• Danielle (2/5): Great location, needs a refurb - The location was very good and the apartment was spacious. We paid for late check in and went straight out for dinner, upon return we noticed that the apartment had cleanliness issues - one of the bathrooms was dirty with hairs in the shower and bidet, there were used plasters on one of the bedroom floors, toast left in the toaster and dust/dirt around the apartment. These issues were resolved after contacting the agent but this isn't acceptable especially after a late check in which would of allowed for more cleaning time. The beds are very uncomfortable and are really loud which meant we had disturbed sleep. This could be a really nice apartment following a deep clean and new furniture.

Había leído después de contratarlo algún comentario que describía el mismo problema por lo que se ve que el propietario no tiene interés en arreglarlo

• Fiona (5/5): Adequate but hard work - Location Showers didn’t work well, beds were the noisiest I’ve ever come across (got woken everytime someone rolled over), and although the kitchen was clean and well set out, there were hardly any tools to cook with. There were also no basics to cook with- we had to buy oil, pepper, tea (so come prepared if you plan to cook). The place needs a bit of love and maintenance.

• marie (5/5): Apparemment bienmais extrême décevant - L emplacement qui permet de visiter Rome à pied. Le calme du quartier et dd l appartement Les photos correspondent à la réalité C est beau, bien décoré mais c est de la poudre aux yeux. En effet le four qui fait aussi micro-ondes a la sécurité enfant bloquée et indeblocable. On ne peut pas s'en servir. On a appelé en vain le numéro donné... Les douchettes ne fonctionnent pas, reste le parapluie qui dans une des 2 salles de bain marche au goutte à goutte. Si vous avez les cheveux longs,une Charlotte s'impose hélas nous n en avions pas Les lits sont inconfortables et grincent au moindre mouvement. Quand nous avons defait led draps nous avons decouvert que es couettes et les oreillers étaient degoutants. Tout cela est vraiment dommage d autant que c est signalé plusieurs fois par des voyageurs.
• Dorian (7/5): Very well situated but minimally equipped - The apartment is very cozy and well situated in the heart of Trastevere with grocery stores and good restaurants around. The Aircon worked very well and kept us cool in the middle of August. We were given little cleaning products and no hand soap in the dispensers. The apartment also does not have a dishwasher. There are no bowls and little cutlery. Also, the shower does not have much water pressure, making it difficult to shower. Despite the lack of equipment, it is a very nice flat.

• Yulma (10/5): The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located - Location of was great, quiet area and very walkable to great restaurants. Staff was professional and welcoming There’s quite a bit of foot traffic noise from upstairs, so it’s likely the same for them. We tried to be careful about making too much noise
• Rodrigo (9/5): Superb - The location is just perfect and quite easy to get around. You'll be in a neighborhood with an intense nightlife and very close to public transportation. The apartment has all utilities you may need to cook and wash clothes. In our case, we traveled with 3 kids and this was key to our stay. The only issue was the mattresses which were not compatible with the quality of the whole apartment. Even though this was a minor issue, a good night of sleep is quite helpful for travelers!!

• Olga (7/5): We enjoyed the area and the apartment was beautiful. The host did not respond to any messages. We messaged him to find o - Beautiful and bright, newly renovated Was not well equipped. There are a brand new oven but no roasting dishes or anything you can use in the oven.

• Joseph (6/5): Looked nice but was disappointing - There was plenty of space in the rooms, and everything was clean, good range of plates etc in the kitchen. The shower doors worked well, water did not leak out onto the bathroom floor. Although everything looked nice there was no room to hang towels in the bathrooms, the hand basins were small and the showers are very narrow. Not much hanging space for clothes in the bedrooms. The lights in bedrooms were flickering, lamp in main kitchen area near bed not working. Advertised as having heating but not able to be used, inside temperature was cold.
• Boaz (10/5): Highly recommended wonderful apartment - We were the first guest at this highly recommended new renovated spacious apartment. Everything was new, clean and shiny (some of the equipment was in their original package). The apartment looks exactly as shown at the photos and equipped with all that is necessary. A small market is next to the apartment, also, there are bakery, pastry and it closed to lots of restaurants, gelaterias, mini-markets and cafés in Trastevere. It is easy to walk from the apartment to most of Rome famous sites None
