• Florence (2/5): Pathetic stay in this apartment! My family tour was spoiled a lot because of this accommodation! - The arrangement of a Tesla of picking up from the airport was the only fantastic part! Most facilities- gas stove not working (we bought some food and couldn’t cook; not even to cook any eggs for breakfast , arid kitchen utensils (hard to cook), very mean toilet paper supper, no tisue paper and kitchen towel, hairdryer not working stably, most importantly was that on the second day, the hot water suddenly ceased in mid way of shower and my senior brother caught a cold and fever because of this and the next day tour was totally ruin as a result !!!! And we need to pay extra €25 + €114 upon check in ; a lot of money for what !!!!

• Iva (6/5): The apartment itself is okay, but the cleanliness is terrible. - The location is good—close to the bus station and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The agency managing the apartment was responsive and professional. Cleanliness is the biggest issue. The apartment needs a thorough cleaning from floor to ceiling, as the cleaning seems very superficial. Even the bed sheets were dirty and the furniture was covered in dust. The beds are very uncomfortable and squeaky, which makes it difficult to sleep well. The apartment is also not very well equipped and some basic things are missing, and many things feel poorly maintained. Another inconvenience is the key pickup. If you want someone to meet you with the key, there is an extra charge. If you want to enter the apartment yourself, you have to go to another, more distant location to pick up the key, which makes the process unnecessarily complicated.

• Elizabeth (4/5): - La limpieza es pésima del lugar no brindan los mínimos insumos, no tienen para cocinar utensilios muy pobres y en muy mal estado, la puerta del banco rota y permaneció abierta durante toda la estadía reportándola varias veces y si no llamo insistiendo para una respuesta la chica que me atendió me dijo que no se había comunicado porque aún estaban esperando respuesta de una empresa que supuestamente la arreglaría y jamás vino ni dió señales, vaya que si van a rematar este piso que es bien caro pues arreglen todas estas cosas y muchas más antes de ponerlo en venta, las camas super incómodas. De verdad me llevé la peor impresión del lugar.

• ARELLANO QUISHPE (6/5): Normal - El espacio del departamento El olor de los cuartos de baño desagradable. Las camas ruidosas y colchón un tanto incómodo y encontramos pelos en las sábanas
• Maëlyss (10/5): Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé dans l'ensemble, avec un logement plus que correct. - L'appartement est tres bien pour le prix, avec 2 grandes chambres et salles de bains dans chacune. Petite cuisine pour 5 personnes mais suffisent pour un court séjour. L'emplacement est pratique car au centre de Barcelone. La prise en charge des clé n'était pas très claire et personne n'a pu me répondre lorsque j'ai eu besoin d'aide. j'ai finalement pu trouver les clefs (qui étaient à récuprérer à 10 min en voiture du logement) après 15 à 20 bonnes minutes.
• TrifonasD (7/5): - The apartment was ok in a very nice location with just the essentials. The staff was very helpful and very cooperative. The beds and pillows were comfortable with the necessary turn down blankets. It was quite warm. The rooms were relatively small. The walls definitely need painting and were dirty even though the house was clean.
• Olga (10/5): - Отличные, просторные апартаменты в прекрасном и тихом районе Барселоны. Рядом есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: уютные кафе и рестораны, магазины, торговые центры, автобусные остановки, метро в пешей доступности, а остановка такси находится прямо у дома. Рензо всегда был на связи, встретил нас у входа, всё подробно показал и объяснил. Подъезд дома чистый, ухоженный и просторный, с зеркалами. В квартире есть всё, что может понадобиться: фен, тостер, микроволновка, посудомоечная и стиральная машины. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство! С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова. Слишком старая сковорода, но это мелочь по сравнению со всем остальным комфортом.
• Maria (4/5): I strongly do not recommend it ! - The property was clean and the distribution was good. Good location We were a group of 4 adults and there were only 3 forks, 1 wine glass,1 champagne glass. The main bed was very noise. The door that leads from the living to the balcony could not be closed at all. It remain opened day and night. The washing machine was broken. The shower door was wonkey and finally the nuts got comolrtely loose. Despite telling the agents about the problems they did not solved any problem, not even brought us a fork!! I will never choose a property from Sh Barcelona again.
• Elvie (10/5): Very nice accommodation in Barcelona. Highly recommended! - The location was great, especially because it was right next to a taxi stand. The place itself had everything - towels, beddings, toiletries, kitchen ware, power adapters, etc. Each room has its own bathroom. Communication with the host was easy. Highly recommended! Nothing.
• Marta (1/5): Beware of bedbugs! - Location Beware of bedbugs! On our third night in the apartment, we found characteristic bedbug bites on our bodies. We couldn't find the insects themselves, but there were their droppings on the floor. They refused to change apartments or offer us financial compensation so we could find another place to sleep. The only thing we managed to negotiate was a change of bed linen and a refund for laundry costs (the washing machine in the apartment, of course, didn't work). I do not recommend staying here! The owner refuses to acknowledge that there are bedbugs in the apartment because they couldn't see them during the day. Let them wait for them to breed, but don't let this happen at your expense. I warn you.
• Vadim (8/5): Удобное место для путешествий, но цена выше чем обычно. - Отличное расположение. До Аэропорта и достопримечательностей 10-20 минут на такси. Остановка Такси прямо перед подъездом. В ближайших кварталах много ресторанчиков и в двух кварталах Макдональдс, который работает и в выходные. Маленький магазин в соседнем доме. До торгового цента 8 минут пешком. Остановки общественного транспорта в 6 минутах. Отсутствовал чайник, воду приходилось кипятить в кастрюле. Не было чем зажечь газовую плиту так как плита без электроподжига. Спички или зажигалки не было. Некоторые чашки с трещинами. Вилок было 3 а нас было четверо. Не смотря на то, что в квартире могут разместиться 7 человек. В остальном всё замечательно.

• Giuseppe (7/5): Good - The flat is spacious and the location is good, close to the public transport. In general the flat is not well maintained. Many doors and windows are in bad conditions and it is not possible to close them. Even some blinders are not working.
