• Marina (8/5): - Кондиционер в каждой комнате, тишина, много мест для хранения. Есть утюг, стиральная машина, хорошая кухня. Также нам прислали список с рекомендованными ресторанами и другой информацией Часы для заселения до 20 и для выселения с 10, это очень не комфортно, а также саморегистрация. Только один мусорный пакет, невозможно нормально сортировать мусор. Маловато посуды. (дороговато как и во всей флоренции)
• Aude (7/5): - Alfred était sympathique et très disponible et le logement bien situé malgré le bruit du restaurant en bas de l'immeuble. Le canapé lit fait très mal au dos , seuls des enfants légers peuvent y dormir.

• Maple (7/5): Apartment in a good location in Florence. - The apartment is clean in an old building. 15 - 20 minutes walk from Firenze train station. Situated in a quiet area. Internet and aico works well throughout the stay. You can get in the city when croosing over the bridge. During our stay the bus stop nearby is closed. The front door is small, not very convenient for big luggage. The room is a little dark.

• Dreama (7/5): Great location for a good price - The location was impeccable; far enough away from the noise of the center yet close enough to be to the center in about a 5 -7 min walk at a leisurely pace. Very Nice price for the location. The staff, namely Alfred/ Andre, were responsive and friendly, always a plus and the place itself was clean. It’s a really cute place and has a lot of potential to be sweetened up a bit and would return again Could have done with a few more basic amenities. We had 1 trash bag for 3 of us for 2 days and we cooked, so it got packed. The AC took a while to get cool and eventually did, but fluctuated throughout the stay. We were fortunate it was not so hot, though could get toasty. We were asked to take the trash to a location 3 min away from the place, which is not a lot, but given we paid a cleaning fee, we felt it odd we had to take the trash out and use our limited vacation time to search for a trash deposit receptacle when that time could be used for walking to the city center
• Ricardo (9/5): Superb - The staff was very nice, they met us and explained everything, were always available. The location is quite good, close to the Santa Maria Novella train station and to Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli gardens.
