The oven was a bit dirty when using so once turned on the house smelt of burning for a bit but otherwise all facilities were in good condition.

Easy location to visit the island, helpful communication from the landlords. Quiet street, easy parking. Not that we didn’t like it another frying pan and more dishwasher tabs would have been useful.

Hospitality of host available, Responsive, Flexible whenever possible. Its warm and cosy for winter nights. View is great and garden looks good! Best for my kids age and size of family. Proximity to centre yet private residential area. Nothing really. It was a repeat stay so I expected to enjoy

• Kudzie (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, modern, welcoming, accessible to sites, flexible host, great views, perfect layout bedrooms and upstairs. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, clean, and well-equipped home on Phillip Island, which was perfect for our young family. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and offered a late check-out, allowing us to fully enjoy the stunning views and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely return and highly recommend this home for a memorable family getaway. All was great!

• Richard (7/5): Great group house good kitchen bathrooms and equipment for three families - Previous occupants left a mess, however the cleaner was there upon our arrival and did a fantastic job. Liked the towels and linen and fresh white decor. Dish washer powder and rubbish bin bags would have assisted us, these were not included, however we purchased our own to respect the cleanliness and hygiene of the house. Stair case rail needs a really good clean. An available broom would be good, we could not find one to clean floors as we used the house. We fixed the broken fly screens on the upstairs sliding doors as they were broken. Previous occupants had left back window open so there was water in the room. (Photos and video available) Another couch upstairs would be useful.
• Ruth (8/5): Overall we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay. - It was kept clean and tidy. Had all the basic amenities. The manager was friendly and prompt in all of her responses. There was a bathroom door in one of the ground floor bedrooms that didn’t close properly. When we somehow closed it and locked it. When we tried to open it after use, it couldn’t be unlocked. It’s a dangerous situation if children would’ve got locked in. So we kindly request for the bathroom door and lock to be repaired.
