• Ana Maria (9/5): Satisfecho para un día - Cómodo , amplio . 2 habitaciones bien separadas cada una con su baño . Queda en un segundo piso vinimos con maletas grandes , costó subirlas , no tiene ascensor . Muy amable el personal . Atentos . Llegamos pasada las 8 pm y nos cobraron 5 euros más por persona , además de los 3 por día por persona .

• Amaris (9/5): Would stay here every time! - The location was stunning! Very close to the Duomo, maybe a two minute walk if that. Very close to the restaurants/ bars in the area. During the day, the leather market is quite literally right outside the doors. You could hear the shops opening up in the morning, which I loved. The windows would open up to the street where you could see people just walking around enjoying their time. The apartment was absolutely stunning, the only thing was we didn’t have access to the elevator which made our luggage seem so much heavier. (That’s on us for over packing) If the showers were a little bit bigger, that would have been helpful for us, but we all made it work. Again, just a bummer we didn’t have access to the elevator, but it wasn’t that big of a deal.
• Astanio (1/5): NO ELEVATOR. OLD STAIRS. DIRTY. Nothing to do with a DeLuxe stay - I did’t like to fly to Florence to argue with the owner of an apartment since the beginning until the end. 1- It was not mentioned that there was no elevator. The owner insisting that it was. I had to copy his own description and then he said that as he didn’t write it was… he didn’t lie! 2- Second floor and stairs old, dirty and bad smell 3- Dirty floor in the apartment: I never found in other that after a while we had our white socks black. 4- There was no hand soap in any of the bathroom. Only 3 small envelopes with soap after 250 /day . The soap recipients only contained water with some rest of soap that once it was there 5- The air conditioner didn’t work properly in any room. He told me: “it is remoted control’ But CONTROLLED BY HIM!!! It’s the first time I see something like this!!! 6- The bathrooms are as small as the one in an airplane. And very noisy 7- As soon as I arrived I found something broken and sent him a picture. 8- He said everything would be resolved but hevonly sent someone to clean 9- It’s impossible to sleep in the livingroom and the room beside as the windows are very old. 10- The way to enter in the main entrance is quite unsafety 11- I booked for three nights but since the first moment I asked the back of my money at least of the third one. 12- The atmosphere inside is the most unpleasant I’ve ever lived in a Deluxe apartment in twi days after paying 500 €
