• Joe (9/5): Our stay in Cozy Artic Circle – Family House was truly memorable and a worthwhile experience! - The host was beneficial in attending to our enquiries to ensure our stay was smooth and safe. The host customer service level surpassed those 4-star hotels we stayed at later in European countries. We came in a group of 4 adults. There are 3+1 (suitable for children) bedrooms, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. The location is strategic to the city, around 10-15 minutes’ drive. It is also a convenient spot for the tour agency to pick us up. When we reached the house, we received a warm welcome gift; delicious local delicacies. The water current was strong enough to shower (in warm temperatures) during the cozy day. Uber services are easily available (suitable for a group of 4 adults). You can also use public transport like bus (please enquire for more info from the host). The only part we did not utilise is the sauna as our schedules are tied up with outdoor activities and we normally feel exhausted after the activities end. You should try/ experience the sauna if you have free time. On the Wi-Fi part, they provided a mobile phone to be connected to which is limited in coverage area. As the host is responsive to my feedback, they have improved or upgraded it to the router. Good news for the new guest to be!😊
• Anthony (9/5): A perfect home away from home for a family to spend Christmas and New Year - A perfect location for a young family with children's bunk beds and lots of toys for young children to play with. The house is located within walking distance of a reasonably sized supermarket and was very comfortable inside even with extremely low temperatures outside. An open fireplace in the kitchen added to the ambience. The house is only a short 2-3 km drive to the city center and was easy to find for tour operators to do a pick up from the house. The only minor comment was that the house number was initially hard to locate and perhaps some hand-over instructions on disposal of rubbish and re-cycling.
