• Evelien (7/5): Het was redelijk. - Goede locatie. Het heeft alles dat je nodig hebt voor paar dagen. Geen instructies voor inchecken. Alleen een bericht over de check-in registratie. Uiteindelijkzelf moeten bellen toen ik voor de deur stond. Geen persoonlijk ontvangst. Het appartement is erg gehorig. Veel lawaai van buren en buiten in de late avond en vroege ochtend. Hygiëne was matig. Haren tussen beddengoed. Schimmel en vieze kitranden in de badkamer. De badkamer heeft aandacht nodig met onder andere een kapotte doucheslang.
• Macias (7/5): Ubicación - La ubicación estaba genial. A 1 min andando de la playa y en mitad del paseo donde estaban todos los establecimientos interesantes. Estaba limpio había algunos alimentos de otras estancias que se agradecen ( sal, aceite) Para un par de días 2 personas esta genial y la relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. Para mas días o mas personas es muy pequeño. Es la primera vez en mi vida que llego a un alojamiento en el que está ella cama sin hacer y han dejado las sábanas para que hagas tú la cama, esto la verdad que fue un poco decepcionante. Se agradecería que para el check in o bien te dejen las instrucciones antes de la llegada o bien te reciban en el alojamiento. Fue por teléfono y entre las maletas, el movil, entendernos… fue bastante incómodo.

Daarom veel buiten kunnen zoeken. - De plek van de accommodatie Het bed, te weinig handdoeken, te weinig beddengoed, geen schoonmaakartikelen. Wel “oude” badschuim en shampoo van vorige huurders. Toilet loopt zeer slecht door.

• Anna (10/5): Я советую арендовать эту квартиру не раздумывая. - Великолепная квартира. Очень чистая, современная, две удобные раскладные кровати. В связи с переносом авиарейса, мы приехали в Торре Дель Мар в 02:30 ночи, но хозяин жилья был с нами на связи до момента заселения!!! Очень хорошее расположение, близко к морю, много кафе. Квартира в реальности намного лучше, чем выглядит на фото.

We were very happy about winebottle, which was waiting for us in the apartment.We recommend this apartment for couples. The only thing we missed, would be a small oven. It would make the cooking easier.

• Susana (4/5): varios apartamentos, revisad fotos - Check-in telefonico. La dueña te llama y te abre la puerta del piso. Veraneamos a finales de septiembre y la piscina seguia abierta al uso. Cerca de la playa. Cerca de bares para desayunar, comer,... Falta de mantenimiento: luz del baño fundida, limpieza nula en la ducha, luz de la entrada fundida, mesita de cafe elevable y rota. Revisad bien las fotos, tiene varios apartamentos y puede que te toque el de los sofas cama.

• Mariela (8/5): Vacaciones en agosto - La ubicación. Ya conocía la zona y la piscina. Son una serie de bloques que comparten la misma piscina. El mobilairo también está muy bien. No me gustó lo mal iluminado que estaba. En el baño no iba la luz del espejo, y la luz de la entrada apenas alumbraba..se echa de menos también enchufes cerca de la cama o una lámpara pequeñita. Las esquinas de la ducha no se veían muy limpias. Tampoco había instrucciones de la vitro (no fui capaz de encenderla)

• Maria José (10/5): Un estudio que sorprende ☺️ - Nos sorprendió la cantidad de detalles que habían : sombrillas, sillas, neverita, toallas;todo para la playa. Así como todo lo necesario, plancha, secador, botiquín, todo para lavadora, y podría seguir. Al llegar una botella de vino, dos aguas y para mi perra su cuenco y chuches. Todo lo necesario en la cocina, La limpieza y ya decir que los anfitriones fueron encantadores. Por lo que nuestras vacaciones han sido estupendas. Lo recomiendo al cien por cien. Volveremos!!!! No había nada que decir que no me gustase

• María Del Mar (9/5): Confortable - Estaba limpio. Y cómodo para una pareja pasar unos días. Cerca de la playa y aparcamiento cerca. El detalle de no tener hecha la cama, la tuvimos que hacer nosotros. No había cafetera de cápsulas que sería un detalle para el desayuno o café por la tarde.

Staff/owner (Isa) was very helpful and allowed me to leave suitcases in flat before afternoon check-in. No facility for drying clothes after washing. Suggestion made to owner to provide clothes rack, so this may now have been done.

• Adam (9/5): Great for a prolonged weekend in Torre Del Mar for cuples, friends who is not afraid of night city noise. - Location is superb. Morning coffee at the seaside, then a quick swim at the nice pool. A few mins walk to the main square… great for spending time outside. Best restaurants nearby. The only downside is the night city noise. We had hard time sleeping during weekend as all the night loud parties was waking us up. As the building is not preventing the city noise. Get your earplugs with you.

• Linde (9/5): A well equipped lovely studio with a sea view! - The location is right in town, 2 blocks away from the lovely promenade. I was worried that it would be too noisy, but being on the 9th floor, it was no problem. The room is light, bright and nicely furnished. I loved it! It was all good. I would come back anytime!
• Laura (10/5): Great apartment. - Clean, excellent facilities, very close to beach, safe building. The only small thing would be the sofa bed wasn’t really sleep-able. However me and my friend were able to share the double bed and it was comfortable.
• Hollbaum (4/5): Really okay place, not so okay host experience. - Amusing - particularly in hindsight - and great for people with a sense of adventure. :) But... We arrived in the evening. It was dark, and pouring rain. The address was wrong - and after visiting that and confusing the inhabitants there we ended up in a restaurant where we contacted the host through another guest whose Spanish is better than ours. We were told, however, that we could communicate in English - which worked out so-so ... (we were for instance later sent to the right where we should have gone left. Extra detour.) We asked them to meet us and lead us to the apt., but no, they do not live in the area and could not ask anyone to show up for us. We were guided by phone to the place - but told we could only get in by waiting for someone else to enter or exit the building - so there we were with dripping wet luggage, lurking in the rain on a dark night waiting for some unsuspecting soul we could convince to let us in. Not a convincing scenario. Nobody seemed to want to get out that night, but eventually one person rushed in - but wasn't inclined to help us. Our umbrella came in extra handy as we managed to rush closer and push it in between the door and the frame at the last second before it closed behind the other person. At this point we were more than a little tired and confused, and really wondering what this adventure would lead to... And if we'd ever get into the actual apt. But hey, we were inside, away from the rain and laughing our heads off every few minutes at the absurdity of it all. However, once we let our landlord know we were finally inside the building, they opened the door to the actual apt. electronically from afar so we could enter and find the keys - also to the shared front door - inside. We never saw the landlord, though, and we never had our passports reg. as I believe Spanish law requires just as we never saw a "registered rental no." which I have been told is also a requirement by the government.
• Paul (9/5): Fabulous stay in Torre Del Mar - Communication with the host was great. Perfect location. Spotlessly clean. Amazing views. Had everything and more that you could possibly need. The complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch too. For us, there was nothing to dislike about the property. This is certainly not a criticism and for advice only. Just be mindful if you don’t like heights as the accommodation is located on the 9th floor.
• Muriel (8/5): Alberto was extremely helpful but Torre del Mar council should accommodate motorhome parking when people are staying in - It was spotlessly clean & we felt very welcome. The views were fantastic! Would have preferred the other side of the block because we got no sunshine so it was quite cold in there.
• Heidi (10/5): Such a pleasure to stay in this beautiful apartment - Absolutely everything when we got there we were so happy it was beautiful we were greeted with a bottle of wine and in the fridge placed beautifully was 2 bottles of water and sweets the apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need every detail you needed to know was written in a book with diagrams it even had a washing machine the owners really gone out of their way to make our stay such a pleasure looking over the balcony we could see over Malaga with the beach next door a fabulous stay Absolutely nothing

• Brian (1/5): First time I have given a poor review. Booking should remove this apartment. - Torre del Mar is nice. Unprofessional, dirty and smelly apartment. Automictic doors didn´t work it took me 20 minutes to get in. The bedding was dirty and smelly. Only half a used toilet roll in the bathroom. The guests before us complained about bed bugs and gave a poor review. We left after 10 minutes and booked in to a local hotel. No refund.
