Gdyby w przyszłości pojawiła się zmywarka do naczyń w kuchni to już byłoby idealnie. Bezpłatny parking podziemny. Dobry kontakt z zarządcą przez WhatsApp. Brak możliwości zrobienia standardowego check-in na miejscu podczas odbioru kluczy. Otrzymaliśmy informacje o konieczności zrobienia check-in ONLINE dzień przed przybyciem (o godzinie 13:30), że trzeba zrobić check-in online do dnia przyjazdu. Nie zawsze jest na to czas (zwłaszcza w podróży). Dwukierunkowa droga dojazdowa do apartamentu o szerokości drogi jednokierunkowej (przez zaparkowane samochody) bywa uciążliwa przy dużym ruchu. Czasem trzeba jechać 100-200 metrów na wstecznym, żeby się minąć.

Diese haben sich besonders über das Kinderzimmer mit Spielsachen und Malutensilien gefreut. Tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Ausflüge im Norden, in drr Hauprstadt und natürlich Baden am Playa de la Teresitas! Super Ausstattung mit WaMa und Trockner, gute Küchenausstattung. Flasche Wasser und Schoko zur Begrüßung. Netter Kontakt mir Infos zum Selbstcheck-In. Nichts! P.S. Wir haben immer auf der Strasse geparkt, fanden wir einfacher als die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage

• Andre (9/5): Grosszügiges Apartment mit toller Aussicht - Sehr grosszügiges Apartment mit toller Aussicht auf San Andrés. Das Parkieren ist etwas tricky, die Garage ist extrem eng, entlang der Strasse findet man meistens einen Platz.
• Maruša (10/5): Prijeten dom z najlepšim razgledom - Lepo, udobno, veliko in čisto stanovanje, tudi zelo novo, z vsem kar potrebujete. Posebej lahko pohvalim postelje in posteljnino, zelo dobro smo spali. V apartmaju sta kar dve kopalnici in tri sobe, v vsaki sobi pa je televizor. Najbolj neverjeten pa je prekrasen razgled na Las Teresitas in mesto. Sicer je malce odmaknjeno od plaže, a so takoj pod stavbo stopnice, ki skrajšajo pot. Tudi garaža v stavbi je prišla prav. Gostiteljica je zelo prijazna in ustrežljiva. Vsekakor zelo zelo priporočam bivanje tukaj. Lokacija blizu Anage, poleg fenomenalne plaže in v ljubkem mestecu, ne more biti boljše. Edino ena vrata v kopalnici se niso dobro zapirala.
• Rainer (9/5): - Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer- alles tip top. Da hat man Platz und Freude. Blick über San Andrés und las Teresitas ist paradiesisch und unbezahlbar. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschettockner. Super. Und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr nett. Es gibt auch einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni i susretljivi, a lokacija je mirna, u blizini plaže Teresitas. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Velika pohvala vlasnicima na gostoprimstvu i brizi za goste!

The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of bedding, towels, and all the basic cleaning supplies. There were even toys for the kids and gear for swimming – such a thoughtful touch! The area is peaceful and safe, with a beach that’s ideal for both children and adults. We loved how relaxing and quiet it was. San Andres offers delicious food, and there are plenty of attractions in the surrounding area. It’s also very easy to get to Santa Cruz, whether by car or bus. We spent an unforgettable 3 weeks here with our family and would return in a heartbeat. I can’t recommend this place highly enough – truly a perfect vacation spot!

All the amenities, that someone renting an holiday apartment expect to have, were in place: oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and coffee ( most of time is annoying buying them for few meals, we did find also a bottle of water and couple of beers), laundry plus iron ( but most appreciate the laundry wash, not always provided in other apartments)! Toys and beach games ( very appreciated, flying and carrying our own wasn't an option) Nothing
