• Mümtaz (10/5): - Das Haus war; -sehr sauber - mit voller Ausstattung - sehr modern Zusammengefasst; das Haus hatte alles was man erwarten kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer lief sehr gut und er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Gerne wieder…!
• Onur (6/5): - Ansich ist die Unterkunft für die Verhältnisse in Bosnien-Herzegowina Sarajevo gut. Man könnte von europäischen Standard sprechen. Man sieht das alles neu gemacht wurde. Uns hat vor allem die Sauberkeit und der Ausblick sehr gefallen. Der Pool war sehr kalt. Die Kinder haben es nicht einmal ausgehalten 5 Minuten im Wasser zu bleiben. Das Internet hat am ersten Tag gar nicht funktioniert, sodass man komplett isoliert war. Auch nach mehrfachem Auffordern kam erst jemand am nächsten Tag. Die Route zum Objekt ist Katastrophe. Falls kein größeres Fahrzeug vorhanden ist sehe ich hier Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Die Türen quietschen ohne Ende. Man darf am besten die Türen am Abend und in der Nacht nicht benutzen. Die Treppe genauso. Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da diese nur schwierig zu erreichen ist.
• noyr (8/5): - جيدة لابأس فيها لكن النظافة كانت في المرافق الخارجية مش ولا بد ومن داخل ديكوراتها جيدة لكن درج الصعود للأعلى متعب جدا خاصة على كبار السن وما افضل احد ياخذها اذا كان معهم اطفال او كبار سن بسبب الدرج والغرفة العلوية جدا تطلع لها بسلم والحمامات فقط 2 وبدون شطاف..يوجد بها غسالة ملابس وغسالة مواعين وعدة المطبخ متواضعه .. الأسرة ماكانت مريحه ..وغير مرنين في وقت التشيك آوت

The host was very helpful and he provided me all the guidance to come to home Also the host was very helpfull and freindly and he provided all the needs to our familty for example he provided additional baskets for garbage also he provided electronic pest repeller More over the host help me for extracting the visa as he shared with me the letter which required for visa for saudi So i would like to thank him for all support provided me before and during my stay The home is cozy and its modren It was not clean and the floors was dusty also the bed sheet is not in good condition and its old and not clean The kitchen not having all equipement so we bought pot to make a tea The swimming pool was not clean One thing we dont like that the neighbours they are having access the electronic gate which makes me uncomfortable because any one can open the gate of the house at any time More over I wish they add hand-held bidet The master sleeping room its in the top of the villa and the access is very difficult to it so we could not use it
