• Giulia (8/5): A 2 passi dal centro storico, ma attenzione al check-in e checkout - Posizione centrale a 10 minuti dal centro, appartamento pulito e stile moderno, super accessoriato, avevano dimenticato a mettere le lenzuola per la culletta avendolo segnalato hanno subito provveduto Non mi hanno subito dato risposta quando chiedevo di fare il check-in anticipato per lasciare almeno i bagagli avendo l' aereo presto, mi hanno lasciato nel dubbio per giorni, mi hanno risposto soltanto quando ero arrivata davanti l' appartamento dicendo che non avevano disponibilità a darmi l' appartamento prima, ma mi davano la disponibilità su dei Locker che però erano distanti dall' appartamento. Poi ho chiesto se potevo fare il check-out alle 12 anziché alle 11, mi hanno risposto gentilmente di si ma arrivando alle 12,02 già avevano disattivato il codice di accesso all'appartamento ed avevo le valigie lì dentro, rischiando di perdere l' aereo se avessi aspettato la loro risposta... fortunatamente e' passato di lì un ragazzo delle pulizie che capendo la situazione mi ha aperto l' appartamento così ho potuto recuperare le mie valigie per poter rientrare serenamente a casa... ancora tante grazie 🙏

• Pommier (8/5): Ras - Tres bien placé à proximité du centre et de bons restaurants dans le quartier apt très bien équipé, le matelas du canapé lit serait à changé, le reste ras une rue sans issue donc pas de bruit, supermarché à proximité
• Nick (10/5): Great location, comfortable apartment, good deal! - The location was perfect for us - short walk to Torres de Serranos, and then into the city. We rented bikes from the place one block away, which was very handy. We loved: washer/dryer, comfortable bed, air cool/heat unit, quiet street, easy-to-use electronic keys, curtain in front to reduce light in the morning, front terrace. It's a fairly big apartment and a great deal for the money. Note, you may need to bring/buy: laundry detergent, paper towels, and bar soap (bathroom only had plastic packs of liquid soap - there was nowhere to put these, so they weren't really usable- soap got everywhere - would be an easy fix.) None of these should be viewed as deal breakers: the hot water heater is small and the rain shower uses a lot of water, so it can get cold in there quickly. There would be space for another chair or two, just to have somewhere to sit other than the front table and the bed. And if you have more than two people, there is not enough room to walk by the unfolded sofa bed -- just like in the pictures. (FYI to hosts: the cloth attached to the sofa bed needed washing when we arrived - we just put the sheets over it. Wasn't a problem.)

• Michalina (1/5): Oszustwo! - - To jest oszustwo! Uważajcie! Nie rezerwujcie tego! Na miejscu okazuje się, że ten obiekt nie istnieje! Co więcej, hotel wysyłał mi linki poprzez maila w celu potwierdzenia rezerwacji i wypełnienia danych, która defacto była już dokonana przez booking. Brak kontaktu z obiektem, ani my jako goście nie mogliśmy się dodzwonić ani konsultanci booking. Finalnie otrzymaliśmy odpowiedź od obiektu: “nie możemy cię zakwaterować”. Dodam ze byliśmy z rocznym dzieckiem. Musieliśmy na miejscu szukać innego hotelu.

• Cornelia (10/5): Great apartment close to city centre - Everything was extremely clean and well designed, very comfortable flat. Even if it’s ground floor there was no noise from the street. Very close to the city centre and walking distance from the public transport. The dishwasher is the best appliance 👌🏻

• Bebbo R. (7/5): - La posizione è veramente in centro città. Da sottolineare inoltre anche la pulizia. La casa è posizionata su strada, inoltre la mancanza di finestre rende l'ambiente umido. Lo staff molto cordiale ma poco puntale nella risposta ai messaggi.

• PASCAL (10/5): Volvería mil veces más - Sin lugar a duda la limpieza. Los servicios del alojamiento muy completos, aunque yo no los utilicé: cafetera, lavadora, micro, etc... La insonorización muy buena, no se oía ningún ruido ni de coches ni de vecinos. La ubicación excepcional, a 5 minutos andando a las torres de Serrano. Pude aparcar en la misma calle. No tengo nada al respecto.

El sistema de apertura de puertas q son 2 Apt Nro 2, se activan mediante aplicación on line y se maneja desde un escritorio el seto de la hora de entrada 16,00 y salida 11,00. Estacionamiento complicado conseguir gratis , aun de pago

• Ricardo (10/5): Top ! - Everything was great. Very nice apartment and nicely finished as in the pictures. Location was perfect. 1 very small mistake and that was in the shower. The shower tray is not finished at an angle I think because the water stays in the shower tray and it does not drain properly. After 2 minutes it fills up with water.
• Vijay (10/5): Perfect apartment place for couples or groups of Friends! - The place is super nice, neat and clean, comfortable, all the kitchenette items were there. The location is perfect, checking was automatic which was very convenient. I will highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay. There is a queen size double bed and a big sofa-cum bed (which can be converted to a nice comfortable bed). The kitchen has all the equipment (and juice machine as well) if you love oranges (one of the famous fruits of Valencia) buy it and make juice at home at a cheap price. The location was perfect, close to the bus, tram station and some essential sightseeing were just at walking distance. There is nothing to say about it. But in the bathroom it is better to have a lock.

• Daniela (7/5): Love the way it was located pretty close to the downtown Valencia - Nice, quiet and pretty clean. I was studying and I have a lot of space and peace of mind. Washing machine with dry machine all in one was super helpful, the bathroom was very spacious.!! I just only ask for more shower gel, shampoo and a conditioner. The sink was clogged, I notified them and yet they did not remedy the problem, I had no problem keeping it clean, but every day the water became more clogged. Other than that all was perfectly fine.

Quite Long check in process and at the time of check out, exactly at 11am, the door was locked automatically. We tried to leave at 11.15am and it was locked. Can’t complain much, because they replied our call immediately and unlocked the door so we can leave.
• Sevasti (9/5): Superb - The apartment was as shown in the photos. Top location and within walking distance of the historical center. Nearby supermarket and tram stop were both handy.
• Dzmitry (9/5): Nice apartment and friendly host - Nice apartment, has two air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, TV. The apartment is located close to the center and the park. Easy access to the center and the beach by public transport(bus, tram). On the check-in day the washing machine was dirty as if mop had been washed. Large grocery stores are within a 10-minute walk.
• Alina (10/5): Great apartment in Valencia - The apartment is on the ground floor, quite big with modern furnishing and all amenities (dishwasher + detergent, washing machine, drying rack, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc.) Bathroom looks great, all modern. A/C works very well. Big TV. There's a small space in front of the actual apartment, where you can leave your beach stuff (full of sand..) and towels to dry. The apartment has no windows.. which is OK in the summer as it keeps the heat and light away, but there is little ventilation... Location is great - close to all means of transportation (tram, bus) and very close to the old town. There's a bakery at the corner, a Consum store 5mins away, as well as various restaurants in the neighborhood. Few minor items that could be improved: - the bathroom door was very hard to slide (needs a handyman to fix) - the door knob of the apartment needs to be turned right for it to open, however the key app tells you to turn left (we got very good support from the host to clarify this item) - some more storage (preferably shelves) would greatly help - there are just 4 drawers available, which is not enough for longer stays

• Mark (1/5): Hell hole - This place is a hell hole. Don't stay here. Ruined our trip The room was filthy on arrival. Had not been clean. Bed with no sheets. Faeces on the toilet seat. Room was eventually cleaned some time after 7 or 8pm. Room flooded during the night. None of the "24Hr" contacts responded. We got zero sleep as the air-conditioning was flooding on top of a soaking wet bed. The kitchen was completely covered in flowing water. Left at sunrise. I was offered a full refund only if I would leave a positive review. Booking.com have given no assistance this far.
• Neculai (9/5): Superb - The studio is very nice and has everything one needs. It is also very quiet, in spite of the fact that it is a ground floor. It is also close to the center (about 10 minutes walk until the cathedral)
