• Colette (8/5): Beautiful city. So many restaurants and shops. Everything in walking distance. - Great location. Easy access to shopping,restaurants, and sites. Nice view of plaza. Light didn’t work in the kitchen and made it difficult to do anything in there.

Posizione centrale e comoda. Da tener presente che e' in zona pedonale e il taxi ti lascia nelle vicinanze. Unico inconveniente, che il check-our e' alle 11 e non ti fanno lasciare le borse neanche all'entrata. Il loker e'vicino ma abbastanza caro. Consigliata L'impossibilita'di lasciare le borse per qualche ora dal check-out Per il resto tutto ok

De enda vi kan komma på är att det är synd att man inte kan köra bilen ända fram till boendet för urlastning. Det var bökigt att tra våra stora väskor från parkeringen.

La ropa de cama y baño está perfecta y la limpieza tambien. Son muy atentos y te dejan un contacto permanente para lo que necesites.
• AMAIA (6/5): - Su ubicación y la amplitud de las habitaciones La descripción de las fotografías del anuncio no concuerdan con la realidad..En las fotos se ve un piso acogedor,al detalle pero la realidad no es así.La casa en cuanto a mobiliario está super justa.Se ve que solamente pasa el personal de limpieza y punto.El menaje de la cocina al principio era insuficiente para los 6 que queriamos desayunar.Es verdad que nos trajeron todo aquello que pedimos en seguida. El balcón,era un espacio que no se podia utilizar(en las fotos aparece con mobiliario) y los cristales y Ia balconada estaban super sucio.

Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno dell' assistenza è sempre stata celere nel rispondere. Lavastoviglie non funzionante, ricezione wifi debole e scarico della wc della camera padronale con poca pressione.

• dominique (4/5): Emplacement sympa pour découvrir la ville mais très bruyant - La personne a notre arrivée était très accueillante et a patienté car nous ne trouvions pas de parking adapté à notre véhicule. Il y a une boîte de nuit en bas de l’immeuble ce qui rend les nuits très dures car elle ferme à 7h du matin. Les gens rentrent et sortent du club, hurlent dehors Bref pour le repos après de longues journées de marche c’est raté! L’appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement et surtout un grand ménage (grille d’aération et autres éléments très poussiéreux, baignoire en mauvais état, certaines lampes de chevets non fonctionnelles…)

Me comentó la chica que a la 1 1/2 se volvía a cargar el boiler pero no se cargaba, estaba frío y fue duro bañarnos con agua fría!!! Las recámaras estaban grandes pero las camas (colchones) estaban demasiado duros que no descansamos!!!

Salón muy agradable con bonitas vistas de la Plaza Isabel La Católica . Muy bien equipado. Limpio. Muy buen trato en el check-in. Ubicación inmejorable . Buena relación calidad-precio La finca tiene años. Había algunos desperfectos (persiana habitación rota) y los dos baños necesitan una cierta reforma. Una ducha tiene poca intensidad de agua y un wc desagua mal.

• ARACELI (10/5): Comodidad y ubicación - La ubicación fantástica. Es tal como se ve en las fotos. Muy limpio. Para repetir. En el mismo centro pero muy tranquilo. Vistas a la Alambra, catedral y plaza Isabel la Católica. Carrefour express a la vuelta de la esquina y muchos bares y restaurantes. Un apartamento muy recomendable Solo q el lavavajillas no funciona. Pero no afectó a nuestra estancia.

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da Violeta che vi darà tutte le informazioni necessarie. La casa è molto comoda, con una bella zona living e comode stanze. Quella patronale veramente eccezionale. La stanza patronale ha 2 problemi. Le tapparelle della finestre sono rotte. Se come me si ha problemi con la luce durante il sonno, diventa un problema. La tv è talmente datata che risulta completamente fuori luogo. Ci si perde in un bicchiere d'acqua. Cosa costa aggiustare una tapparella e comprare una smart tv che costa pochissimo?

Inhoud keuken vonden we ‘mager’, geen kop en schotels, paar mokken maar met 6 man te weinig. Ook geen (thee) doeken in de keuken.

• MARIA (8/5): Buen apartamento en el centro - El apartamento está muy bien y tiene una ubicación inmejorable. La pena que es zona restringida para vehículos y el parking con mucho equipaje queda un poquito a desmano. Las camas son muy cómodaa, y es amplio. Algunas pequeñas cosas que comunicaron se prestaron a ir a solucionarlas de inmediato aunque preferimos que lo hicieran cuando nos hubiésemos ido ya. Es un apartamento para mimarlo y tenerlo en óptimas condiciones que estoy segura de que van a tratar de que así sea.

• Socastro (8/5): Granada es preciosa - Muy bonito y muy amplio El apartamento esta muy bien situado, pero no es muy apto para personas mayores, ya que no tiene parquing ni se puede llegar en coche. Se tiene que dejar muy lejos y es de difícil acceso. El Wi-fi no funcionaba y no me lo solucionaron.
• Dave (5/5): Disappointing Apartment in Convenient Location - The apartment has one thing going for it--location. It's right next to several good bars and restaurants, the bus up to the Alhambra, and shops. First, the apartment did not match the photos in the listing at all. The rooms were smaller, furnishings were simpler and not as modern, and there was no terrace. I can only imagine that we were in a yet-to-be updated unit. Second, the apartment is not completely accessible. The nearby parking lot is difficult to reach due to driving restrictions in the historic district. There is also no area to load/unload from the street. Finally, one must go up a flight of stairs to access the elevator.

• M Eugenia (10/5): Para repetir - Amplio, limpio, cómodo e inmejorable ubicación, puedes conocer la ciudad andando a cualquier lugar incluida Almahbra, Albahicin, Sacromonte…. La persona que nos entregó las llaves, Pedro nos explicó todo muy bien y fue muy amable. Si vas en coche, calle prohibida a la circulación y muy restringido los alrededores, al estar en pleno centro, tuvimos que dejar el coche en el parking Los Campos 17,50 euros el día.

• Ccw45 (8/5): Good location, fitted what we needed. - Location was great. Convenient to walk around the main attractions. The host met us to give us the keys and show us around the apartment. We arrived by a private van for our family of 8. Due to restrictions in the city, the van was not able to drop us nearer the apartment and we had to walk up a hilly road to get to the apartment. Can be inconvenient with older travellers. We were requested to throw our rubbish and recyclables before we left. The main bins they showed us to use was quite a long walk away. The FOB key used to access the building is needed to enter and leave the building. On checkout day, we had to go open the building door, have someone keep it open, head back to the apartment to leave the keys before leaving the building. If you are travelling solo, this may be a big problem.

• Sylvia (10/5): Exceptional - Valeria met us at the property to hand over the keys. We were driving from Barcelona and our arrival time kept on getting pushed back (I guess we had underestimated our travel time) but Valeria patiently waited for us to get there. She gave us a map of the city and gave us tips on how to get around. The property is clean, nicely furnished and the location is great. With 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 baths/1 powder room, kitchen, laundry, living/dining room, it is perfect for a big group. The only downsides are: 1) the noise from the club across the street lasting all night long till 6am, and 2) it would have been nice if there were more bath toiletries than just the hand & body wash. For how luxurious the place is marketed to be, one would expect it at least to also have shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

• Alazmi (8/5): Location! - We enjoyed staying at Genteel Home Isabel la Católica. The apartment is large enough for a big group or large family, and the location is everything. The host was kind and helpful with all our requests. For an apartment that big, we should at least get soap. Some of the kitchen appliances are not clean, and the WiFi only covers some of the rooms. There's not a single carpet in the apartment, and there are no slippers. Overall, the apartment is missing a lot for the price we paid.

• Gracia (9/5): Beautifullly decorated apartment in the heart of Granada - The apartment was extremely clean, the location was excellent, right in the heart of Granada, close to all the shops and main attractions. We stayed for 5 nights and could have done with a few more basic things like salt & sugar, washing powder, etc.

The apartment was large with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, three perfect size for 2 adults and 2 teenagers wanting their own space. - when the heater was on it cut out and turned the power off, it was obviously overloaded on the electricity supply; - there were several hairs on pillows and on the floors from previous guests, the rug in the lounge room was very dirty and the couch had long dark hairs on it (not from us). - the door in the lounge room did not close or lock. - the hot water was either scolding hot or very cold; - most of the cupboard doors do not close.

If only for a night yes but any longer no unless the nightcl - The apartment was a very good size, extremely clean and you can’t get more central thank this. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment overlooked a nightclub which went on till 7am on Thursday and Friday nights 4 am other nights !!! People congregate outside and the noise was just way to much and didn’t stop till gone 7am….. not much sleep was got in all honestly … only downside but was a big one.

Quiet in the apartment itself but step outside and you are in the midst of everything so it’s a fantastic location. The apartment is well appointed and clean. We didn’t spend much time there as Granada is such a fantastic city but don’t hesitate to book if you want a good base. Nothing at all.
• Lina (10/5): Perfect location, well equipped and comfortable accommodation all around. - Loved everything about it. The location is right in the middle of the city! The AC is centralised, so all rooms are cool if you travel in the middle of summer (which I did). The apartment was fully equipped with cutleries, Netflix, towels, etc. Its can fit 8 people comfortably. Would definitely stay here if I come to Granada again. There is no road that is accessible to drop your bags off in front of the apartment. (Well there is, but you can be fined). We needed to park at the San Augustin public car park which is about a 7 min walk, with all our luggages which might be hard if you are travelling with elderlies.
• Lily (9/5): Both apartments were wonderful, large, spacious, nicely furnished, and nice views. - Elvira was very helpful and showed us around the 2 apartments and explained how things work. She was very nice, efficient, and very helpful with recommendations for places to visit. Everything was very clean. The location is super. The 2-bedroom apartment has a wonderful view of the Plaza de Isabel la Católica, and from the kitchen balcony you can see 2 of the Alhambra towers. We loved the apartment!

• Natalie (9/5): This is a great apartment in the middle of the city. It was really easy to get a round from there. the apartment was spa - It was very centrally located, clean, had all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Only 2 sets of keys for 5 of us was challenging especially as you also needed a fob to get out of the building. Parking was a bit expensive and not nearby.
