• Maria Jose (10/5): Totalmente recomendable - La ubicación, al lado del casco antiguo y la plaza de aparcamiento que te permite despreocuparte de ese aspecto. La casa es comodísima para estar. No le falta nada. Es como estar en casa. Ah, y el ascensor también se agradece después de estar todo el día por ahí. ;) Nada. Estuvimos 5 noches y no tuvimos ningún problema.

• Agustin (10/5): Excelente opción en Ribadesella - Estupendo apartamento. Muy bien situado, cerquita del centro,. Bien equipado, luminoso, y acogedor, y con garaje, lo cual le dá un plus. La atención por parte de Alfonso excelente, pendiente en todo momento y trato cercano y muy agradable.
• MIGUEL ANGEL (10/5): Apartamento muy recomendable. - Apartamento con una excelente ubicación, cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario, estuvimos muy a gusto allí, y él trato con Alfonso, el propietario muy cordial y cercano. En resumen un acierto haber reservado este alojamiento.

• Braga (10/5): Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in der näheren Umgebung würde ich nur noch diese Wohnung wollen. - Alles hat uns gefallen. Alfonso ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber und seine ersten Infomationen über die Wohnung selbst und die Umgebung waren sehr nützlich. Er hat die helle und sehr freundliche Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem war sie in einem perfekten und sauberen Zustand, so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Der Blick auf die Stadt und den Fluss ist wunderschön. Die großen Fenster lassen sich über eine große Breite öffnen, so dass man auch keinen Balkon vermisst. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und vor allem Geschirrspürmaschine und die Waschmaschine im Bad sind ein toller Luxus. Auch waren wir sehr froh, dass es zwei Bäder gibt; vor allem, wenn man eine Frau und zwei Töchter hat. Ein großer Segen ist die Garage gewesen. Im Hochsommer wäre es sehr schwer geworden, nach unseren täglichen Ausflügen abends jedesmal einen Parkplatz zu suchen. Der Platz in der Garage ist ausreichend für unseren Kombi gewesen, zumal die Plätze nebenan nicht bestetzt waren. Die Lage der Wohnung ist überragend; man ist in ein paar Minuten im Statdtzentrum und befindet sich doch in ruhiger Lage. Der Ort ist wunderschön und perfekt für Tagesausflüge und um die kulturellen und landschaftlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Es gibt hier nichts zu berichten :-)
• Laurie (9/5): Superb - Great location, wonderful views, clean and comfortable apartment, friendly and attentive host. Only two small details would make it more perfect for us, a toaster oven and fragrance-free detergent used on the towels.
