• Alessia (6/5): - Senza dubbio la posizione è ottima, a solo dieci minuti dal Duomo e vicina a tutti i servizi principali Peccato poiché la struttura avrebbe bisogno di ristrutturazioni significative, la chiave che si inceppava nella porta facendo perdere anche un 5 minuti prima di riuscire ad entrare, la luce mancante nel corridoio

• Lorenzo (1/5): Pessimo appartamento nel centro di Firenze - Buona posizione Ingresso angusto, sporco e maleodorante. Nell'appartamento la pulizia è decisamente da rivedere. Il "divano letto" davvero scomodissimo, sconsiglio fortemente di affittare l'appartamento in più di 2 persone perché dormire su quel divano è davvero difficile. L'appartamento è totalmente invaso dalle zanzare, il che è reso evidente anche dai muri sporchissimi, sui quali ne sono state sterminate intere popolazioni. Dati i muri sottilissimi del condominio, anche il minimo rumore proveniente dalla strada o dagli altri appartamenti risulta molto forte, il che non è stato un problema per noi ma è una cosa che può infastidire. Il bagno era ok se non per la doccia palesemente rappezzata con una tendina per mancate riparazioni a parti rotte. Il portone del condominio era davvero difficile da aprire, la chiave non girava e ci abbiamo messo circa 20 minuti per aprirlo la prima volta. Non so se è stato un problema delle nostre chiavi in particolare, ma questo è sicuramente un problema da risolvere, perché se qualcuno rompe le chiavi dentro alla serratura (magari di notte) non entri più in casa, tocca pagare la serratura nuova e passa per colpa dell'inquilino. Rapporto qualità-prezzo pessima, 54 euro a notte a persona includendo la tassa di soggiorno. Va bene che Firenze è super inflazionata, però per queste cifre ci si aspetta un certo servizio, che qui è stato davvero pessimo.

• Lucinda (6/5): Decent apartment in good location - Great location for food and attractions. The communication with owners was very helpful. The apartment did the job for a few nights stay. Kitchen appliances and equipment seemed good. Lots of mosquitoes (even in winter) but it’s okay if you close the door and use the mosquito spray. Walls were very dirty (we thought mosquito blood) which made it feel a bit dirty.

• Natasha (8/5): Comfortable & central apartment for a Florence stay. - The location was very central and on a cute busy street, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. As described and photos as is. The host was responsive and helpful. There was lots of mosquitoes in the apartment! This disrupted our stay with us only being able to sleep for 2 hours one of the evenings due to constant buzzing and irritation from bites, we attempted to cover up and get rid of them but they kept appearing! The host was helpful and brought us repellent and spray etc once we alerted them the next day but we still ended up with a disturbed night sleep which essentially ruined our next day of activities and resulted in many many bites :( This is not independent of this apartment how ever as all of Florence has many mosquitoes, just something to be aware of. Would still stay here again!

• Justine (2/5): Not happy - No didn’t like it Very noisy location the sofa bed extremely uncomfortable , the entry smelt bad and lots of mosquitoes. Location maybe suitable for some people but very noisy due to bars and restaurants below apartment.

• Carolyn (9/5): Nice place to stay for a getaway to Florence - We liked how it was very walkable to many of the main attractions that you can see in Florence. It was also located on a street that had many cafes and other places to shop and eat at so you did not have to travel far for almost anything. I think the only thing that was a problem was the mosquitoes. They kept finding their way in even when the windows never were opened. But it has rained a lot when we went so maybe was weather associated.
