The apartment is super clean, especially the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable, and overall we found everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Excellent strategic location for visiting the island, with the beach within walking distance. Thank you, Giovanni! Everthing was beyond perfect and as described!

Very beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, equipped with every comfort, great value for the quality it offers, and above all, featuring a terrace with an amazing panoramic view over all of Costa Adeje. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, a twenty-minute walk from the beach and just a few steps from a beautiful water park. The complex is very charming, but there is no elevator, so I do not recommend booking it for elderly guests or those with very heavy luggage. The host was kind and full of advice about the island. We will be back!

Giovanni è un proprietario molto gentile e disponibile che cura il suo confortevole appartamento nei minimi dettagli. Inoltre il letto è talmente comodo che al risveglio di mattina non ho avuto i miei soliti mal di schiena. Super consigliato.

Mani viss apmierināja, bet jāņem vērā, ka izvēloties šo nakstmītni ir nepieciešams auto, jo apkārtne ir kalnaina, un pastaigas prasa piepūli, kā arī līdz iekļūšanai dzīvoklī jāmēro salīdzinoši garš ceļš un ir vairākas trepes. Neieteiktu gados vecākiem cilvēkiem, kuriem nav atbilstoša fiziska sagatavotība. Man patika viss

Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für zwei Personen ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die wunderschöne Aussicht am Morgen, mit der aufzuwachen war einfach ein Traum. Auch die Kommunikation mit Giovanni lief wunderbar und völlig unkompliziert. Er war sehr zuvorkommend und super herzlich! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!❤️

Men kigger man ned, er der bare et hul. . der er rigtig mange trapper i komplekset. Det er hårdt, når men skal ind med sine store kufferter. . det lugter på badeværelset . komfuret indenfor er skævt, så det er er svært at lave mad. . Aqualand larmer . lejligheden ligger 140 meter over havet, så det er noget af en udflugt, når man skal til stranden

• Krzysztof (6/5): - Contact with the host was excellent and very quick. Giovanni sent us all the necessary details in advance, including a video showing how to get to the apartment and explaining the door codes. It was extremely helpful, especially since finding the place for the first time can be a bit tricky. There is a lovely terrace where you can relax, and the kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials. We also received a list of recommendations, which was a very nice touch. The apartment was clean, and towels and other essentials were prepared and waiting for us upon arrival. Overall, the apartment was average – I expected something a bit better based on the listing. The flat is slightly smaller than it appears in the pictures. The ocean view is rather distant, and on the other side of the street there is a large construction site (a big hole in the ground), which affects the overall impression. The location was also not ideal for us. It’s quite far from both the beach and the shops, and the walk back involves a steep uphill climb, so having a car is strongly recommended. In my opinion, the apartment is better suited for two people rather than four (even with children). The sofa bed is quite basic and not very comfortable for sleeping.

I liked that there was a vacuum cleaner in the apartment as we stayed for 6 nights and the floor gets a bit messy during this time - I was able to clean up conveniently. The neighbor was chainsmoking on the balcony and we could smell the smoke in the apartment. Overall, the apartment was a little bit worn (like the shower handle was a bit broken), but everything worked.

Upon our arrival we were greeted with a cosy and fully equipped apartment that made us feel right at home. The view is absolutely stunning and the host is great! He was very kind and helpful. The views from the balcony are every bit as impressive as they look from the pictures, and the apartment makes great use of space. Super comfy bed and powerful shower which was very welcome after tackling the hills of Tenerife! Giovanni was very helpful and communicative at every stage of the booking process and during our stay. Unfortunately there was no base for the kettle but it wasn’t a huge problem as we just boiled water in a pan instead. Everything else was fabulous!
