- Loc (10/5): Exceptional! - Modern apartment that makes the most of its limited space. Kitchen/lounge are has everything you could ever need with plates, cutlery, knives and drink-ware, full size fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine with pods (4), stove, microwave - all modern and easy to use.
The couch in the lounge area was more than adequate, with more seating options beyond the dining table without it feeling cramp. Super fast internet, good sized TV and spectacular views looking away from the CBD.
Bathroom was great, fantastic shower, heaps of storage, and plenty of provided towels and toilet paper.
Bedrooms with a double and 2 singles were comfortable, overlooking the same views as the lounge area. Plenty of space to store your luggage while out and about. Power points also have USB plugs, which is nice.
The entire apartment was clean, with plenty of cleaning products/utilities to clean while staying. Washing machine and dryer also there if required. Dining table with 4 chairs were adequate and comfortable.
The process of picking up keys was easy and a short walk from Southern Cross Station and along the way. The building is easily accessible from the side street, not super busy for its location, but close to the Crown and Convention Centre. Super fast lifts and secure. Great intercom system to allow people in the building and use of lifts without the need to leave the room.
Would definitely stay again! Communication can be hit or miss, most likely depending on topic. One message would say the code to collect keys have been sent, and upon checking when trying to collect the keys, the code had not been sent. However, when asked, a response and code was received very quickly. Also, communication felt very generic a lot of the time, but not a huge deal.
Some of the design choices are questionable and could be amended, with considerations for black out blinds, soft closing entrance door and providing enough toiletries for 4 people, rather than one.
The pool area is nice with great views, however be aware the pool is viewable from the lounge area (not accessible to non-residents) from below the waterline.
The area lacks many places to eat, but the main areas within Melbourne are within a short walk, and tram stop nearby.
Only one key fob was provided for a group of 4.

-no where in the 15 emails I received it mentioned what floor or unit I was staying in. There wasn’t even a key tag with the unit number on it, a sequence of numbers engraved on one of the keys
Was the only clue. Proved very difficult as did building entry upon arrival.
-very hard to get a hold of the property management, and not very helpful other than the actual manager we spoke to
