• Luiz (10/5): We had an excellent stay. - The location is perfect, only two blocks from Ipanema Beach and one block from Ipanema's main street. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and more: air conditioning units in every room, a large living room, a comfortable bedroom, and even a small terrace with a grill and a washer/dryer. It was also very quiet. It was the best place we've stayed in all our trips.

• Alon (10/5): Probably the best accommodation and value for money in the area. Would definitely stay again! - Beautiful apartment, all of the amenities, very clean and well maintained. Wifi is so-so upstairs. Could have a bit more pans and pots in the kitchen.
• Ross (10/5): Fantastic apartment--2nd stay given excellent apartment, location and comfort! 10/10 for Ipanema - Fantastic hosting by very friendly and proactive Sergio via WhatsApp—as well as on-site doorman (8am-7pm daily) for any issues, and good security. Otherwise 24/7 security cams and system and access via personal codes --- no keys to lose on the beach! Very well coordinated, secure and welcoming stay. Excellent location on quiet street in the "chic" end of Rio's most iconic neighbourhood Ipanema -- apartment with all mod cons (tv wifi washer dryer dishwasher etc, amazing comfy bed and fantastic marble bathroom and terrace with barbecue) --- located only 5 mins from Leblon shopping mall, and right around the corner several supermarkets and shops of all sorts, the city's best restaurants, and a 30-second walk from the breathtaking Ipanema Beach. Having stayed in various places in Rio, can recommend Sergio's apartment 100% without hesitation -- will definitely be back! Nothing! All wonderful! 10/10 on all aspects-- will definitely stay again in my "home away from home" in rio! Thanks, Sergio!

Хозяин постарался все предусмотреть, чтобы было комфортно, удобно и приятно находиться в апартаментах. Всегда был на связи и помогал по всем вопросам, если возникали. Внутри чисто и уютно. Пляж в нескольких метрах. Магазины, рестораны рядом. При этом район довольно тихий и безопасный. Мне дали возможность заселиться раньше, за что огромное спасибо.

• Damian (10/5): A great stay in a wonderfully located apt in Ipanema - This is an amazing apartment in an amazing location. The apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It is greatly located for everything Rio has to offer, beaches, nature, sights, culture, party, shopping, food, etc. The area is safe and we had no issues whatsoever. Sergio (the host) was very solicitous in making sure that we could coordinate with the doorman for the checkin. Improve the blackouts in all windows. Improve window soundproofing in the lower floor.

• Ross (10/5): Fabulous Ipnem penthouse duplex 1 block from beach, shops, restaurants etc. Idyllic! - Super great location on quiet street at the "chic" end of Ipanema, 2 min to beach, 5 to Leblon shopping mall, 1 min to cafes/bars, 5 to supermarkets and best restaurants in Ipanema (Anival Mendoca). >>Apt is brand new and super comfortable space perfect for 1-2 people: sparkling new refurbished top 2 floors (elevator to 4th floor, stairs inside apt up to 5th bedroom/office en-suite w terrace) on quiet back side of building located right in fabulous, but pindrop quiet: a great place to relax, get work done if you're so cursed, or just chill between beach sessions/a great little nest from which to enjoy the city. >>Super convenient booking, check-in and communication w host——key pick-up directly with building doorman couldn't be easier, and Sergio the host will communicate with you via WhatsApp about anything needed. >>Excellent wifi, electronics (TV, washer dryer) and brand new marble bath and small terrace off the bedroom to get some sun. 10/10! Didn't want for anything more --- maybe if I was more of a cook or staying for a longer period, more kitchen utensils would be useful, and I'm sure Sergio would provide: having just fixed up the place, he really went to great effort to provide everything needed top quality and comfort. Wonderful!
