Birte (10/5): - Schön groß und modern. Ein Massagesessel, dieser war sehr angenehm. Alles da, was man braucht.

Christhild (8/5): Gute Wohnung für eine große Gruppe - Der Blick auf die Weser war schön, die Betten waren super bequem und auch die 2 Badezimmer mit 7 Personen haben für uns gepasst. Die 4 Schlafzimmer boten Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Die Vermieter haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Für die Kaffeemaschine braucht man Bohnen, aber dann macht sie tollen Kaffee auch für eine große Gruppe. Es gibt reichlich Geschirr, aber für das Kochen bräuchte man mehr Töpfe, Pfannen und Schüsseln und Dessertschalen, Auch ein Mixer oder Pürrierstab wäre gut. Aber das habe ich dem Vermieter schon nach unserem Weihnachtsurlaub mitgeteilt und ich denke, dass er die Situation schon verbessert hat.

Renate (9/5): Tolle große Ferienwohnung - Dies ist eine herrliche Ferienwohnung! Wir hatten die 5-Zimmer-Wohnung im ersten Stock. Vier Schlafzimmer ganz ohne Stockbetten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war hervorragend; auf alle Probleme wurde umgehend eingegangen. Und er hat uns sogar noch eine Auflaufform persönlich vorbeigebracht. Das Bad hatte Designer-Qualität. Ein Massage-Sessel war ein besonderes Highlight im Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist auch für Aufenthalt im Winter, wenn man die meiste Zeit drinnen ist, groß genug und angenehm möbliert. Ein Restaurant ist gleich neben dem Ferienhaus. Für Einkaufen muss man aber ein Auto dabei haben.

Neele (3/5): Ferienwohnung mit Potenzial, aber katastrophal ungepflegt - Die Wohnung wirkt modern, großzügig und modernes sowie passendes Mobiliar. Highlight ist der Massagesessel. Doch der Grundzustand ist sehr verbesserungswürdig: stark verschmutzte Fenster und Rollläden, ungepflegter Balkon mit Vogelkot, Unkraut, Zigarettenstummel und Spinnweben, fehlende Fußmatte, sodass man den Dreck unweigerlich mit in die Wohnung trägt und zudem keine Utensilien hat, um dies zu reinigen. Die Fliegengittertüren waren stark beschädigt und defekt. Das Küchenfliegennetz bröselte auf Kpchenzeile und ins Gesicht beim herunterziehen. Geschirr unvollständig (z. B. 7 Teller und 2 Teelöffel für 2 Personen), Kein Zucker für den vorhandenen Kaffee, Kühlschrank quietschte sehr laut. Schlafzimmer mit zerrissenen Fliegennetzen und fleckigen Matratzen. Kleines Bad renovierungsbedürftig, Duschablage blättert, Toilettenbürste katastrophal und extrem unhygienisch. Der Vermieter wirkte zunächst sehr freundlich und hatte anfangs schnell geabtwirter, war später aber nicht lösungsorientiert und antwortete gar nicht mehr. Trotz Potenzial können wir die Ferienwohnung so keinem empfehlen, werden nicht zurückkehren und hätten sie bei Kenntnis des tatsächlichen Zustands niemals gebucht.
