• Farid (10/5): A luxurious flat offering excellent value for money in a prime location. - The flat is perfectly situated in Sofia, a 10-minute walk from the heart of the capital. It is also very spacious, new and well-equipped. It is on the 5th floor and, in addition to the bedrooms, has two terraces offering lovely views of the city. An ideal location for exploring Sofia and the surrounding area. Hardly anything.

• Simon (10/5): Stanovanje priporočam, lokacija je super. - Top stanovanje v centru Sofije. 2 minuti od postaje metroja, pekarna čez cesto. Stanovanje je preseglo vsa naša pričakovanja, vsaka spalnica je imela svoj balkon, dva wc-ja, kompletno opremljena kuhinja, aparat za kavo... Nimam pripomb, vse je bilo super.

Αναλυτικές οδηγίες και απαντούσε στις ερωτήσεις όποτε τον χρειαστήκαμε. Επίσης εξυπηρετικός πολύ, κάναμε νωρίτερα check in. Με τα πόδια είναι περίπου 18 λεπτά απόσταση από το κέντρο. Θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό πέρα από τα βασικά που ήταν.
• Sarah (10/5): Appartamento molto pulito a pochi minuti dal centro - Abbiamo passato 5 notti qui. L'appartamento è molto bello, molto pulito, con tutto l'occorrente. Comodo il fatto di avere 2 wc. I letti sono davvero confortevoli. La posizione è comodissima: seguendo la strada Pirotska, in 10-15 minuti si arriva alla moschea. A 2-3 minuti c'è la fermata della metro che porta all' aeroporto. Il tram passa sotto casa; si sente il rumore ma non da assolutamente nessun fastidio e credo si fermi di notte perché oltre ad un certo orario, non si sente più. Temevo una strada completamente buia (in seguito ad alcuni commenti che avevo letto) ma anche se non è molto illuminata, l'illuminazione pubblica c'è è si vede a sufficienza. Sicuramente prenoterei di nuovo qui per un altro soggiorno a Sofia.

Tanto el baño como el aseo estupendo y el salón de lo más confortable. La ubicación es estupenda, a una parada de metro del centro y teniendo el metro en la calle de detrás del edificio. Parada de tranvía en la misma calle con varias líneas y cruzando la calle con otras tantas Comercios cerca. Volvería sin dudarlo Quizás y por poner una pequeña pega las sillas de la barra de la cocina que no son muy confortables. Pero cumplen su función

• Hanan (10/5): מקום חדש מהמם ומרכזי! - מקום יפה נקי ומסודר, בית חדש ממש בבניין חדש, יש את כל מה שצריך, נדהמנו מהדירה, הרבה יותר יפה מהתמונות!!!! מיקום מרכזי, 8 דקות הליכה מהמטרו, וממרכז העיר, קרוב ונגיש. בעל הבית מגיב, ועוזר בכל בקשה! בכיף אחזור לדירה הזו שוב!!!! כלום!!! היה מושלם!!!!

• Sara Prieto (10/5): Espectacular - Superó nuestras expectativas. El apartamento está impecable, nuevo, con estilo muy moderno. Está en una planta alta, con vistas, un aseo y un baño completo, gel y champú, agua de cortesía, bombones, 2 terracitas, secador, cafetera, lavadora/secadora... Espectacular. La calefacción funciona perfectamente. Además, el dueño súper servicial, atento, nos pidió un taxi, etc. Está a 12 min andando de un centro comercial. La parada de tranvía que te lleva al centro está a 3 min andando. Por decir algo, nos pensábamos que estaba un poco más cerca del centro (no está súper lejos, pero son 15-20 min andando, las calles son muy oscuras y nos daba cosa aunque lo vimos bastante seguro). Echamos de menos enchufes en el baño pero quizá es así por normativa del país.

Everything was very comfortable: the beds, the linens, the bathroom, the two toilets, and even the washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. But above all, Danny was an amazing host. She made sure we had everything we needed, was always available, arranged a taxi for us to the airport, and even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in time. Her warm and easy communication truly enhanced our stay and made it even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Denny's apartmnet!

• Ursula (9/5): Lovely apartment with good transport links - The flat is impeccably clean, the beds are comfortable and it’s really nicely decorated. Communication with the host was smooth. The aircon was really welcome in the heat and it’s a 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station. There isn’t much in the immediate vicinity. There’s a very basic corner shop and that’s about it. It’s very well connected to the centre of Sofia, but you have to take public transport to get to anywhere. That said it’s a peaceful area that’s only just out of the centre.
• Rachel (10/5): Beautiful apartment in great part of Sofia - One of the loveliest apartments I have stayed in. Spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Everything you could want including dishwasher, washer dryer, detergent etc. In a secure block on a pleasant street with cafes and even a small supermarket downstairs. A short walk to the town centre and a couple of minutes to the metro. Really responsive staff who very kindly allowed a late checkout at no extra charge (we did offer to pay) I would love to stay there again.

View from the living room is awesome, it makes it difficult for us to go out for sightseeing in the day cos we just want to stay in and enjoy the view! Beds are very comfortable, with extra blankets, pillows, towels, etc provided. Kitchen is also well equipped, washing machine works well and detergent provided. Location is excellent, we walked everywhere without the need for public transport. Many minimarts and bakeries downstairs so we never had an opportunity to go hungry. The host is also very responsive and super helpful. Nothing!

• Lena (10/5): Amazing flat for a family. - The whole apartment is very nice and close to the city centre. There is plenty of storage space. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. It would be nice to have a tea towel to dry the dishes. We also used some cups and a bowl and they were all a bit dirty. A quick wash however solved the problem.

It actually feels like a home. The location is great. Very near to the city center as well as the Sofia Mall with tram and metro lines nearby. A second key for the door with be nice.

The light sensor is triggered after 3 seconds and the person remains in complete darkness! 2.Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. 3. Strange way of communicating with clients through booking. Why can't simple issues be resolved via WhatsApp?

From the fully equipped kitchen to the modern bathroom amenities, every need was anticipated and met. The check-in process was a breeze, thanks to the detailed and straightforward instructions provided beforehand. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to add a door divider for the shower. This would help avoid water splashing onto the bathroom floor, making an already fantastic experience even better. Overall, our stay at Contemporary Charm in Old Sofia Apartments was delightful.
