• Rocío (1/5): NEFASTA - En general muy mal. Hicimos la reserva unos meses antes. Íbamos 4 chicas de despedida. Especificamos claramente que éramos 4 personas. Llegamos al apartamento y la chica nos contestó tarde para darnos el código de las llaves. Cuando entramos al apartamento solo había una cama, es decir había cama para dos personas. Las otras dos no teníamos ni cama ni sábanas ni toallas…. La llamamos y no nos cogía el teléfono, a la quinta vez nos cogió el móvil, y la solución que nos dió era que NOSOTRAS fuéramos a comprar sábanas NOSOTRAS Le dijimos que estábamos de despedida y teníamos el tiempo muy controlado y no nos daba tiempo de ir a buscar sábanas, toallas, almohadas y todo Y de muy malas maneras todo el rato Tuvimos que desplazarnos a comprar todo. Perdimos la reserva que teníamos para cenar en un restaurante. Y la chica no se preocupó de cómo estábamos, nos dijo que nos devolvería parte de la reserva, y un mes después aún estamos esperando. Experiencia muy mala sobre todo con la dueña

• Jose Angel (8/5): Recomendable. - Apartamento muy bonito, buena ubicación céntrica, complicado aparcar en la zona (parquin caro, 2€/h) pero tuvimos suerte y en la misma plaza curtidores había hueco. Bar de tapas enfrente :-). Nos dejaron agua mineral en el frigo y unas cápsulas de café. Cama grande y cómoda, además hay sofá cama. No me gustó que no haya opciones de cancelación o modificar fechas. El baño bonito pero un poco estrecho.
• LEE SEE (2/5): - Location Firstly, the apartment experienced a blackout when all the lights, the air conditioner, and the washing machine were in use at the same time. Secondly, there was no hot water available after approximately 6 to 8 minutes of showering. This made it impossible to complete a proper shower and caused significant frustration. Additionally, the bathroom drainage holes were blocked, causing water to back up on the floor. Although this issue was fixed the following day, it still caused discomfort and inconvenience during our stay.

• Ariana (8/5): Pleasant apartment - Location and apartment are pleasant and comfortable. The owner is unpleasant.
• CARMEN (6/5): Alojamiento con potencial de mejora - Muy buena ubicación. Sitio tranquilo, hay un bar en la plaza pero al tener el dormitorio en el interior no se oye nada. Estaba limpio. De agradecer que nos pusieran un radiador eléctrico unas horas antes de nuestra llegada. Café e infusiones de cortesía para cubrir todos los días de la estancia. A pesar de no tener parking, encontramos aparcamiento justo en la puerta. La cama necesita un cambio urgente, se hunde por completo. Deficiente comunicación con propietario días antes de la llegada. Se envío un mensaje y se intento contacto telefónico sin éxito desde 7 días antes de la llegada, además se intento contacto a través de Booking también sin éxito. Finalmente, el mismo día del check in, se consiguió respuesta a la petición realizada. Durante la estancia surgió un problema con la televisión que no fue solucinado. El aire acondicionado no calienta demasiado. No tiene ascensor.

• Ana (7/5): Ubicación perfecta. - La ubicación es perfecta. En un barrio precioso, con buen ambiente tanto para tomar café como para salir de tapas. Cerca del centro, se puede ir andando sin problema. Hay parking cerca para aparcar, y con suerte, en la misma plaza hay algún sitio. La limpieza regular. En nuestro caso, la cocina estaba un poco sucia.

• Kamil (9/5): Dobry start na wycieczki piesze - Świetne położenie apartamentu. Zaraz obok bar z tapas, a dwie przecznice dalej kolejne. Blisko do zabytków starego miasta. W pobliżu sklepy spożywcze. Z tego punktu można zobaczyć duża część turystycznych atrakcji Sevilli poruszając się na nogach Jak dla 4 osób mały stół. Łazienka mogła by być trochę większa.

• Bharat (8/5): Very good - The property has a great location and all the important attractions are within the walking distance. The apartment is also big enough, has most amenities and it is easily accessible. Although the apartment is airconditioned, there is only a single AC unit and it is located in the living room. The bedroom is a bit disconnected from the living room because of which the bedroom is a bit warmer and there is no fan in the bedroom. This caused discomfort in the night and we couldn't sleep properly. A fan or AC unit in the bedroom would be a big plus. We also noticed ants crawling on the bathroom walls and the kitchen counter. Although it wasn't a big problem but we were a bit afraid of the ants getting on our bed and luggage.

• Greg (1/5): Simply didn't live up to the reviews and ratings on Booking.com. Could not recommend. - Nothing. Due to the unsatisfactory circumstances we confronted with the property, we simply weren't happy at all with the property or location. Not as advertised or reviewed in Booking.Com. The property was at the rear of a small plaza which wasn't appealing at all. There was no lift in the building so we had to carry luggage up stairs. The rooms weren't numbered so we had to try doors to find our room. The washing machine wouldn't work due malfunctioning door and catch. The freezer was completely frozen and when you opened the door ice fell across the floor. Cupboards in the kitchenette wouldn't close. The double bed was just too small. Nothing like advertised. There were ants in the bathroom. My wife and I, especially my wife were so upset with the apartment and location, we felt no alternative but to find other accommodation and not stay at this apartment. Sought a refund but neither the owner or Booking.com interested. Despite spending many thousands of AUD on bookings with Booking.com., there care factor was zero. So I will no longer deal with them.
• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - Location is unbeatable, last minute deal stay 2 nights. Pleasant stay Neighbour can be more considerate, let’s say wait until 9am for any machinery noises. The neighbour is doing renovation but it doesn’t bother us as we were out and about quite early. 1st morning drilling start at 8am, 2nd morning banging start at 8:30am.
• Janet (5/5): Functional but in need of maintenance - Location excellent. Sofa bed being held together with cable ties!! Plastic cable ties will not take the weight of anyone using it. Freezer completely iced up. Handle on washing machine door broken so door wouldn't close, so unable to use.

• Lisauskaitė (8/5): A nice apartment in a great location - The location was perfect, the amenities in the apartment, it was cosy Had trouble communicating with the host (the problem was later solved), there were some ants (though we noticed this problem in every property in Spain), the washing machine was broken
• Katriina (8/5): Very good - Location Number 1. Blocks wash basin in the bathroom I had to unblock it. Number 2 washing machine door would not lock could not use that facility until I done I very poor job to make it work. Number 3 Toaster what's absolutely full of breaks and living animals had to clear it out myself. Number 4 we were not given the number of the door on the 1st floor which was our apartment because there's no numbers on the doors for them to give you, so we had to knock on the next doors apartment. .

• Aleksandra (8/5): Very good - Central but quiet location. Nicely decorated. Easy access. Well equipped, including mineral water, coffee cups & sugar. Great for two people, but if there's four of you, the distribution of the bathroom & rooms is not ideal. The bathroom door didn't close entirely.
• Ivanina (10/5): Nice cozy place in the heart of Sevilla - The place is really amazing ! Very clean, comfortable, have fully equipped kitchen , bathroom , everything you need. Free welcome sweets and higher quality coffee. The lady host respond quickly and it’s very helpful. The place is 2 minutes from supermarkets and restaurants , nearby transport and just 5 minutes from heart of Sevilla and castle, cathedral etc Great deal !
