Patrick (5/5): Passable - The location was perfect The place was bare: no chairs, no table, no hangers. So though there was a nice kitchen unit there was no way of enjoying it. The bathroom was minute, but that would have been OK if the shower was OK but it was either boiling hot or cold. The place smelled damp. We never met the host and he didn't send us the check in code on time, we had to ring him, then he sent it immediately. After that it was easy.
Kristle-ann (8/5): Very good - Really good location and really good service. Very quick to respond to queries. It's a nice little flat with easy connection to get into central London The flat was nice for the most part, just some minor bits that could help improve, including: adding dishwashing soap and a little broom and scoop to help with cleaning, if staying longer term. Adding a mattress topper will help with making the bed feel softer.
