- Kevin (8/5): Clean, calm, less than 1-hour long transport to City - You have a 10-minute walk to two different stations. You can go directly to Heathrow or downtown (Central Line).
House is in a calm and apparently well-off suburb. Plenty of cheaper places to eat from if you have nothing against halal food.
General cleanness. The other guys happened to be quiet and respectful.
Feels secure. The common living-room and kitchen feel modern, spacious and cosy. You're in a kind of a former attic. Could be very hot in the hottest days of summer, even though there is ventilation.
Description reads 30m2, which may be the genuine raw surface, but the actual space available feels way more like 15 m2.
The mattresses are really of the very softest and thinnest kind, like it or not
You stand up a big commuting road, nothing too horrific, but you can hear the buzz of it.
You feel the effort to keep this place nice. To me now would be a perfect time for a little cleaning of the carpet !

- Brunilda (2/5): I didn’t like - The living room and kitchen were okay. And the backyards it was okay. The thing I didn't like was that as soon as we entered the house it was like an abandoned house and there was a lot of dust everywhere. At the entrance of the house there was a smell of toilet. While in the bathroom upstairs there was a smell of mold. And there was hair everywhere.
- Matthew (8/5): - Room was super clean, two beds a desk and a window and skylight. Shared Bathroom was kept clean on a daily basis as was the kitchen. Even thought the facilities are shared it still felt like you had your own privacy and they were great , letting me check in early and also leave my bag there after check out while I got a bite to eat. Theres a really nice park just around the corner , that has an outdoor gym if you need to sculpt the guns and the shops on the Acton Old town offer enough food and drinks options for those that want to stay local and there's Overland train access that goes around most of London , and equidistance between Elizabeth and Central lines, about a ten/fifteen minute walk. Lovely Stay. I'm sure I could find negatives but no need to as the positives far outshine anything you may not like about this property. Great value and a great stay. Thanks guys.
- James (6/5): Curates egg... - Transport options were good although no thanks to the host, there was absolutely no information or help offered.
The shower in the shared bathroom was good. Front door not secure.
My room was 2 floors up.
Stair carpet filthy and smelly.
Description misleading, I did not have sole use of the place.
Dirty dishes in the sink of the shared kitchen were left there for 2 days.
Noise from room 3 into small hours of the morning.
Comatose man sitting upright on the sofa of the shared living/kitchen space on Sunday morning.
Toilet paper was provided in the room, none in the bathroom. You have to plan carefully.
- Siiri (6/5): Wouldn’t recommend. - Underground station is near. The house was completely mold-infested, and it was untidy. The description does not clearly state that the accommodation is in a shared house. I had severe symptoms from the mold. The staff did not come to help when we couldn’t lock the second external door (the back door). Really disappointed.
- Roger (9/5): Would stay again - Great location nice place Couple of other people staying there was load.bathroom smelted damp
- Rafaël (9/5): Very pleasantly surprised! - The room was big enough for 2, the living room kitchen area was very clean and very well equipped, access to the shared bathroom is easy and the place is big enough so that we never step on each other. The entrance to the house as well as the door to the room is easily lockable, the owner was very responsive! there is a Liddle not far away if you need to do some shopping, and there is also a garden to eat outside if the weather permits. The room is equipped with sheets, pillows and bath towels, we spent three good nights there! The insulation of the windows is not very good, you can hear the road traffic all night long
- Sonia (1/5): Bad - I absolutely do not recommend it. Two days before my flight to London, I received information that my stay had been canceled due to an unexpected inspection, whatever that means. I was offered another hotel at a higher price - £120. When booking two days before departure, most of the facilities were no longer available or much more expensive than when I booked earlier. I was not offered a solution that would satisfy me while maintaining the price I was originally supposed to pay. I was put in such a situation two days before departure, I was exposed to additional stress and nerves. The approach to a potential customer is reprehensible and I will certainly not recommend this facility to anyone. Because of them, I had to pay extra for another facility, and all I had to do was behave well and offer another facility at the same price. A scam for money and nothing else.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Rooms clean tidy.
Bathroom clean and tidy.
Kitchen clean and tidy.
Beds comfy.
Plenty of space would highly recommend
- Sientje (5/5): Passable - The location was satisfactory; we were able to sleep and take a shower. The WC next to our room had an unpleasant odor, making it unusable. The downstairs WC was not properly cleaned. The room had a mattress on the ground, advertised as a Japanese bed. There was no small rubbish bin, and the room lacked any decoration; it felt like someone's personal space. We had to carry our rubbish to the kitchen bin, which was excessively full.
- Arthur (4/5): You get what you get for the price. - The location was good. The description didn’t really match what we had. It’s a shared bathroom my understanding was it was a private bathroom. Also the second mattress was on the floor. By the description there was a sofa bed. Also don’t know it was a shared space with other people.
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
