• Vanessa (9/5): Una buena opción para estadias cortas - Las vistas son espectaculares, los dueños y la seguridad del edificio. El sistema de ventilación para el gas, dejaba entrar aire muy frío y ruido del tráfico.
• JINSUK (10/5): 안심하고 머물수 있는 가성비 최고의 숙소 - 황금박물관,보고타대성당, 몬세라떼언덕 등 유명장소를 걸어서 갈수 있는 위치이고 23층에 위치해서 도시 전망도 좋았고,25층 테라스에서 보는 경치는 100만불짜리 뷰, 22층에 gym도 있어서 매일 이용, 1층에 경비가 문을 열어주기 때문에 매우 안전함, 숙소도 매우 청결함. 8박9일을 머물렀는데 인당 휴지 2롤과 수건 2장이라 좀 아쉬웠음.

• Diana (10/5): Gran visita a Bogotá, ubicación estratégica para conocer la ciudad - Me gustó todo: el tamaño del departamento, la distribución de los espacios, los insumos que contenía, el precio, el espacio de coworking y la terraza, la amabilidad de los guardias y de la persona que hace la limpieza y de la anfitriona. Y finalmente la ubicación del edificio: cerca de la carrera 7ma (peatonal, llena de cafés, tiendas, librerías), cerca del lindo barrio de La Macerena, de bibliotecas, librerías, museos, de La Candelaria...ideal para conocer la ciudad en sus aspectos más vivos y culturales. Lo único que podría sugerir como mejoría es que incorporen más ganchos para colgar toallas en los baños y que haya un par de guías turísticas en el departamento (obviamente esto es solo una sugerencia y no desmerece el lugar).

• Michael (10/5): Excellent apartment in downtown high rise. - Apartment has everything you’ll need. Washer and dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen with stovetop and oven, and the necessary cookware and utensils. Apartment is also very clean with a great view of Monserrate. The building has a small gym, but had everything I needed. I only use the treadmill, bench press, and dumbbells. I was allowed to have guests throughout my stay with an agreement me and the host made, but ask her about this yourself to confirm. As far as the area, there’s a university across the street, so people are out and about for most of the day until classes end. Late at night is the only time that the area may be a little sketchy. Oxxo across the street, and a few small restaurants and stands. I’m personally a Rappi guy, so I can’t tell you much about those restaurants. There were none unless I started nitpicking. This will be my go-to place in Bogota whenever it’s available.

• David (6/5): Nice place, but security too strict, intrusive and annoying. - Good location, clean and nice view. 👍🏼 The security in the building is exaggerated. They lock the door every time you go in and out, so you must wait for them. Made me uncomfortable and I felt sorry for the guards that they have to stand up and walk every single time. Also, couldn’t even bring a guest without them asking for his ID. Too intrusive, no privacy and annoying. 👎🏼 That’s the reason I didn’t book this place on my return to Bogota. Also, would be good if there is a washing machine in the flat.
