• Alexandra (8/5): - Drăguț, curat, bine utilat, un mare plus patul pentru bebe. Foarte aproape de metrou Paznicul de la bloc cam arțăgos, dar a putut fi ignorat.
• Emilia (10/5): - Lovely apartment in a residential are, only a few metro stops from Piazza del Duomo (M1/red line towards Bisceglie). The distance is also walkable to the main attractions. It is rather quiet considering that the building is old. The concierge keeps it impeccable and is very nice. Don't be surprised if you receive check-in instructions just before the chosen time. As we worried, we called the agency twice. They were quick to respond. After that, everything went We would have appreciated some salt and pepper and a kitchen towel.

• Alexander (10/5): - Amazing place to stay: newly renovated flat in the old cozy building. Renovation was done in a good quality way, everything is clean. Air conditioning in all the rooms with multi-split. Location is great for those, who targets San-Siro Stadium, but also underground is quite near to go to the very center.

• Yazan (1/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Suitable for Families - Modern interior and appliances. This was one of the worst experiences I've had booking an apartment, particularly stressful as I was traveling with my 11-month-old baby. The host's communication was very poor, and the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, involving filling out lengthy forms and proving payment of city tax—a bizarre and inconvenient request. Despite clearly indicating my arrival with an infant, the host took an unreasonable amount of time to send the check-in details. Upon arrival, the apartment was freezing cold, and despite multiple complaints, the host insisted they had no control over the heating, citing an absurd regulation limiting heating to 21 degrees Celsius, which is simply untrue as confirmed from previous stays elsewhere in Italy. Furthermore, the apartment had three air-conditioning units with R32 refrigerant, clearly capable of heating, but the host falsely claimed they could only blow cold air. Staff were completely unhelpful; one person named Stefano wasted time at 2 AM looking for an allegedly hidden AC remote, which was never found. Overall, this experience was dreadful and not at all accommodating to guests, especially families with young children. I strongly advise against staying here.

• Mel (10/5): Great one night stay in Milan! - Great location especially if you need to get to SAN SIRO stadium or use the subway. The apartment was beautiful and has air conditioning!:) It is on the 5th floor but there is a small lift you can use.

The hosts made contact with us in good time and made it very easy for us to gain access to the property which was very comfortable, clean and spacious.
• Niye (9/5): Comfortable Stylish Apartment - First of all the correspondence with the owners of the property was really good. Obviously very conscious of delivering professional service, which was done to a very high standard. Apartment was spacious and lovely, definitely recommend to book. Only problem which I think will be rectified was that unknown to us there is a switch where the light switches are, which was connected to the boiler. Due to it not been labelled the boiler was mistakenly turned off. I think now there will be a label to state which switch is which. Also if you are in need of the sofa bed in the living room, ask for it to be set up beforehand. We struggled to work out how to open it for a while

• Ramona (9/5): Clean and modern place to stay, convenient for transportation using the tram or metro. - They were in communication with us and met at the door with keys. Clean and quiet apt and hosts were very helpful. Felt safe and was given an after hours contact number in case of emergency. It was convenient to use the metro. They provided a mid stay cleaning which was nice. The beds were comfy and we really liked the foam pillows. The couch in the living room wasn’t very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a laundry facility and extra towels.

The size of the appartement was really big. The owners were very pro-active and have provided all needed information in advance, very suppotive for all kind of questions. • Stefano (8/5): Very nice apartment, fair location. Kitchen equipment could be improved. - The apartment was well renovated. and furnished with taste. It was easy to receive the key. It has a nice balcony and a quite view also on the internal courtyard. The building is nice. It is 5 minutes away from the Metro station (red line going to the city center) There is neither washing machine nor dishwasher in the apartment. The microwave was not functioning very well. The kitchen corner is rather small
• Roi_l (10/5): was a great visit. Next time on Milan for sure we will come back - The host is extremely nice and was very flexible with our time of arrival. The apartment was super clean with all the things needed for a good stay.
