If im honest i really found the mobile phone access only to the entrance and gate really annoying as you still need a physical key toi enter the actual apartment, my husband doesnt have roaming data so if i wasnt there he couldnt hace got in!

We literally had to rush in and shut the door and get out cause it made you feel sick. I put stuff down the toilets and the sinks to try and get rid of the smell, but it was coming through vent above the washing machine.

The apartment heavily depends on you getting good neighbors and we were unlucky enough that ours were really loud between 2 and 6 in the morning and with having an autistic 3 year old with us it wasnt great, balcony hadnt been cleaned right was glass left from i assume previous tenent and i sliced my foot open on it, bar that cant complain.
- Mark (8/5): A beautiful sea view apartment in a central location. - An amazing apartment with all the facilities you need. A great location with beautiful sea views. After an amazing stay it was really disappointing to be directly accused of smashing a window on the front door by the concierge. We were then asked to arrange payment for a replacement window as they had security footage of the offender. I then offered to supply the passport pictures of all 4 occupants of our apartment to prove that the accusations made by the concierge were absolutely not true. I have stayed in various hotels/ apartments in Benidorm for the past 15 years and have never been accused of any such behaviour. The incident apparently happened on the Friday and we checked out on Sunday morning so I did find it strange why no one come to discuss it with me face to face. However, I would still recommend this apartment as it was amazing but it was a shame that this incident was our last memory of such a beautiful stay.

Instructions to get into apartment weren’t very clear and only got in after help from a man that works there who rang to find out. We thought from the photos the apartment would have been bigger with the big balcony overlooking the sea but we didn’t that apartment. Could have also had more clothes hangers as there were only 5 for the 3 of us and would have been easier if we could have had somewhere to leave our luggage in the building on day of departure.

- David (1/5): Bad management, Dangerous Apartment, ridiculous entry system. - Good location We recently stayed in these apartment 23/27th December for Christmas. And although the Apartment was very clean and very nice, it did come with a few worrying problems that need to highlighted and addressed urgently ! Firstly, trying to enter the apartment is nothing short of a nightmare, if we was an aged couple or didn’t have smart phones you wouldn’t be able to enter the gate nevermind get into the building or even your room totalling 5 doors. By the time we got to the apartment we was tired and it was late. our batteries were low and we had no Wi-Fi very lucky for us the neighbours were entering the building at the same time and helped us enter. In order to enter you need to use your phone to enter a code, even this was problematic as it wasn’t working. After entering 5 heavily locked/coded doors your finally in your room. The apartment does have everything you need and is Very nice and clean. The most worrying thing which needs urgent attention and needs to be addressed as this could be life threatening if we was an older couple, The balcony door locks itself from the inside when your sitting outside and locks you out. We was so lucky to have our phones and call for help, the lady did arrive fairly promptly, but when we told her about it, she knew ?! .and said “ oh yes it does that “ ???. can you imagine if we didn’t have our phones we would of been locked out until the cleaner came days later. Or if we’d locked our 3 apartment doors, a locksmith would have been required.. There was no remote to operate the heating so at night it was freezing. Needless to say we’ve both returned to the Uk with heavy colds due to lack of heating. Also one of the nights, there was no hot water .. We’ve told the management Team about this and they don’t seem to care .

Building noise at 8am from below the property we weren’t warned about and on the day we were due to check out there was no water to the room so we were unable to shower due to having to leave by 9am and was only contacted back after we had checked out, the concierge didn’t speak English so couldn’t help either.

- John (4/5): Disappointing - The apt was nicely furnished with good decor, the situation was great just across from the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The maintenance of the property was very poor, the balcony door wouldn't close in the bedroom as the lock was broken, the toilet seat was falling off, the toilet roll holder was loose and the roll wouldn't stay on. The shower filter was blocked and the water took ages to drain, 2 plumbers came to sort it but didn't, then it overflowed into the bathroom, bedroom and lounge, we had to use the towels to mop up the water. A 3rd plumber arrived on the last day and actually managed to sort it out. It isn't what you expect after paying over 900 euros. Mi

- Amanda (5/5): Good location place wise but no apartment wise and DO NOT TAKE PETS or expect a big balcony - Location The balcony advertised was huge and booked it for the dogs in reality it could fit two chairs on. There was a gap where the yorkies could get through unlike the images on booking.com and being on the 17th floor we checked out early as we couldn’t leave the dogs!!! Very expensive to sit in the room all weekend!! In 17th floor the lift only fits 2 people and felt like hours to get up to the floor and quite shaky.

Communication excellent. Couldn’t fault the apartments. Was a little complicated to get in, lots of codes needed, you need key to open car park but then have to go back to put keys back in the room, but they do send instruction videos. Not a major issue just a bit of a faff.

- Milner (7/5): Good - We liked the apartment Workmen on scaffolding outside our balcony drilling and banging and creating dust we could not sit and enjoy the balcony and the view as we were overlooked by the Workmen, we should have been informed that renovation work was being carried out. This did spoil our stay at Las Arenas.
- Jody (1/5): Didnt check in - For the few minutes we were there the apartment was lovely, had sea view, seemed spotless and well equipped. We didn't end up staying as when we arrived the building was covered in scaffolding and resembled a building site. After looking round the apartment (which was nice) we noticed that the walk way on the scaffolding and ladders went straight past the bathroom window and with no blinds there was no privacy. We rang the rental company who had no other properties available so we booked in elsewhere. The rental company refused to refund as the request only got to them the following day but Booking.com agreed the refund.
- Gary (5/5): Felt decieved upon arrival - The apartment was spotlessly clean and couldn't fault the inside of the apartment I booked this apartment with a full Sea view because me and my wife enjoy sitting on the balcony with the full sea view in front off us, but on arrival there was a note in the lift saying do not go outside whilst the work is in progress, we were never told the balcony was all covered up in bubble wrap which you couldn't see through to the sea, the front of the building was having work done with a mast climber up and down all day, the balcony was covered in dust and outdoor furniture had all cushions removed, we felt cheated and deceived for paying for something that we were never told about before booking, and 100% would not of booked if we had been told about the works going on and the balcony area was out of use.
- Artem (10/5): Exceptional - It is a very nice and clean apartment with parking, nothing to complain about. The view from the 17th floor was amazing, and the equipment is quite good - washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc., as well as kitchen utensils, they are not on the cheap side, just normal. Aircon works, large TV also.
