• Carlos (6/5): Ubicación maravillosa pero justo de calidades... - Ubicación excelente, a la espalda de la Fontana de Trevi. Ideal para poder moverte libremente y llegar caminando a cualquier punto de la ciudad. La limpieza del apartamento era mejorable, con polvo y pelusas acumuladas en varias zonas. Además algunos de los muebles bastante deteriorados, enchufes descolgados...

• Jacques (8/5): emplacement parfait, mais prestations un peu limites dans la cuisine... - petit déjeuner inexistant hormis 5 capsules nespresso et du sucre dans un pot du placard...or, nous étions 3 adultes, venus pour 4 nuits...dosage très short !! emplacement parfait, en plein centre. le prix de la nuit....qui était extrêmement cher. l' accueil qui se faisait uniquement avec des codes donnés à l'avance...donc, au moindre ennui, il faut téléphoner et attendre les couverts de cuisine en quantité limite ( 1 petite cuillère pour 3 personnes) il n'y avait pas de petits gâteaux ou autre nourriture dans la cuisine, hormis 5 capsules de café....ce n'est pas très accueillant, et un peu chiche, vu le prix

• Armenuhi (10/5): An ideal stay in the heart of Rome with a lovely and helpful host. - The apartment was in a perfect location — everything was within walking distance. It was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. Nothing to mention — everything was great.

• Olga (5/5): Rather uncomfortable apartment - Like on the pictures, quite clean and good location. Elena was very nice to bring finally some soap and shampoo and make the heating work. Of course it took a day to too to heat up at least somewhat. From 3 night stay, first day/night was in not heated apartment,freezing cold apartment, I was shivering, put all my clothes on myself. They were not expecting guest, it felt that way. Additionally no soap, no shampoo, tea cup had a trace of tea, so wasn’t washed properly. Floor always extremely cold, perhaps it’s nice in summer, at least provide slippers or let ppl know that it or that cold. Do not recommend.

• Jonathan (8/5): The apartment was perfect for our first time visit to Rome. - The location was very convenient to the historic part of Rome. Shops and restaurants were right outside our door. But it was still very private on the third floor, with a secure entrance from the street. The apartment was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils. We have family in Rome, so the fold out couch was a welcome surprise. I would bring towels next time. They are not replenished daily like in a hotel. We had to tape the cable to the jack on the back of the TV to keep it attached. We bought laundry detergent, then discovered the washing machine was out of order, Fortunately, a self-serve laundromat was nearby.

• Yehor (7/5): Good - Amazing location for the apartment. The size of the apartment allows for accommodating up to 6 people. Appalling soundproofing. Through the wooden ceiling, you can hear every word of the neighbors. And at night - not just words, if you catch my drift.The bedding is terrible. Due to the large size of the blankets, the owners couldn't find a proper duvet cover, so they placed the blanket between two sheets. In 2024, this is strange. The blanket smells.The apartment's renovation is in poor condition and not as depicted in the photos. The furniture is sagging, worn, and the walls are battered. The couches in the kitchen are covered in some dreadful covers. The shower cabin is falling apart and looks like it has been used by a whole platoon of soldiers. The cleaning lady does a poor job.
• Guy (3/5): Overall not recommended - Location is very convenient, two supermarkets very close, apartment is spacious 1. The elevator did not work the whole time so when we arrived we had to carry our suitcases up steep stairs. We complained on the first day but it was not fixed the whole time 2. The owner did not tell us the apartment number and there was no sign so we had to try and guess which apt it was, going around with the digital key from floor to floor 3. The digital key did not always work and we were provided only with one set of physical keys so one time one of us had to wait in the rain until the other came back 4 when we asked for another set the owner ignored our request 4 There wasn’t adequate hot water so most showers were not hot, no fun at the end of the day 5 it was a challenge to flush the toilet, the system wasn’t working properly 6 the living room is very noisy you feel like being in the street even with the windows closed

The location is great The bathroom was quite small. It might be difficult for a large person to negotiate comfortably. It would be nice to have some paper towels to start off with in the kitchen since no dish towel was available.

• Conor (9/5): Recommended - Great location walking distance to many of the main sites. Host was friendly, easy to access property. Good kitchen facilities and fresh cleaning supplies were available. Air conditioning was good. Overall recommend this property if you are in Rome. Sound rough edges like not having a tea towel in kitchen for oven, no hand soap in bathroom and shower curtain should be replaced. Left some hand soap so that might be covered for next guest! Bed was a bit hard for my taste. All pretty minor and did not detract from experience.
• Baron (10/5): It was great. I would stay again, but bring my own pillow. - Excellent location with many options nearby. The location could not have been better. A great place to stay. The bed was slightly uncomfortable. The pillows had no substance. There were no hand towels or solutions to dry dishes or wipe the countertop in the kitchen.
