Nous en avons fait part à l'agence avec des photos de ce que nous avons du nettoyer, l'agence nous a proposé de faire revenir l'équipe de nettoyage, mais personne n'est venu. L'agence nous a proposé de ne pas nous faire payer pour le nettoyage, mais nous n'avons toujours rien reçu en retour. Au prix de la location, nous sommes particulièrement déçus. La saleté !!!
• Marek (7/5): Dennoch ein angenehmer Aufenthalt - Ein für englische Verhältnisse sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, großzügigem Wohnzimmer zum gemeinsamem Essen usw., was den Aufenthalt von uns zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche) sehr angenehm gestaltet hat. Ansprechpartner Dante und Tonya sehr nett und über WhatsApp gut erreichbar, haben sich um alles schnell gekümmert. Danke! Auch Gepäckaufbewahrung bei An- und Abreise problemlos möglich. Einkauf und Pub-Besuche abends in Kensal Rise gut machbar; Anbindung mit Over- und Underground ins Zentrum funktioniert super. Wir haben viel gesehen und alles geschafft, was wir uns vorgenommen hatten! Unkraut und Müll vor der Haustür. Besteck mal wieder auffüllen (wir hatten zu wenig Gabeln) und an den Pfannen fehlten teilweise die Griffe. Gefrierfach war nicht ausgeräumt/Lebensmittel vom Vorgänger.
• Vera (6/5): Overall alright but not great. - Liked the neighbourhood and room arrangement/capacity. House was undermantained (wall colour scrapes and stains) and most common spaces as well as bathroom surfaces/toilet bowls hadn't been cleaned thoroughly.

• Sonny (10/5): Very nice, quiet,would recommend - Very quiet, had some very good sleeps. Spacious, clean, comfortable, very good for a family stay. Property is quick to respond, Dante is very nice and helpful.They take a deposit but do refund you in about a week which is fairly reasonable. Nothing, I like everything here. If I have to pick out something the location isn’t the most central but is not a problem for me as we are driving. There are tube stations and bus stops within walking distance as well.

• Oliver (10/5): Perfect stay for us as a family - The apartment is located nearby Kensal Rise Station. Next bus station (the 6 and 52) is a 2 min walk away, either to Queens Park or via Nottingham to the city-center. Everything was clean and very spacious (for adults, 2 teenagers, 1 child), the photos are fully conform what we actually found there. The surrounding is quiet, key hand-over via code box. We have been staying there mid of April for 8 nights (after Easter). We would book it again.
