• GIROLAMO (8/5): - Posizione buona, vicino fermata metro, quartiere così così comunque abbastanza frequentato il bagno non era in camera e sebbene privato bisognava uscire dalla stanza per raggiungerlo a ridosso di altra camera

• Willem (8/5): Helemaal prima. - Keurig netjes alles. Prima lokatie in Rome net buiten het centrum, lijkt me een gezellige wijk, lekker rumoerig op zaterdagavond, dat is te horen. Ik was met de auto dat is even zoeken naar een parkeerplek aan de straat maar na wat geduld, een paar rondjes rijden en een beetje Romeinse esprit, prima gelukt. Het inchecken kon ik zelf doen, dat is altijd even een toer en ging niet helemaal vlekkeloos maar werd goed opgepakt door de verhuurder waardoor het alleen iets meer tijd kostte maar verder prima verliep. Contact met de verhuurder dus prima, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Nog een plus punt: een goed koffieapparaat in de ontvangst ruimte. Voor deze prijs echt wel een prima keuze. Ik was even in de veronderstelling dat ik een eigen badkamer zou hebben maar dat was dus niet zo en dat zou ook iets te veel gevraagd zijn voor die prijs. De gezamenlijke badkamer is keurig netjes zoals alles eigenlijk. Er zijn alleen wel heel veel "sleutel momenten" voordeur, appartement, kamer, badkamer, keuken(weet ik niet zeker). Deur open, deur dicht allemaal met sleutels maar waarschijnlijk voor safety.
• Κωνσταντοπουλου (9/5): Εξαιρετική επιλογή! - Μου άρεσε πολύ η γειτονιά που βρίσκεται το δωμάτιο, έχει οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί κάποιος σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Φούρνο, σουπερμάρκετ,μέτρο, πάρκο, εμπορικό κέντρο, εστιατόρια. Θα ήθελα να είχε κρεμάστρα για τις πετσέτες και καλύτερη ηχομόνωση. Αλλά αυτά δεν επηρέασαν την καλή γνώμη που έχω για το δωμάτιο!

• Kacper (10/5): Polecam wszystkim - Wspaniała właścicielka obiektu. Pozwoliła nam zostawić rzeczy kilka godzin przez oficjalnym zameldowaniem oraz po wymeldowaniu. Super komunikacja, bardzo miła. Pokój jak i części wspólne czyste, zadbane z klimatyzacją. W toalecie miniaturowe żele pod prysznic, szampony i odżywki. Dobra komunikacja do metra. W okolicy liczne sklepy i kawiarnie, z których korzystaliśmy :) Polecam -

Luca è stato molto accogliente e professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ritorneremo.

Good location - closer to train station (direct train to the airport!!!) and close to metro station. Super clean, quiet place. Excellent contact with owners. Self check in. Highly recommended! All was perfect.

• Dmitryzh1998 (7/5): Good - Location is fine. 10 minutes from the metro station. The apparemment was clean Management and communication with the owner. Check-in was a mess. I contacted the owner in advance and let him know I would check in at 14:00. The owner did not provide any check-in information except for the property address. After I requested some more details, I was asked to wait until the morning of the arrival day. No information was given in the morning and had to wait until the time of the planned check-in, hoping to get any substantial response (and not just a request to wait until the room was ready). At 14:00 I was standing in front of the closed house door, still without any further instructions. I kept messaging the owner for half an hour but I was just being ignored. In the end, it turned out that one of the owners was in the apartment all this time and did not let me in because he had not received a confirmation of me coming (although I had been in contact with the property for the previous two days). Ultimately,.I somehow managed to check in but I believe such attitude is totally inappropriate. Similarly, I had issues with the cleaning of my room. It was agreed that after one week of stay my room would be cleaned. However, on the arranged day nothing happened. It appeared that cleaning stuff just forgot to take care of my room. My question about our further steps and if the room was going to be cleaned at all was left unanswered. Eventually, after a couple of days it was finally cleaned (and it was done properly, no complaints in this regard) but again the communication was a complete failure. On top of that, the entire communication was in Italian. My messages in English were responded in Italian which was quite inconvenient. My poor knowledge of Italian did not allow me to held a normal conversation and I would have definitely preferred discussing essential issues (like the check-in procedure) in a language I know better. I would also except from anyone managing a property for tourists to be ready to communicate in English.

• Stella (7/5): Good - It was ok, close to were we wanted to be, but for this price I would expect more. We were waiting outside 40 minutes and nobody was answering the phone in order for us to get it. Another problem was that I didnt see anywhere that the toilet will be in a separate room.
• Bui (9/5): I would definitely recommend this place!! - Everything was very clean with very modern amenities such as an AC, a huge wardrobe, a work desk and even Netflix. The bathroom looked newly renovated and clean and the place overall was nicely decorated. The owners were also very friendly and showed me everything I needed to know when checking in. The check out process was also very easy. I sometimes didn't know if someone was in the bathroom because there were some instances where the door was locked but nobody was in there.
• Fernando (9/5): Room is beautiful and easy to have access it - How clean and perfect it was to my personal taste. I only didn’t like the beginning. I didn’t know who to talk to upon my arrival or who to contact. Booking.com was no help when contacting the owner of the property. I was outside for a while with very little battery and no European connection or plug in.
