid - De locatie is erg goed, dichtbij de metro en vanaf het vliegveld ben je er zo. Heerlijk met de zon die ons appartement binnen kwam in de ochtend. Het is een erg ruim appartement en de bedden waren goed! Ook de host en informatie vooraf waren uitstekend. Je zit middenin de stad dus je kunt wat geluid verwachten. Echter was het geluid wel erg flink aanwezig, naast dat je naast een drukke weg slaapt, slaap je in de andere kamer onder één of andere discotheek die bij ons door ging tot 5 uur in de ochtend met flink harde muziek. Dit maakte het slapen s nachts erg uitdagend.

• John (8/5): Nice but noisey - The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were fine and so was the linen. The added bonus was the availability of the washer/dryer, this was an excellent inclusion. Despite the double glazing (which seemed quite new), there was a lot of noise at night from the traffic (and people) in the street outside. Difficult for light sleepers.

• corbelli (9/5): Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la ville de milan et avons passé un excellent séjour - L appartement est très spacieux , propre et lumineux, la literie est très confortable et la salle de bain est top L ouverture des portes à distance car quand j ai appelé le numéro de tel et j ai cliqué sur 2 pour english puis 1 pour l ouverture des portes une voix en italien m indique que c est pas disponible, j ai essayé plusieurs fois sans succès ; heureusement qql est sorti et nous avons pu entrer pour récupérer les clés dans la boîte aux lettres après tout etait bien indiqué et la vidéo vue avant de partir correspond à la réalité
• AndriiD (8/5): Good location and spacious, but cleaning and kitchen need improvement - The location is quite good, and the apartment is spacious. The air conditioning works well. The cleaning could definitely be improved. The pillows were flat and had an unpleasant odor. The kitchen is poorly equipped for cooking: the extractor fan isn’t connected (just vented into the cupboard), the cookware is subpar, and there is a very limited amount of salt and oil. The doors don't close properly, leaving a gap, so you can even see sunlight through the door when it's closed. The bathroom door doesn’t close at all, which can be inconvenient for families.
• Susan (8/5): Spacious character property - Spacious apartment only a few mins walk from Vetra metro station, which is a direct line to Linate Airport. Easy to access from main train station and short walk to central Milan, navigali district and the science museum. Only downside was the noise in evening, possibly music from flats below or restaurant, but stopped after 11ish. Good air conditioning
• ESİN (7/5): Tavsiye ederim - Tesisin temizliği çok iyiyidi. İnternet ile ilgili bir sorun oldu, gün içinde hemen çözdüler. Tesisin adres bilgisi net değildi. Şehrin farklı yerlerinde yerleri olduğu için adresi bulmakta çok zorlandım. Navigasyona yazınca farklı konumlara yürümek zorunda kaldım ve bu beni çok sinirlendirdi. Üçüncü konumda ancak bulabildim. Bence booking ‘’adres bilgisi’’ isteyin diye ibare koymaları şart. Burdan not kırdım.

The hot water is not constant, I ran out of hot water while shampooing my hair without being able to rinse with hot water :(. There's a club or two down the block which makes quite a bit of noise. Otherwise nothing to criticize.

Hospitality deserves a 10/10! - Comfortable beds and a warm unit, enhanced by the central heating system. - The coffee machine was a thoughtful touch. We truly enjoyed starting our mornings with freshly brewed coffee from a proper machine. Cons:** - The TV was not functional. It only had one channel, and despite efforts to adjust the settings, it still didn’t work. - While the central heating was excellent, it made the unit uncomfortably hot, and the thermostat didn’t seem to be working properly. - The dishwasher was a nice addition, but no dishwasher tablets were provided, rendering it unusable. - The shower head needs attention—either replacement or descaling to improve functionality. - The entry door knob was tricky to use at first, even with the provided YouTube instructions. **Additional Notes:** The rooms are very spacious, cozy, and truly gave us a sense of being at home. We would happily return; however, first-time visitors might appreciate being made aware of these minor issues before their stay.

• Isabelle (2/5): Friday night be aware the nightclub downstairs will also be in your room till 4 am - The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable in itself. There is construction in front of the building and no information about it. This made it very difficult to find especially while dragging luggage through town because it’s impossible to park a car nearby. The apartment is centrally located BUT no one tells you that there is a nightclub just downstairs and hitch makes it impossible to sleep as you hear it very loudly till 4 am. That’s when it closes so you can finally start your night. So overall too bad we couldn’t enjoy this pretty apartment where it was impossible to sleep.

• Kaynat (8/5): Lovely and spacious stay at the apartment with great customer service - The property location was prime and was a great fit for us. It is situated near shops and restaurants but is tucked away not too far in, making it well lit and safe to get in and out. There was construction going on at the time we stayed there so it made the property hard to find and a bit dodgy with the walkway to the entrance a bit closed off due to construction work
• Hazel (10/5): Great choice! 10/10 for any type of group. - It is a sunny, happy and clean apartment. The check in process was a breeze with the landlord. The location is ideal, a comfortable 15 min walk from the Duomo. My family absolutely enjoyed staying here!

• Peter (7/5): Bed springs are squeaky, and mattress needs replacement for better quality and the price paid. - Personal contact to collect key and show entry process. Directions to our apartment were a bit vague and could provide more detail about how to access eg map, etc. Need milk portions and more than two tea bags for three nights stay. Coffee pods don't work in the machine. Information to local facilities eg mini-mart, subway, etc would be good to have written down in a welcome letter at the apartment. A face washer or two would be nice.

• Hung (7/5): Good - large space, clean bathroom, bed is comfortable, check-in staff pretty nice and friendly(but not the phone service) sound proof was awful. Can hear people's voice at the midnight clearly and it's hard to sleep. also the check in process was not good. I already provided the estimated arrival time on the website they asked me to fill in, but the staff called again and the whole conversation was not pleasant. eventually I had to wait 30 minutes to check in.
