• Raghad (10/5): Beautiful apartment - It was very clean, spacious, comfortable furniture, and bedding. It wasn’t a nice part of town, and very central. That was nice having the washer. The balcony was very beautiful.

• Susan (9/5): Beautiful apartment in the middle of a beautiful city! - The location ant be beat. The. It’s from the balcony was great. Like so many rentals, there are more beds than chairs. There really wasn’t enough space to sit and hang out unless you sat at the table.

• Fredia (8/5): Fantastic central location in Glorence, even in a heat wave.ideal for two people - Location, balcony, air conditioning, main bedroom No explanation where the garbage should be taken, no window in the second bedroom, electric kettle didn’t work, towels a little frayed, no knobs on chest of drawers in bedroom, so difficult to open. We left some salt. Basic condiments would be nice. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

• Lydia (9/5): Book this place, you won’t be disappointed. - The place was great with wonderful views of the Ponte Vecchio! Nice little balcony to sit on and watch the activities on the water. The location was perfect, easily accessible to the heart of the town.
• Lauren (10/5): Amazing Arno apartment - Absolutely amazing experience. The apartment has double air conditioning and great bedding. As day steeps into night this apartment is perfectly located to catch a spectacular sunset and musicians on the Ponte Vecchio entertaining tourists with guitar music. The apartment has a truly special evening charm that is beyond reality. Located directly on the Arno River beside the most vibrant side of the ponte vecchio you have a front row seat to the beautiful show which you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony. The yacht club is the other view and rowers are lining up and training all day long on the Arno too and dining under the sparkling lights by night. it’s a tiny glimpse into local life while staying safely nestled in the historic center on the famous Via dei Bardi.

INCREDIBLE views!!! Great facilities, the bed a little firm but we found it good. Great to have good AirCon. Parking garage and supermarket directly across street and Great cafes for morning coffee next door. Highly recommend!!! Everything was great!!

• Brendan (9/5): Great location, would have been a 10/10 if it wasn't for weak shower pressure - Amazing views, the apartment is actually bigger than the pictures make it look. Great Location, lots of restaurants close by, the pizza place downstairs is incredible. Supermarket right across the road also is very convenient. My only issue was the shower pressure, it was very weak, my wife couldn't even wash her hair properly.
• José (10/5): We will come back. - The balcony is just speechless. You don’t need more than a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset from the balcony, enjoying the views of the city. Furthermore, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the checkin and checkout process is hassle free.
• Abergavenny (10/5): Stunning - The location is sublime. The view is incomparible. And.... its on the north side,so you wont get blasted by the sun. The kitchen is basically equiped. Who needs a tv with that balcony? Very helpfull staff. Not all sockets work. The small bedroom has no natural light. But with that view every issue is no more.

Fantastic views of the river and Florence. The staff were easy to contact and really quick to respond. The apartment is modern but basic, however it does have everything you need for a few days vacation.

• Sandra (10/5): We loved our stay in this apartment. - The apartment was the perfect size for our family of three. Having the extra 1/2 bath in second bedroom was perfect for out teen daughter. The bed was very firm and took a few days to get used to.

While I’m sure it is a plus to many, the modern style of the apartment was not what I wanted but it was exactly how it looked in pictures. The location was more important than decor to us this trip.
• Hendry (9/5): Room with a view in a spectacular location - The view is beyond spectacular. Gorgeous!!! Great location and close to all the major sights. The street it’s on is fabulous with a market, gelato shop, coffee shop and restaurants. 1 minute from the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is clean and neat with a washing machine and drying rack. The managers are clear and concise with their instructions and make the stay easy. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress on the bed. It was an extra firm and I had a difficult time sleeping. I added a bed spread to my side and it made it better.

Plenty of shops nearby for coffee food next to the Pitti Palace & Bobli Gardens The property must have been newly renovated, because it felt brand new. Beautiful finishes. Pictures do not do it Justice! It is much bigger and prettier in person. Nothing!

• Tyler (10/5): Best place to stay in Florence! Will be back for sure! - I am spending a month in Italy, and this was by far the best stay. This units beats all the hotels and apartments around. First off, the location is spectacular. You leave the buildings front door and you have a grocery store with all common household goods, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Also felt very safe. Also made taxis easy, you just tell them to take you to the bridge and you are always within two minutes of the room. I travel with a lot of high value items and felt right at home inside and outside of the building. The view from inside the entire unit is incredible. You can see the Pontevecchio bridge and the entire Arno river (the good side) from the bedroom and balcony. Having meals and relaxing on the balcony seemed like something worth a thousand euros a day. After all people pay tons of money for private dinners on that river and none have a similar view or privacy. The unit is very large with lots of room to unpack, settle in, and enjoy relaxing. We had an entire extra room for luggage which was cool. AC blows very cold if you need it which was lovely. The unit has two very nice bathrooms, a wonderful shower, and many more amenities. We were able to do our own laundry which was nice. Kitchen is very nice as well. The elevator works great. And one thing I really loved was the front door. I think I could survive a zombie apocalypse if I lived behind that door. It made me feel very secure while leaving tens of thousands of dollars worth of items in the room while away. No way is anyone getting through that door. The unit also has lovely old furniture such as a couple dressers which was a unique experience you can’t really get anywhere else. I typically spend around $500-$1000 night during my vacations and this one was by far the most bang for the buck. 1st class customers will feel right at home, and everyone else will feel like they are in paradise. I would never stay anywhere else in Florence and will be talking my friends and family where to stay. Nothing.
• Jihwan (10/5): Exceptional - Instead of in-person reception, YD team provided endless supports during my stay. The apartment is bigger than my expection based on provided photos. Well arranged kitchen and no stain detected bathroom were impressive. All equipment such as a brand new dish washer, microwave/oven and washing machine helps much better quality of the stay. Most of all, the view is incredible. My family enjoyed one of the most happiest moments in the terrace observing this magnificant city and waiting for boats that violists are on-boarded. There is no parking lot in the apartment similar to other buildings in Firenze. So, I used a private parking lot just in front of the entrance which is Garage Ponte Vecchio. My rental car was BMW 1 series. Parking fee was 70 euro per day. Also, separated storage service should be contacted after the check-out to spend more time in the city. I stopped by Bounce Luggage where just 2-3 minutes by walk away.
• Joaquin (9/5): Apartment with the best view of Ponte Vecchio! - It’s just amazing to be able to have breakfast or a glass of wine just in front of the Ponte Vecchio, but at your own private balcony! It’s a fantastic experience The small room in the back lacked a bit of natural light, but it’s something minor. The property is really outstanding!
• Anthony (10/5): This is an absolute gem! What a fabulous stay we had. - This place was absolutely wonderful! The location was excellent for walking to all the historical and tourist sites. We loved the view and the exciting energy of being right by the Ponte Vecchio. Entryway into building is dark. Two pillows per person on beds would be nice and maybe fluffier towels.
