• Marianne (9/5): Estadia boa e confortável com excelente localização. - A cama confortável, eletrodomésticos, exceto a maquina de lavar roupas (sentimos falta de uma secadora) Do desnível do piso do banheiro (levei uma grande queda!). O aquecedor não funcionava direito e ficávamos sempre com frio. Tivemos duas quedas de energia, mas as instruções foram vem resolutivas.
• Jefferson (1/5): EXPERIÊNCIA TERRÍVEL DE FÉRIAS - Localização central com muitos restaurantes em volta e fácil acesso ao metro. Você precisa agendar um horário para pegar as chaves no check in, a janela da sala estava quebrada, tem uma faculdade próximo e tem muito barulho a noite, água quente não funcionou nenhum dia, no quarto não tem cortina blackout e muito iluminado pela manha, cama é dura, o apartamento fica no primeiro andar e embaixo (mesmo prédio) tem um complexo de lojas e todas estavam em reforma, barulho de britadeira começava 07:30 am, foram 2 dias acordando com um barulho absurdo as 07:30am, reclamarei e na sexta feira as obras começaram em torno das 9:30am, o barulho era insuportável, sábado e domingo não teve obras, mas no dia do menu check out (segunda feira) as obras voltaram as 07:30 am com MUITO barulho, maquinas e britadeiras
• Marouska (7/5): Very good location but definitely overpriced for the facilities - Location is perfect. The neighborhood is very noisy, there is no adequate sound proofing. Also privacy in the bedroom is an issue, the curtains are sheer and the windows only close on the glass. There are also some missing basic things, bin in the bathroom, iron board and also too little towels for the whole stay when there is no place to dry them.
• Noelle (5/5): Déstabilisant - L’emplacement La marche de la salle de bain est dangereuse! Le pommeau de douche est horrible! L’eau chaude est longue à arriver… Une fenêtre du salon ne se fermait pas donc volet descendu par mes soins. Trois clefs pour accéder à l’appartement! Premier étage sans ascenseur L’agencement de l’appartement est particulier. La cuisine n’est pas fait pour faire à manger et manque d’article (plus du camping) le congélateur comportait une glace ouverte sûrement pas vu lors du ménage! Impossible de dormir non pas par le bruit mais par une sensation désagréable et perturbante! Je n’ai jamais ressenti ça de ma vie… très désagréable et perturbant. Je n’y retournerais jamais. Mais l’appartement est beau et décoré avec goût même si il est vide et peu accueillant

Una finestra non si chiudeva, avvolgibile bloccato, alcuni stipiti staccati , rubinetti male in arnese Peccato perché l’appartamento è davvero bello Ps. Visto il prezzo e la stagione avrei gradito almeno una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo. Peccato
• Arina (2/5): - Удобное месторасположение, улица оживленная. Что вам не понравилось в объекте размещения? В квартире не работал кондиционер, невозможно было спать, просыпались в поту. В квартире было было 33 градуса жары. На просьбы отремонтировать кондиционер хозяин типо отправлял мастера который ничего не делал, и говорил все в порядке, хотя на системе кондиционирования выдавало ошибку и засоры, но на это не реагировали. Воздух просто не гел. На просьбы привезти вентиляторы игнорировали. Воняло сигаретами очень сильно, квартира прокурена. В ванной комнате поклеенны обои и они начинают отходить когда вы принимаете душ

Overall convenient location c - Large apartment, very comfortable bed, nice interior colors, great appliances in the kitchen, lots of storage, very nice wood floors, nice entryway with a nice old elevator Minor flaws, nothing major.

• Mary (10/5): Incredible location. Very clean and comfortable. Good contact and support from host. - Check in was easy. It was 26th Dec. so it was important to respect our hosts’ time and arrive on time as scheduled. We appreciated the flexibility to meet us in person for check in. We were contacted on WhatsApp to double check arrival time and had access to a dedicated chat line for any issues that may arise. The location is the best thing about this apartment: on Metro line 4 from Linate airport. The underground stop is about a 5 min walk away from the apartment - really convenient. 1km walk approx to Duomo along a main road with lots of trams passing, restaurants, coffee shops on the way. A first floor apartment, warm, comfortable, a little sparse though for now (new). Overall, I highly recommend. We’ll be back! There’s a steep step in the bathroom which could cause an accident. The welcome pack was a little basic. The carpet at the entrance to building lets it down.
