- Angela (5/5): - The location was extremely handy. The shared bathrooms were clean. Lack of security. Someone left the front door open over night. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows smelled less than fresh.

- Frederick (7/5): Very basic & small room. But clean & ideal location if visiting the US Embassy. - The property was ideally located for visiting the US Embassy, which was the purpose of my visit & only a 10 minute walk away. Bedding was clean & staff very polite. The room was exceptionally small, & very claustrophobic. Although it had a fridge & microwave, I would much rather it had a TV to watch - as I never used the fridge or microwave, especially as the building apparently had a kitchen. Although clean it was extremely basic. Plus, you didn’t know who was coming & going. You could hear people going up & down the stairs all night.

- Vito (3/5): Small and hot - The location and the staff who clean the share spaces. The room was extremely hot and tiny, the bed was covered with a winter quiltcover even in summer with more than 20C°outside and there was no good ventilation, no air conditioning just a noisy fan, when we open the window was worse since the supposed to be "garden" was just a dirty ceiling with the hot air conditioning scape machine from the downstairs restaurants, besides the odour from the chimenea and noise of those restaurants direct to our room. The booking said 20ms2.room and it was no more than 6ms2. Basically you cannot move aroums in the room, just open the door and jump in bed and to go to the toilet everybody who passes closeby can see your bed.

After my first stay in the previous month, I let the property manager know that the room was very warm, even though the rest of the house was cool. They asked me to use the little fan (which I had done) and open the window (which involves to deal with the noise of S.Lambert Rd and to get more pollen during this allergy season). When I asked to see if it was possible to have a different room (out of the 8 rooms the building has), they answered that I needed to cancel my current booking and make a new reservation online. For a house with 8 rooms, that is always busy, they should invest in a better cooling system than a little fan.
