• Roy (9/5): Very nice location . Lots of parking. Quiet centre. - A very unique location in Cornwall, beautiful property overlooking the St Lawrence and Adirondack mountains. It’s a very spacious centre catering to conferences but also to individual patrons. Beautiful pool, on site cafeteria , restaurant and pub. Rooms have essentials , clean. Staff catered when I required a need for open windows.

• James (8/5): - It was a clean and spacious suite. The staff was amazing, always willing to help and answer questions. The only issue we had was our room was very far from the elevator. I was traveling with my elderly parents. So the walk from the room to the elevator was very long for them. Especially for my Dad who's getting going through Cancer treatment. Other than that we had an amazing experience at the hotel. Will definitely be coming back.

• Deb (10/5): - The room was larger than expected. The outside spaces were well landscaped and very inviting. It’s an active military training facility. Large pictures of various planes. The swimming pool was large with a separate section for lane swimming. We enjoyed supper at the on site pub. This is a large facility and it’s very easy to get lost

• Tecla (6/5): - I like the heated pool Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. Throughout the evening, children were running back and forth in the hallways, knocking on guests’ doors and speaking loudly, which made it difficult to relax. There also was no phone available in the room to contact the front desk. I had to use my personal cellphone to search for the hotel number online in order to call reception. In addition, our room was prepared with only two towels for four guests and only two pillows per bed. When I contacted the front desk to request additional towels and pillows, I was informed that there was no room service available because we were staying only one night and that I would need to come to the front desk myself to pick up the items. I was also disappointed to find that there were no towels available in the pool area, despite this being indicated on the hotel website. Lastly, I found the staff to be neither welcoming nor particularly friendly, which added to the overall negative experience. I understand that busy weekends can be challenging; however, basic guest comfort, hospitality, and customer service should remain a priority. I felt it was important to bring these concerns to your attention and hope improvements can be made for future guests.

• Mootoo (5/5): I doubt very much I will stay there again. - Nice room and comfortable bed but restaurant close early and the pub food is just junk with extra loud music. Had to asked the bartender to turn down the music. Can't expect guests to stay in your hotel and close your restaurant at 8PM. Lack of facilities. Middle of nowhere.
• Beryl (10/5): Excellent stay - A large, extremely clean property. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was compact but extremely quiet and clean. The food in the pub and the propeller restaurants was exceptionally delicious. Nathalie in the dining room was very helpful and a wonderful asset to the staff as was Carol on check out! It is very large and takes a moment to get oriented but an excellent stay.

• Louise (8/5): - The conference center had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. A buffet restaurant, an indoor pool and gym, and little seating areas throughout the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the rain shower was a bonus. It was a bit of a maze to get to our room from the reception area. There was quite a distance from our room to the main facilities.

• Johnson (10/5): Recommend 10/10 - This property is a great location, just minutes off the hwy 401. Go to Jet Set pub, there are specials week nights and their menu is also reasonably priced. The room was up to date, nothing was needed it’s all as expected, clean, clean, clean ! The staff are very friendly and helpful. There was nothing to not like.

• Christopher (4/5): Terrible. - Check-in took a very long time as there was only one person at the front desk trying to check-in multiple people at the same time. The room was not a queen as described, more of a double/full and very small. You could hear all rooms beside you and above you, no sound proofing. We tried to visit the cafe and no one seemed to be working at 9am. Complained at the front desk and were told ‘go find someone in the restaurant’ It’s not the guests job to find staffing for your cafe. I would never stay again or recommend this hotel.

• Kor (8/5): Good value for money and a great family stay - The landscaped grounds with the beautiful view of the river (accessible from most corridors and rooms) and all the beautiful lawn and outdoor seating options. The availability of a well-stocked breakfast buffet, a gym, pool, and lots of indoor seating options. The kitchenette in the rooms. The availability of bottle refill stations and vending machines, and lots of interesting corners to explore in this maze-like place. Rude male manager at breakfast, paper-thin walls that let you hear what everyone is doing in their rooms (only while in the corridors), and some headache caused by (inappropriatrly trained?) front desk staff failing to provide coupons for the breakfast.
