Andreas (5/5): entspricht definitiv nicht dem Durchschnitt von 7,4 - + Self-Check-In mit Schlosscode + freundlicher Kontakt + großzügiges Platzangebot + für 4-5 Personen ausreichend + Küche mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler etc. + Bad inkl. Pflegemittel + Nähe U-Bahn, Bus (5 Min. Fußweg) + Nähe Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi, Edeka) + Nähe zu kostenloser Parkzone bzw. Parkplätze auf der Straße (ca. 1-2 km) - Wohnung mit Straßenzugang (ehemaliges Geschäftslokal) - Eingangstür ohne zusätzliche Sperrmöglichkeit zur nächtlichen Sicherung - mangelhafte Sauberkeit in Wohnraum (Staub, Spinnweben etc.) und Küche (Backofen, Kaffeemaschine etc.) - die Wohnung ist für Allergiker NICHT geeignet - Rauchgestank in der Wohnung - Zigarettenstummeln am Fensterbrett - in Dusche sehr schwacher Wasserdruck (Tröpferlbad) - um 18:00 Uhr kein warmes Wasser mehr nach zwei Minuten duschen - Waschbecken Abfluss verstopft - unangekündigte Kaution bei Check-In (man hat das Gefühl, dass die Kaution bloß als Zuverdienst verwendet wird und nicht ins Apartment investiert wird) - Bewertungsaufforderung noch vor Check-Out - Werbung für die nächste Buchung außerhalb der gesicherten Booking-Plattform
