View from the room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. Toilet was very modern and the shower was great. Perfect for a short stay. Nothing :)

• Alexander (10/5): Alex - Location was fantastic, as were the facilities and nothing seemed to much trouble for the owners not that we needed to trouble them for anything but contact was no problem. Not much space for hanging clothing up, other than that nothing.
• Crissef (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, 2 mins. from the beach and promenade. Amazing sea view from the 12th floor. Clean apartment, equipped with everything one might need for a 1 or 2 weeks stay. Big shower cabin, could be easily used even by persons with disabilities. Clearly, the owners have an attention to small details (an example: forgot my charger to my shaving device, but surprisingly one time usage shavers available in the bathroom). The whole apartment building itself (elevator, common areas) is spotless clean, always smelling nice. Would recommend anytime. Special thanks to the owner, Juani! Fast and easy communication regarding check-in/check-out, or any other issues. Check-in and check-out conditions should be updated on booking.com. A small deposit is needed, but on the booking app it states it can be paid cash on site. In reality, a bank transfer is needed. When booking on short notice, it's quite annoying. We were travelling from Valencia to Benidorm, booked one day before arrival. Maybe it's a minor issue, but when on holiday mode, one doesn't really have time or mood, to spend time on online banking and other such things. But all was cleared fast with the owner.

Easy to check in and the owners provided everything we needed. We managed to park our hire car there too which was brilliant. Lovely place to stay, right in the middle of Benidorm town but we didn’t have any issue with noise. Can thoroughly recommend staying here.
• Julie (9/5): We found everything we could have needed - The location was excellent located in the ‘triangle’ close to the beach & shops & bars We found it difficult to find in the first day so it would have been very useful to know that it was in the triangle as our taxi dropped us elsewhere as there are loads of properties called Coblanca.

Although on the small side it was definitely big enough for two and had everything needed within the property. No balcony with property. Not enough storage space to hang up clothes.
